Amazon says that my email address is invalid. My email address is Cindy Wright 49 at yahoo.com. I have heard that Yahoo has been hack into if you will. I've had my phone numbers taken off of some of my accounts which by the way has come from Yahoo to notify me of this. So how can I verify my correct email address that I gave you with Amazon so they will accept it?

Yahoo Help Central page has no answers for this problem. I remember my email address, but it will not accept my password. It won't let me change my password. It won't let me give a phone number for the texting option. It won't accept the correct answers to my security questions. Where do I go from here? I can find no direct email or phone number for assistance. What do I do? Any ideas? Please email my friend Despite appearances this is a real email; please no spam. I really need help!

I have used Yahoo for 7-8 years but now your finance and home page constantly flips to advertisements I do not want to read. I am going to use another source for news and financial information. Previously your home and finance page were up to date and informative. Now they are just annoying.

One would think that any good Executive seeing 4500+ comments (mostly frustrated individuals who can't get a problem resolved) would act to on changing the way problems are resolved.
The utter arrogance of a message on the phone that "Yahoo has changed the way we do customer support". With no ability to get a support, I customer leaves you. Your financial performance is showing Yahoo they have a major problems.

Two of your customer service reps hung up on me. I asked to be transferred to an English Speaking Rep which is my right under Federal Law. You have have me locked out of my email for two weeks. I changed my Password at your suggestion and now you will not take it. GOOD LUCK YAHOO YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT!

locked out of my account and was unable to use the password recovery function due to the session timing out all the time when ive only been it for under 2mins. i think ive lost my emails and now i want to cry. NEVER USE YAHOO EMAIL, WASTE OF TIME - GMAIL ALL THE WAY.
YAHOO HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM ITS A HOT MESS AND SO AM I BECAUSE I CANT ACCESS MY IMPORTANT EMAILS, FOR BUSINESS ETC.
