older model 20 volt blower...when on high sometimes it stops blowing....low speed is ok....do you think switch is bad....thank you

I have a reciprocating/jigsaw and am pleased with it. However it seems strange y battery needs replacing , a new saw is apps. 98.00 and a new battery is 135.00. I probably will throw a good saw in the trash and not replace it.

I have a worx reciprocating saw HP1604 that came with a Jaw Saw. No other brand blades will fit and it is impossible to get worx blades for it. The worx website has 10 pages and 193 items, but no blades for the saw.

Love your products, my husband bought string for the weed wacker, on May 29 2022, but have not received it. Fedex said it would be here on June 2, then texted me again said it would come on the 3rd. We never got it. I have deleted the message from fedex by mistake so I called them and I needed a tracking number which I don't have. Could you please help me with this

Very unhappy with battery weedwacker
56 V bAttery cost of this parttucular one was close to $200
It says charged no more than 1/2 hour. And I can not reach anyone to help with service.I bought it on line

I was just about to order the combo pack advertised on tv. I thought I better check some reviews first and glad I did! What horrible reviews I read! I'm so glad I didn't order anything from you guys! What a shame! If you guys spent more time worrying about your current customers and not wasting millions on infomercials you might find business more profitable in the long run! You're only as good as your worst complaint!!!

No posted email for customer service. Website says you can call till 8- Not true. Phone says they are experiencing technical difficulties, repeatedly. My order arrived broken. I am very disappointed as this is my first experience with this company.

I have been Waiting over 4 weeks for my grass edger. I called customer service and they said it has not even been shipped. it was promised for the 25th of August. Now they tell me late September.! If then. CHRT

im so upset todayi ordered a gt trimmer which supposedly was shipped august 20 to find out today it never shipped wow 26 dollars shipping rip off now I find out my order will ship in 24-48 hrs I asked for shipping asap and was told nope wow ive given my all to worx but gotta admit this is it I brag to people about worx but this did me in I cant believe that it cant be shipped overnight after waiting this long guess david the sales man was in a hurry to go home oh well lots more choices next time

Wife (Jackie) just bought 2 WG921s.

Pleased with them, have a WORX 24v trimmer, which has a hanger.

Built 2 hangers for trimmers, blowers have built-in hangers.

Thought simple hanger could incorporate a "holster " for

carrying extra battery while working...just a simple slotted affair...what do you think?

We purchased the 13" cordless grass trimmer, 56V max Li-lon, 90 min. charger, wheeled edging.

We received it, the part that is missing is the wheel connecting to the trimmer. The connector is missing. I called and spoke to Dee Ann, according to her missing part will be shipped. Its 3-4 weeks without receiving missing part.



When will it finally arrive? It not trimmer will be sent back.

I am on my second blower the 20V, I left the other one in one of my stop.
I like to buy a 20V just the case. Or the blower w/o the extra attachments.
Also can I have some spools for my trimmer? I need extra line if possible.?

I had recently ordered the worx yard leaf blower for $ 74.97 and was told if I got the plastic leaf blower I could get it for 49.99 and the 3Rd took would be free witch was a bag holder they billed me $74.97 99.97 and 39.99 which came to $204.95 plus shipping which total my bill to $ 238.68 I feel when I ordered this off the tv they gave me false advertisement for what I owed for the worst yard the holder was suppose to be free if I bought the first leaf blower for 74.97 and the second leaf blower for 49.99 I am now paying and then taking payments out for the 238.68 I'm really upset and they never sent me a invoice which I have her sending it to me now ! Never again they really suckered me into this false advertisement that I didn't have that much money for thanks words yardt!!!
