My order is on 26September 2017 with receipt number for the amount of 8485rs.my order has not arrived yet. I had talked about this who is store manager for the branch of jhalesar road tundla.

Aug.4 2017 yesterday I had left a small package containing an ink for my computer
when I got home I went back to get the ink I left. Since the clerk did not find it ,
I was sent to costumer service. I was told I did not pay for the ink. I then went
back and got the lady who waited on me. She told sally that I did pay for ink.
Sally turned on me and said I did not pay for any ink.At that time she turned to
me and said I did not pay for any ink in any nasty voice. I ask her who she was talking
to. I told her, no one talks to me like that. She said take the ink that is not paid for
and leave. Since I am 85 years old I ask to speak to the manager.She said he is not here
and go. I can bring you my many canceled checks and show the money I spend a month.
Please let me know how this will be taken care of. Thank you Carol Koons

I tried to return some articles and the person did not accept unless I went and bought the same amount but of certain items. It doesn't state that in the return policy.

Walmart allows Synchrony Bank to mistreat its Walmart card holders. When loyal (good) customers look to Walmart management for help they won't even return a phone call or email. One would think Walmart management would at least want to know the underlying cause of frustration which has turned once very good customers like me away from their stores altogether but they might be surprised that weeks of attempts to reach someone in management only results in being routed back or referred to the same problematic Synchrony employees who are the root cause of the frustration in the first place. Maybe it isn't a surprise at all. Sam would be ashamed if he saw how Walmart allows another to treat his customers so poorly and with such disrespect! The card says WalMart... OWN IT!

I was able to contact a lovely sounding woman who did help
me to eliminate information requested . She followed through while I waited on
line for under 10 minutes.

First off I couldn't get thru to customer service!! My issue is your sending me an email every day -- AND your unsubscribe feature does not function!! It appears you are uncontactable! Your chat line doesn't work either. Can't understand people using Profanity -- most times they only do that when their upset or the other person is not listening!!

I've called 3 Times to straighten out an online order. Each time I get someone with a heavy accent. I can't understand them & they can't understand me. Nothing is getting solved.

I need to speak to a PERSON regarding technical problems pudding groceries online. Every time I order, I have to re-enter all my info. There is no human contact on their given phone # for customer service. I'd say that it's no customer service at all.

I could not understand the man on the phone because of his very thick foreign accent. I kept asking him questions which he could not understand either. Extremely frustrating! I thought Walmart was an American company. Very disappointed with its customer service.

I would advise anyone dealing with Walmart.com to purchase any item on sale DO NOT DO IT. I ordered as a early Black Friday sale a Drone on 11/24/2016 and was able to choose my delivery date of 12/6/2016, I even rec'd my confirmation email stating that I would receive it on that date and so now it is 12/8/2016 and I have nothing for the $44.94 I spent which may I add was a Christmas gift. I reached out to customer service at Walmart and they told me that the item was thru one of their third party sites and I would have to deal with them directly yet when you call the number it is a recording that states email them or if urgent leave your number and they will call you back yet you get disconnected before you can leave a number. I also used the Walmart cash card and was looking over teh refund section or dispute section and I have to wait 30 days from time of purchase to even start the process and then it could take up to 45 days after I start the process for the department to investigate the issue before they make a decision so much for a Christmas gift right. This has been the worse experience I have ever had with this company and I can tell you that from now on my first choice to shop will no longer be Walmart and before this I was there everyday almost spending money and their Walmart bank card will not be the one I continue to use. Now I am out of a Christmas gift and do not have enough money to purchase a large gift as this was to be since I am not made of money but do you think that the customer service on the phone cared about any of that no they did not. Also on the third party phone number you call which is Best Choice Products it clearly states today that they will not be allowing any returns until after Christmas is that not so funny since on 12/7/2016 they did not have that on their recording so that tells me that alot of people did not get what they ordered. Walmart used to the kind of store that stood behind what they sold and if you had an issue you could take it up with the store and they made sure the person was made whole but I guess that kind of customer service is a thing of the past what a shame.

I bought a credit card at Walmart save downloaded $400 on the card I lost it in the store or someone stole it in about 10 minutes and now I cannot get my money back or get a hold of Green Dot what should I do can you help me

I. Have been a customer of Walmart thru e mail. Online. And customer in the store. I have never receive any benefits. As rebates or coupons. I have trouble hearing on the phone so I can not call. Customer service to voice my complaint I want to know why. I do not get credit for my business. I. Use my discover card and my e mail Looking forward to hearing from u.

Had a problem with a order I placed and your associate Chris @ 12:03 am on Friday 12-02-16 helped me .He was very courteous and helped me with my problem . The company should be happy with his work habits and ease of his problem solving.

Wow, if that was a chat - don't think I will try that again. No help whatsoever - ask me for lots of information but then told me their system was down to contact back in two hours. Really? How about someone call me back in two hours. It takes a long time to even get to a chat screen I requested someone call me back and I was given an email address and a telephone number to start all over again. Not a memorable customer service moment for me.

