I no that no every reads this but I though I would let u no I work hard for my money or I used to now I get a mesly little check not even 200 a month now that I have Seaver ra can't do hardly any thing. But I needed a pare of boots so I go to Walmart as I always do weigh by my house by a pare get home
Mind u I wait size 10 & ahafe all u had was 11 so I got them got home could not get them on little so it was late so I was going to go back the next day but I fell and broke my leg in 15 pieces so forgot about the boots so been 3 months so I took them back and guess what now there discontinued u say there's not any thing u can do. I spend a lot of money there I by all my food there and all my closes. 3 month and now nothing 50 dollars gone and still no boots. Disapointed

I want to commend a Walmart Associate, Javon, who works at store number 03266 in East Windsor NJ. I am a regular customer at this store and have needed assistance at least three times for things like a camera, mouse, etc. Javon is always right there ready to answer questions, find things I can't see or give advice. This young man's attitude and helpfulness are a real credit to your store.

I would like to compliment the patience and superb customer service I received today 8-13-16 Store#02334' Lincoln Highway, Lancaster, PA.

I had purchased 54 items today, I had coupons and I had 2 Visa Gift cards to use at checkout. The cashier Doris who normally works in Apparel was asked to help run register do to being busy she was so friendly and caring. When she tried to use my gift card it did not work properly and she got help right away. The card went through. Then when we tried to use the second card it did not work either , again she reached out for help and it ended up the card would not work. So I went to pay using my debit card and it would not take it. A gentlemen another associate names Junito (Jose) came to help. Because we tried to use this card more then 8 times it stopped us from allowing my card to go through. Aga in Doris and Junita were so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the only way to fix this was to cancel out my entire transact,ion and start all over. Jose helped take all my things that were already bagged and put them back up to be scanned again. This time we tried to use the two Visa cards, again the one wouldn't work. So I said let's just proceed without that card and everything went through. But, the reason for me writing was that Doris and Jose couldn't have been anymore polite and kind and caring and really tried to get my Visa card to work.

This two individuals deserve some kind of recognition, because of them I would come back to this store.

All of this was in part made possible by Walmart and I wanted to thank you for your help. Along the way I was in need of food, Internet, loding, and water. Walmart was always there and always welcoming.

This is not customer service by any stretch of the imagination. I called to find out why a hold was placed on my purchase of an online gift card. It was an emergency situation and on the website, it says the PIN numbers are released for a gift card purchase within 4 hours. Two days later, still no numbers. Lots of emails tho saying that my account was on a "financial hold"......come on now, I paid with PayPal!!!! Never in 20 plus years of using PayPal has any purchase been delayed....just with Walmart????? So, I called today to find out how to NOT have this happen again. I explained the whole situation, was put on hold for several minutes....and then transferred where the hold time was 14 minutes. I don't think so. I'm off to buy a Target gift card.

Cashier wz Extremely rude & told me i could go get manager /cashier 2 get my online shopping order MYSELF!She stated," Do you have a attitude because of the way i handled the person b4 you?". I do not
All i want is 2 pick up my pkg would you get some one? She said you can go get them yourself! &I did go 2 look 4 the manager 2 handle the matter & the rude cashier. I explained 2 manager what she replied 2 me was.
She stated , she, overheard the cashier state she would get someone. That is not true & if this is what you overheard why didnt you come & assist me. Their were 2 mgrs @ the store 1, i dealt w the day b4 he recalled. I wz @ the Dickerson rd. store cashier wz giving me a hard time & stated she could refuse me service. 4 what? Ihad made a previous purchase the day b4& decided 2 return item & put the $3.00 refund 2 ward hot chicken i wz buying & 2 pick UP my order that i tried 2 pick up since July 26. I dealt w/ mis info since then & 8 of August when it wz 2 arrv again.All i wanted wz item ordered. I'm happy w /purchasei knew id B . I bought it B4. I even called while i was in the parking lot 2 info store 2 pickup item . So i could exit w/o delay.Again whoever answered the phone didnt know Again i gave info . Istated thats okay "Im on my way inside the store. I frequently visit this store!
But I'll have 2 make changes .
The help Center call was effective 10 of Aug in calling the store 2 insure my pkg. wz there.Very Argummentative/Disrespectful Cashier.
She continued 2 talk keep commenting on issue. I said no more & thanked the manager & left store . Thank you

