there custermer automated service sucks its terible they make u go through like a lot of crap just to conect to a service rep wich is bull what r they that lazy that they cant just have a phone person i mean come on
they have so many recalls i dont feel acer or emachine should be a loud to sell this product all the machines i see or heard of have a lot of problems and dangorus isues beware i wouldnt buy this ever a gain because they make it so hard to get help i mean they must know they suck cause they seem to hide behine the auto mated service

where does one begin My computer is 6 months old and I have had to contact emachines support more times than I can count None the less I speak to an Indian who doesnt understand the english language and guarantees me that he can fix my computer what afreakin joke 4 things he did and swears it will fix the problema nd guess what it didnt now he tells me taht he can do something BUT i will lose all my info on my computer my whole transplant information and team of doctors is in this along with everything I need to live and he wants to erase it is he freakin on drugs Emachines neds to correct this problem really fast or Off to the AG I GO

My laptop screen is cracked and I would like to have it fixed. I tried to contact emachines but I'm not getting ANY help... I know not to buy another emachines product because they won't help with any problems. This is my 3rd emachines product and I haven't had trouble before. I'm will to pay for it but I'm not getting any help throw them.

this may or may not help but if you dial a "0" after it asks for a snid it will connect you to someone i still had s hit service and a hard time understanding but oh well

maybe all the emachines tech support people are named Peggy and maybe their all trained to annoy and avoid providing customer service, in any case the clear message is American's should'nt buy e-machines so tell your family and friends and anybody else who'll listen not to buy this defective equipment, and if enough people complain to the better business bureau, Walmart or somebody will have to listen, also why are all customer serivices in this country , answered by people who have such a heavy accent, that you can't understand them and they can't understand us either , please hear us, company executives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

their service is ass you cant get a hold of anyone in person if you dont have your serial number with you. i was at work only looking for an address to send my computer back under warranty 6 months old and already having a power supply issue.

I'm going to contact the Attorney General this company is building walls to try and keep people out. So I'm going to get the Attorney General to ask them why they don't have anyway to get info about their machines.
All I want is a price for a new motherboard for a laptop model number W340UA series N-10

I bought an E Machine about 2 years ago .We bought an extended warranty from Walmart where we bought it.I have yet to need support .I have been very happy with my E Machine with Vista.It scared me now to see all the unhappy customer responses.I only wanted to see if EMachine would send me an original copy of Windows Vista in case of needing repairs or reinstall down the road from now.I never received a copy of the vistas cd when we bought it. Now its looks kind of hopeless to ask.I don't understand why they allow all these bad comments and do nothing to upgrade their suport. Acer is the brand of monitor I have had for yrs and very good brand it just recently expired and we have ordered another Acer. After reading these comments about the company and parent company I am very scared for the future of my pc and monitor.Has any one contaced the BBB?

phone in support is terrible balloney online websites don't function correctly don't except warranty info terrible service terrible service terrible service I would not recomend to anyone bought my unit at walmart will not exchange electronics after 15 days bad news and ripoff

terrible customer service! I've wasted an enormous amount of time speaking to a machine and not a person. judging from previous comments, looks like emachines are junk. I will never purchase another emachine unit.

My computer is a week old and won't pull up Microsoft Office applications. When I tried to call customer service and give them my SNID, it wouldn't let me go forward--just kept asking for the same number!! This is the worst service I've ever had!!

This phone number is useless. The only way to get to a human is to have a valid sn id that is under warranty - otherwise it sends you online.

I hatem emachines i have done a factory restore 4 times this week and tried to erase everything back to it origanl state and the dang thing wont work it took up all my d drive and wont let me take anything off. been trying to contact emachines and they say my serial number dont match . ughhh when i did get someone i could not under stand them . I am american my lang is English . why cant i find some one in america that speaks english . then after all that im right in the middle of discussing my problem and they hang up on me . ughhhh Hate emachines

Your phone support system does not work because it does not pick up the computer serial number I bought an Emachine computer about three weeks ago and it sucks completely sucks and i want my money back because i have never in my life had so many problems with a computer, with memory and it crashes nonstop im fed up and i just want my money back

i have been geting a blue screen and i have sent it in for repair and all i want is a new system or my money back.. good luck getting it. They just want me to send it in for another repair witch i am not doing i bought this crappy computer at walmart for 318.00 and i just want my money back DO NOT BUY A EMACHINE YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought my first emachine a little over 90 days ago. The main software went kapoot! I could not even get to the start screen. BUT I thought it was the hard drive so I bought a new one and after installation I realized I did not have the start up disk, so I called the above ph.# and got through right away so I was able to order a new disk. They were VERY helpful...Thanks emachine team! =}

My e machine came pre-loaded with Vista which contains MS Outlook. Today my machine suddenly asks me to load the source disk for MS XL Professional when MS Outlook tries to load. I called MS and they say it's an e machine problem. I call e machines and the recording tells me my machine is out of warranty (DUH!)and to type my question in cause there's "23 technicians on line". So I type my question in and I get an e mail response that says they'll answer my question for $24.00...Won't be buying another e machine. Surely someone out their builds a machine with some sort of support program - and speak english aa a primary language - or at least have a requisite level of english to s l o w l y discuss a customer's problem with [email protected]

I agree! My front USB port burnt out after less than 6 months. After hours on the phone with Emachines I finally convinced them to just send me the part. Just one problem! They sent the wrong part. There is a huge language barrier with their support help and I will never buy one again.

And if you buy an Emachines computer you will need their tech support sooner or later!

I will NEVER buy another E-Machine. 6 Months after I got it, the USB ports quit working. I have tried to call, with no response. When I did get through, they gave me info on sending my comp in to be fixed, but forgot to give me a shipping number for Fed ex and I am not paying for shipping. This Co. SUCKS.