They have the worst customer service the online order service should be shut down it's so unorganized. Someone should tell the workers about the service provided how important it is to the company and they need to understand what is provided and how it's suppose to work . They also should understand that allowing an hour to go by before you communicate to the customer you can not find the order or maybe if you need to do anything else you should do it . This is brand new we didn't expect it to be this busy. It just so happens I was the only person who was there the entire time. They are so disorganized I could not get any help on the phone. I had to go to the store for answers.The one item I ended picking up was not the same item. They told me it was it was totally different. The price was also not the same. Yet they gave it to me for exactly the same amount of money. When I returned it I felt as if they thought I had taken it out without paying. They ddid not give me a sale slip nor any return slips. It's not the first time they did that. I also just purchased items 2 days ago instead of putting the charges on my credit card they took it from my debit card. They took money from an account that did not have enough money I now have an over charge on my account.I have tried 4 times to get help with the situation each time I get disconnected after I explain whats happening . I also have tried to place a new order I add it to my shopping cart and continue to do my shopping a few times I was told it was no longer available or that I would have to decrease the amount from 2 to 1. When I tried to pay for the items I was told that there was an error, I then try to go to my shppong cart but everything is gone. There is nothing I can do to get the items back in the cart. I've also been disconnected from the site. I use 3 computers at my house . I had a problem with all of them It took me all day and part of the night to get my order in. I ended up not buying all that I wanted . I'm not sure if they include the item you put in your cart so they know it is going to be sold not to sell any more or not to sell it to someone else before the person with it in the cart looses it . It happened many times yesterday honestly Why bother shopping on line if they are going to sell the item you have in your cart to someone else just because you wanted to finish shopping. If I was shopping in the store and the item was in my cart and one of the workers came by and took it out of my cart and handed it to another shopper to buy it would be very inappropriate. Why is it ok for them to sell it while I am online shopping. It's a BAD BUSINESS DECISION yto allow it to happen all the time online. The first I shopped online I bought 5 items. I charged them on the WalMart card. Some of them went thru but 2 items did not. So I went to the store because they sent me an email telling me my order was ready to pick up. NOBODY was working the desk. I was there for an Hour and a half while they looked for it . After all that time they told me it was not done. The manager was also looking for the order. He was defiantly not educated on the process of the online service . I ended up buying most of the order while I was at the store. I didn't want the trip to be a waste. I am a very sick woman I can only be out for a short time before I begin to get ill. It took me another 45 min with the cashier she had to check most of the prices on some of the clearance items. This store has got to be the worst. I don't how they train the workers when they hire them. Most of the employees don't know how to count, GOD forbid if they ever had to use their brain to figure out % off. It's nothing like it was when I worked as a cashier I had to figure out everything in my head These people today would have to use paper and pen or their fingers it would be a disaster. The register we had held the money it didn't do what the ones today these people have it easy . We would have to count the draw before we started and when we ended. The sales they had were often at 20% .The store I worked at loved to have a 33% off sale at least twice a year. I was only 16 years old when I worked as a cashier. Walmart is famous at over charging you. I have many slips with mistakes. I don't bother most of time it takes to much time when it happens. I'm so tired of complaining I just want this to get better. Corporate is dropping the ball they need to train the supervisors so they can train the employees . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL I don't see it changing anytime soon.

Please tell me where I can find leggs thigh high size q & b. Walmarts in bradenton dont have them anymore. This is the only place I could find them and the only kind I can wear.thank you

We shop at our Walmart every two weeks & spend an average of $250.00 or more. We signed up for the saver catcher rewards program, we had an amount of $120.00 saved , & was going to use it for Christmas gifts. When we went on the app to see the exact amount we had, there was a zero balance we never used any of the money, because we were saving for Christmas, please contact us ASAP if you would or the address above, thank you for your quick response.

I ordered a prelit Christmas tree from Walmart and the three parts do not fit together. I called customer service and they would not send me a return form because I did not have the order number and they could not find my email address in their files. I give them the lowest rating possible on customer service.

I am wtiting to complain about a manager at johnstown walmart her name is Karissa I over heard her talking to a trainee tonight while I was in the store. She was belittling him. The young fella's name was Austin. I couldn't believe the way she was talking to him. U finally get nice people to greet and wait on you and your managers have to belittle them in front of customers and make the young fella feel like he isn't worthy enough. This has got to stop. I will boycott this store at town square. She is so rude. She belongs in the back not up front. She don't carry herself well. My heart goes out to Austin I wish I knew his last name. He is trily an asset to your company. Plz train your front end managers better. Teach them to be kind and respect your employee's. Thank you

I'm very disappointed with Walmart's return policy at the moment. We purchased a lawnmower on 8/22/2016 used it 3 times and then it stopped working. Due to our move on the same month the original purchase receipt was lost and they said that they "couldn't exchange it or credit" us withoutit. But in BIG letters at customer service center it states thst "with or without a receipt " items may be returned. They gave us a 800# but no one answers it's a Voice mail line.

I just returned from the Walmart pharmacy in Wilmington, NC. What I am writing about is; do you not teach your employees just plain common courtesy and kindness? Not feeling well, I waited in line for 20 minutes for my prescription and after leaving the store with my medicine and getting in my car I realized they had not given me my insurance card back. So I had to go back in the store and ask them to find it. The woman went to the back, returned, and very casually handed it to me and said I found it on the floor, this must be yours. No apology offered. Come on now, do you not pay your employees enough not to teach them common courtesy and friendliness? Just a simple apology for the inconvenience would have made all the difference in the world.
