Wow unfrickenbelieveable. That anyone would get a helpful person. I have yet to find anyone with better than a first grade IQ. Even then, the only training they get is to talk in circles and blame it on your phone or computer. But honestly at the end of the day, who is the dumb ash? Spending real money to play casino games with fake money and then getting ripped off by the casino. And then getting mad because you can't get help.. yea...

I am being charged for two games I did not order. I would very much appreciate these two charges reversed and any further charges stoped. I bought one game and that is all I wanted.
Please make these adjustments and confirm that this has taken place.

I allowed my child to purchase a game, not realizing it was a monthly subscription, being charged a second time we cancelled. Can't believe we are still being charged!! We cancelled on line to the subscription!!! we no longer have the game, and are constantly billed!!! I am canceling my card!! I nor my children will ever purchase from BIG FISH GAMES again!! They don't even have a contact customer service phone number!😠😒

I purchased Aacation Adventures: Park Ranger 7 on April 9th with BF Credit. I have the order confirmation for order #283474459. However the machine shows that the trial is over and wants me to buy AGAIN. I can't play this game because of this. PLEASE fix this so I can play this game.

Why can't I phone you. It's difficult and time-consuming to get any thing done this way. I type with one finger and and I spell worse then I type. I have been a member of bigfoot sence 2000 and I love your games but dealing with your company when I have a problem is difficult and very frustrating. And if it is for me it probably is for other seniors. Thank you kindly for taking time to read this and thank you again if you can do something abou this problem.

I contacted BFG on Saturday and was asked to provide info. I immediately did so and have not heard anything since, despite multiple messages asking for help. I am beyond frustrated and completely enraged with the lack of customer service with this place.

How much does it cost for the magic multiplier on big fish casino. You advertise it but you don't say how much it costs. That's poor business practice. Are yu afraid no one will buy it if you list the price. HOW MICH DOES THE MAGIC MILTIPLIER COST???!!!

A complete rip-off. Con you into buying chips with deals 24/7, give low amount of chips away, but you will never be a consistent winner unless you buy hundreds or thousands worth of chips. Customer service is a joke, always using the line "completely random". It's not random when the same people always win, and the rest sputter along. Fun to play yes, but don't even think of giving them a dime !!!!

The Customer Service department does not exist. I am convinced of this because for the last 2 years when the service is seriously not working and requests are submitted through the "forms" no one ever gets back to a member. Lately the games have not even been loading correctly even when you purchase them. They do not care about their customers and do not care if they get what they pay for or not and flaunt it by not responding or giving even minimal service.

I hate big fishs website, i have tried for over an hour to re create a new password and i did recieve a temp. password, but it won't let me sign in, I even put in a different e-mail address, that didn't work either. I tried calling to speak to a live tech support person, and that didn't work either, I went to the help page, that didn't work either. I will find another game company to buy from, I don't need the stress.

l am very disappointed with Fantacy 21 with all the petitions of cruelty to circus animals this game the first hour is full of performing animals l found nothing exciting in this game.l love my penquin games but this one is a big disappointment. This game was advertised weeks ago and then suddenly disappeared now its back but as far as l am concerned it could have stayed disappeared. Thanks Lola lion cachet [email protected]

Have been playing gummy drop for some time however lately the game wont load stops working and moves are in slow motin usually the game registers that there is aproblem but this is not happening have had my tablet checked and it is fine please try and fix this problem maybe you are over loading the game
