WOW, on hold right now for 86+ minutes...and I'm a business customer. This is ridiculous.

We are a customer of Atlanic Broadband in Uniontown Pa. We have been trying for several days to complain about our TV not having any service ,and have been placed on hold for several hrs. at a time. Are there any customer service associates working at all? This is rediculas to have a service that does not work and no one to talk to about it , Our bills are high enough to not have service at any given time, is the same as theft,in my book.Is our bill going to have any deductions due to the lack of service???? I may have to give Direct TV a call I am sure I will get an answer from a person there as they are always installing dishes in my neighorhood.No wonder!!!!!!!!
I am an Atlantic Broadband internet customer at zip code 21601. For the past two days I have been trying to get someone at Atlantic Broadband on the phone so I can purchase both phone and TV service. I have been on hold way too long. I even left a VM with my name and phone number. I have not received the promised call back. Direct TV was right there on the phone the minute I told the recorded message I wanted to purchase their services. I have been very satisfied with your internet service, but you will loose quite a lot of revenue if you are not more responsive to your prospective customer base. Ron Liebman
the broadband signal is weak, especially on my street. It has been tested. Unpredictibly I am without phone service.
Messages are often not delivered timely.
i check my phone for messages and there are none. Then there will be 7 or more for the last two weeks. I have missed messages that I was to act on and can't make it up. This phone service is below average.
On January 9th your tech Bill James installed our system and assured us that everything would work as planed well in a word he was right so far we are pleased with the TV, Phone. and Inter-net and hope this will continue in the future.
Bill was very through in doing his job and we would like to thank him for his workmenship
We had Technician # 6613, Bill Holcombe, at our home this week in Elkton, Maryland, and we were so impressed by his professionalism that we wanted to comment. He was on time for each visit, and he was extremely knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with his outstanding service, and we really appreciate Atlantic Broadband service.
