Never eat at Wendy's again. Charged$11.92 for a Baconator combo. Had one beef patty and I did not order son of baconator. Staff was rude and talked down to me. I forget more everyday than your your young punk employees will ever know. Very rude little children. Not another dime to Wendy's ever.

I Have A Comment About All The Negative Comments Wendy's Is Receiving About The Service. I So Agree!!! Lousy Customer Service, Bait And Switch Biggie Meals And The Corporate Office No Longer Seems To Exist...number Is Just A Fast Busy. Tells Me That Wendy's Just Might Be Headed For A Shutdown. When One Cannot Reach Anyone To Report Issues, It Is A Head Scratcher!!!

Be careful when you go through the drive through i used my credit card to pay for food, my order was 10.70 and got charge, a total of 23 dollars more. and he knew he did it,i ask for my recipt. said he needed it, for the register run off, went to bank, and check sure enough he added 23oo to my bill.This was the one in lincolnton north carolina the Wendy on mainstreet. A guy did it.they did give my money back easy. but didn't sy to much about him stealing it out of y card. thought that was not much for a manager,

Wendy's in Mishawaka Indiana on McKinley avenue is a very disgusting restaurant one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to I opened my hamburger to find a nasty mucus spitball on the top and I'm lost for words and I don't know what to do I have pictures for anyone that wants to see I just don't want this ever to happen to anyone else.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The customer service I received at the Wendy's restaurant in Zachary, LA on Main Street was totally awful. I didn't mind the wait in the drive thru line, but the service I received upon ordering and driving up to the window to pay was unnecessary. I understand it's hard to get people to work, but if you are going to work, do the best job possible. My nephew loves Wendy's and that's all he ever wants. The spicy chicken sandwich meal that I received was not fit to give him. It was cold, the fries which are advertised to be better than McDonald's and other restaurants were burnt and cold. I asked for replacement fries, got them and they were worst than the first container.No wonder two cars in front of me left the line. I wasted my money and I must say I will never go to that Wendy's ever again, I would say never go to Wendy's but it depends on my nephew. Definitely going to try and steer him away. WANT A REFUND!!!!

My wife and I have always enjoyed the food at Wendy's. Occasionally the service is not perfect, but that's life. On Saturday, December 18, 2021, we went to the only Wendy's in Prescott Valley, AZ. The time was approximately 7:30 PM. There was one customer in front of us. When the clerk finished with the customer, she began organizing a few things, and then she went to the French Fry area, but she did not remove any product. She continued to do other things and was ignoring me. This store was not short of help. I have MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and I have trouble standing for a long time. I kneeled on the ground, but that had no effect. After 8 to 10 minutes, I left and went to the local Burger King where we were waited on immediately. Good Bye to Webdy's in Prescott Valley, AZ

I Go To Two Locations On My Way To Work To Get The Baconator Breakfast Sandwich, However It Becomes A Long Shot As To Whether Either Are Serving Yet At 7:00am. The Locations Are Rock Quarry Road, Stockbridge, Ga And The 138 Location In Stockbridge, Ga . If They Don't Want To Serve Breakfast---they Need To Close,there Is Always Someone Inside, But They Have All Kinds Of Excuses If They Decide To Come To The Window!!!i Am Sick Of Wasting My Time And Getting Nothing!! I Demand An Explanation! I Want To Know Why They Have A Choice Of Serving Breakfast When They Are Suppose To Be Working. When I Am Working----i Have To Do My Job!!

I went to Wendy's today in Palmyra, Mo and I asked why a girl was sitting on the floor and they replied that she had been out sick with covid19 and just came back to work, didn't look like she was ok. I'm really concerned about this matter and it needs to be looked into. I don't want covid19 from your employees and this situation was uncalled for. Store #00008730.

recently I went to order 2 Frostys that Wendys advertises on TV for fifty centsbut they wanted about $2.50 each-(both Wendys in Brighton Colorado) They said they are not participating members and dont sell the frostys for 50 cents but they charge $2.50- thay had a super small (4 oz) frost for 1 dollar- SHAME ON WENDY'S- SHAME ON WENDY'S- THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR FALSE ADVERTIZING- I am reporting this to the Better business Bureau- I tried reporting this to the complaint dept of Wendys and got put on hold- again I say SHAME ON WENDY's

I have gone a few times to the Wendy's on Elizabeth street in Pueblo, Colorado. At every instance the quality of the food has been extremely poor. Baked potato was a small whithered and disgusting, then next two visits, they were out of potatoes. The French fries were cold and wilted. I think this is one of the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at. I like Wendy's food but I think their needs to be a quality check on this particular store.

You don't open at 9 you have big red signs on the front of your restaurant saying that you open at 9 new time open at 9 I went to two different Wendy's restaurants none of them were ready to work none of them we're open they were doing everything else but taking orders so with only two people in the restaurant you can't actually say you open for business cuz you're not

I was at the Wendy's in Upper Marlboro Maryland.when a manager push down the trash in the trash can that was overflowing .with his bear hands and then turn to where the fries section was took some fries off the table and threw them back into the french fry dispenser. This is the nastiest dirtiest thing I've ever seen anyone do in a restaurant. If someone doesn't call me I'm going to take this matter in my own hands and publicize this

I want to compliment a manager named Marc (I believe) who runs the Wendy's in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois on Summit/Midwest Road. His voice was kind and polite. I was having a tough day and having someone who is polite, considerate and easy to understand was very comforting. Thank you for hiring him. He should teach classes on how to greet people in the drive-up.
