I Am Very Upset With The Pharmacy..i Called To Make Sure My Medical Were Ready And Was Told They Were..when I Got There They Only Had One Of My Medications..this Is The Third Time This Has Happened...

My wife recently got new walmart card called to activate then the person that activated the card tricked her into getting insurance that she said was free no charge we asked her 4 times she said same thing no charge free her name was dona now one week later we are being charged this is a trick don't trust walmart credit card

dear walmart i hope as i had a chance to talk to a manager at ther store in torrance on hawthorne blud in the state of ca. as we talk i did point out things i fround and as the right person to work on the depts. which needs to be clean up i do hope that we can get started to get me in their to fix things right thank you JAY STAMMERJOHAN

Walmart customer service in store locations is awful. I feel like Walmart employees think they can treat others any way they want because they have the lowest prices in town so people have no choice but to shop there. Here is an FYI for you Walmart. My town just upgraded our Kroger to a Kroger Marketplace and they are also building a Meijer right across the street. Once this Meijer is complete I will no longer be shopping at Walmart. I have had way too many problems trying to use coupons in this store. ALL of your associates and managers are untrained, uniformed and very rude. It is not a big deal to pay 2 or 3 cents more for an item to get better service and that is what I will be doing. Saving a few pennies isn't going to keep customers like me, sorry.

I would like to know why you (headquarters) decided to stop carrying coke zero in 16 oz. Bottles? No one at the store knows why and they act like you have never carried them.It was the main reason I did my grocery shopping there. Now I'll go to H.E.B.

I went into your "Walmarket store" yesterday in Savannah, Ga. I will never shop there again.
One line open to check out and two self-service lines. No manager there. No concern from the employees about the situation. Store dirty and no one seemed to care. What a bad experience.
I had been told this from another shopper, but I found out for myself.
What a shame with it being the only one in Savannah.

I am very upset because the Walmart Keaumoku Strore in Honolulu, as well as other Walmart Stores in Honolulu I am not always not able to use my bank card to do payment as credit because the machine has not allowed to me to change payment and do credit. This has been going on for almost 2 years now. The Keaumoku and Bishop Street Store has been insisting to do debit transaction only.. Only 6 months ago I was told that they are accepting banks cards with Micro Chip on them and I was also told that I would meet to spend. $50.00 or more to do Credit Transactions on the bank cards. Although my card is a Debit Card, It can also do Credit Transactions. The $50.00 amount to do Credit is a lie. I have done and been doing Credit Transactions under $50.00 which went as credit before. DO NOT SAY THAT I HAVE TO CHANGE MY CARD BECAUSE FIRST HAWAIIAN BANK WILL NOT CHANGE TO MICROCHIP CARDS. THE MACHINE SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE PAYMENT AND CHOOSE CREDIT.

In regard to St Charles Mo I shopped at this store yesterday. I paid part of the bill be ebt & the balance with debit. The cashier informed me a mistake was made by her. After calling another cashier to help. They decided to re ring my purchase. Gave me cash amount of $ 24.00 to pay my balance on my debit. After re ringing my items they requested the $ 24.00 back to pay my balance due. They did not void the debit purchase. This morning I called my bank & sure enough $ 28.15 was taken out of my checking !! It was the case of dummer gets DUMMER !!!

I called a so called assistance manager around 11:00 am. He assured me he would take it to accounting who would call me back with a solution...as of 2:15 pm no call. Now I sit with 2 recites that have 2 different balances ~ after paying twice for my purchase. I don't believe I will get help with this matter from you

either. I have had issues with this store in the past. I really hate shopping Walmart nowdays.

Your savings catcher is getting to be such a scam. I just submitted a receipt of should have had a price match. It was 2 items that should have been $0.97?each. There have been other occasions when I knew that there was a price match. I am losing my trust with your company and will go to the other places to get the lower prices. Very disappointed in wal-Mart.

Bought tires in Oklahoma city,i was traveling to Wichita Kansas, an it was raining an when i had to stop i would slide everywhere almost hit 6 people in the back in of there vehicles,so i went to Walmart in Wichita Kansas an told then some wrong with these tires,so they put on new tires all four same brand an i keep having same problem i went to belle isle Walmart in Oklahoma city,they blame it on my rotors an my brakes,so i took it to 6 different mechanics in Oklahoma city they all said my brakes look almost new an my roters are almost new,they all ask me the mechanics does your car slide when the streets are dry i said no,only when it rains,an they all told me its Walmart tires are defective an they are supposed to be all seasonal tires,i ask Walmart if they could put on better tires an i shouldn't have to pay full price for them i would cover some of the price for but for an up grade an they said no to me,so all six mechanics gave me paper work proving the tires are defective i should Walmart the papers an the bosses in tire an lube said that there not going to take care of me,i asked them to call a district manager for me or have him call me an they told me they aint going to do nothing,i still want a district manager to call me or someone in cooperate to call me,because iam afraid next it rains i could kill someone or myself because of these defective tires

