What? When calling asked for an extension number if you dont put one in, it hangs up. Seriously? I have a technical issue, how do i reach you??

Hello I have recently purchased a BenQ MX661 DPL projector and am having an issue with the source searching. In the middle of a movie or even my connected laptop screen the projector goes blank and tends to search for source and connects back on again. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all and sometimes it happens constantly may I know why this issue is occurring I've tried to change my HDMI cable and still the problem hasn't been fixed I'm very confused as to where the problem lies..

Good day Sir, Maam.
I bought our BENQ Projector last 2011, and we enjoy the projector but now, something happened to our projector, one time when we are using it, something explode inside the projector and suddenly turned off and never opened again.. We think a fuse or a bulb explode inside . Nobody will try to fix it here in Iloilo. How could you help us ? We need your response as soon as possible..Thank you so much.

I have a Benq Scanner S2W 3300U. Now my operating system is Windows7 home. The drive supplied with the scanner is not suitable to my present OS. Pl arrange to provide Drive suitable for Windows7.

I've bought a BENQ-GW2255 LED BACK LIGHT monitor.
I've tried to down a manual, but it does not
seem to want to (?)
Does it have to do (possibly) with the version of ADOBE ... or other error I'm making ?

I called to try and find a code for my remote, they said they did not make one because it was so long ago they made my device...., so the gentleman said he would send a new one out as a replacement, I was very Happy !

I called BenQ cust support for an HT projtor prob. Got right though to tech. He assisted me immediately.

Next day had another question, called back, got right through, again helpful assistance by a different tech.

Projector support (multi-thousand-dollar items) may be superior to PC products that have tens-of-thousands of users but "only" cost typically low $100s.

I BOUGHT A PROJECTOR PE77OO BACK IN 2006 AND HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH IT THE WHOLE TIME. THEY ATTEMPTED TO FIX IT SOMETIMES I CAN NOT EVEN REMEMBER SENT ME REFERBUSHED PROJECTOR OAND 2 JUST OUT OF THE BOK WOULD NOT EVEN WORK.

FINNALY

BACK IN FEB OF 2008 THEY TRADED IN THE PE7700 TO A PE8720 . IT WORKED GREAT UNTIL THE ROOM TEMPUTURE GOT ABOUT 75 . THE IT WOULD GO OFF. AFTER REPLACING THE BULB 10-27 2008 MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY AND DID NOT YOU THE PROJECTOR VERY MUCH. iN FEB STARTED SENDING E MAIL AND CALL BENQ WITH THE FLASHING LIGHT PROBLEM .. LOGED ROOM TEMPETURE AND AT 75 TO 80 IT CUTS OFF. tHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD WILL NOT RETURN CALL OR ANSWER E MAILS.

STILL TRYING TO GET THEM TO REPLACE THE PROJECTOR WITH A NEW INSTEAD OF USED REFURBESHED THAT HAS FAILED EVERY TIME. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE E MAIL JUST CALL ME AND I WILL BE GLAD TO FORWARD THEM TO YOU.

SERVICE IS WHAT.... THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO FINED VICE PRESIDENT TO AND CORPORATE OFFICER TO BRING SUCH PROBLEMS TOO.