I got caught stealing from Walmart in Orlando FL. I never steal I was heavily medicated due to pre surgery. I never received a letter from Walmart for restitution now I get a letter from a lawyer saying I owe 475.00 restitution I was made fun of humiliated and like I said I was heavily sedated and I have a psychiatrist and a doctor to back me up I'm also indigent I don't have any money so what would you suggest I do for $6 worth of things that I didn't know that I even.i got a no trespassing. I don't walk around doing this I'm not a thief a liar or cheater I even had to ask to pay for the flea comb. I was told I could go to public and steal.one there. I'm 59 yrs old. They laughed at me for having a tatoo. I have obsessive compulsive disorder in this keeps on playing over and over in my head tell me what to do

Yesterday I was shopping at our neighborhood Walmart. I had picked up a package of Sheba twin pack,perfect portions cat food 12count.when we checked out, the cashier couldn't get it to scan. She called over a CSM who talked to someone on the other side of her little microphone that told her it was a new item and wasn't in the system yet. I proceeded to explain that they have had this product on their shelves for at least a month. We waited for another 3or4 minutes then the CSM said that there was a recall on the packaged cat food. Fine, I went home. Things just didn't seem right to me about the whole experience, so I googled cat food recalls. There were none listed in over a year.I called the store ( #06370 ) and spoke with a evening manager. She told me that the price had not been entered into the system from the main office yet and that I could pick it up the next day. Well I went back to the store the following day. They had opened all the packages and put them out for individual sale at .70 each instead of the $8.40 for a 12 pack. I know its the same price. That's not the point. They knowingly bold faced lied to a customer.I've routinely spent at least $500.00 or more a week there. Its not going to happen again. I will not buy groceries there again until something is done about the management. The store manager is Brenda Frazier. Obviously she condone such Behavior.

Never ever will I order from online again my order was wrong and to put my money back in my account it takes 7 to 10 business days still haven't gotten my money back. The supervisor Kajizh is rude and cant give me a explanation to why so long.NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My son sent me $50 Walmart to Walmart. He put my name as Maggie... ID says Margaret. I have a valid drivers license as well as a valid passport. My son had to return to his store to change the name. Really?? I am very angry

Convenient that the detailed review I just wrote didn't go through. Oh well, Walmart at 91 and Mayfield in OHIO will remain the same dirty disgusting store. Nothing will change.

To whom it may concern. I live in North Carolina therefore I shop at the Walmart in Lincolnton North Carolina and I am disabled at the moment. It has come to my attention that every time I have visited Walmart here lately. The electric handicap carts have not been charged before I get to the store. I know sometimes things go wrong but this has happened a couple of times upon me trying to shop. I am willing to bet a big percentage of Walmart Revenue come from disabled customers. All that I want is electric handicap carts that run and they are charged. Upon coming to the store I have seen many of them sitting in the parking lot unattended. Please show some consideration to this matter I would really appreciate it and so would a lot of other people. Thank you and have a very blessed day.

I was about to notify you that I did not want the $45 deducted from my credit card for savings on shipping costs because it has been so difficult, time-consuming, and frustrating to shop online (trouble getting to right department(s) without being constantly re-directed back to the "gift registry" search window and having to start a search all over again.) However, today I was so pleased to find that the search process is so much easier and quicker. Kudos and thanks to whoever fixed this problem. Barbara Powell

Our worst experience in our local wal mart store number oo465.need someone to call me back in regards to our negative experience with the purchase we made that was paid for with a wal mart credit card and was not told the item was previously returned and not working.in addition it took hours to get anyone to answer the phone.had to Google the number of the pharmacy in order to get anyone to answer.

So yesterday, I wrote a comment concerning my walmart in sedalia and the rudeness of one n of your employees n towards me while in a wheelchair cart. I expected a return call, email, etc concerning this. This employee violated my rights, was discriminating against a disabled person. According to the disability act he violated my rights. I am very offended by the behavior, but I am wondering if this is a global practice because I see websites of people being made fun of on carts for their weight, their dress, their speech, etc on different posts. Since this video footage, I wonder how many of these come from your cameras. I am wondering if I need to file a complaint with the federal disability act concerning this.