I have been a wallmart shopper for a long time.and l have always used the wallmart saving catchers .ever time l would shop there l scan my cashier recipe. but just recently l lost my pass word and not sure of my ID so l had to make up new PW and ID.now l lost my money that was on my saving catchers account.can you help me

I came to Walmart 24 hour location on Fairington Road in Lithonia after having a pretty good shopping experience with 3 floor associates helping me find parmesan chees and bread crumbs. All that went down the drain when I went to check out these items and several others. There were only 2 check lanes open with line lengths I have never seen in any Walmart ever before. I have pictures to attest to these absurd and lengthy lines.

Very disappointed that 2 days after shopping at your store my credit card was fraudulently used. Thankfully I was notified by my credit card company. Now I am concerned about shopping at your stores.

My husband and I have always used the Walmart pharmacy and until today have had no problems. Today my husband had a prescription for Miralax because he is having a colonoscopy procedure done on Friday and the pharmacist told him that his insurance wouldn't cover the cost but that he could get it over the counter,which would be fine except he is a layed off miner and we have kids so money is very tight. He ask the pharmacist to help him by seeing what was covered or to call the doctor to get it changed and the pharmacist here in Whitesburg Kentucky told him that he would have to do it himself and that was not his job. I have never been so upset about anything ever . The pharmacist has always worked with us to fix problems with our prescriptions and my doctor told me that this was what the pharmacist was supposed to do. Now it looks like we will need to reschedule for another day. I would like to know if you can give us an email to tell us if this is part of their jobs. The pharmacist name here in Whitesburg Kentucky is Kedron.

Tried over several days on both my tablet and my computer but unable to use your web site to search for something, let alone buy something. None of the links work at all. Please have your technical department fix your web site so it actually works.

I really want to work for Walmart. The two hiring machines at the ladysmith wi office are old and personal has been having problems getting them replaced. I try and apply on the Walmart site and it either says the pin or password is wrong. I've called customer service and their unable to reset the pin. It tells me to go to the Walmart store and get it reset. They can't reset it because I couldn't put in my application do to the problems.

I just recently visited my local Walmart in Harlingen Texas 78550. I was approached by a manager named Fernando, he asked me to conceal my weapon because it was anew policy of Wal-Mart. I complied no problem, I asked him (Fernando) if Wal-Mart had placed 30.07 on front doors, he said YES! Opon leaving I checked front door and no signs were visible. I came back in store ask Fernando about it he said it was just a Wal-Mart thing because Wal-Mart sales beer! I visit 3 other Wal-Mart's I'm Cameron Co. and not even the police officers on duty for Wal-Mart have ever ask me to conceal my weapon. If I will if asked to. I'd like to know if this special is new. great value breakfast beef patties (frozen)...why has the Bangor Maine store stopped carrying the beef sausage? for health concerns we do not eat the pork.and the turkey is too dry...for 10 years we have ate that sausage every morning...

After a shopper goes through check out and pays for items, they are treated like criminals when trying to leave store. I have been checked by your store greeter on numerous occasions most of time they look at slip and I go on. In the Thief River Falls walmart on 7/6/2016 I got a male greeter who would not believe slip and had to go check with others. I paid for the items had in my cart.
I buy a lot of products at walmart in a year. I guess walmart has gotten so big customers like me are no longer valuable to walmart. Even though your prices are cheaper, maybe it is time I started shopping some where else where I am not questioned on items I have paid for. The Thief River Falls, Mn store is hard to get around in as they are always blocking isles with product for stocking shelves.
Customers as a whole shop during the day and should not have to walk several isles to get across to other section. I have waited 2 days before contacting walmart customer service as I was so mad at treatment in TRF store. I am still upset, so I will not call and take it out on customer service employee on the line as it is not their fault. This is a MANAGEMENT problem. Looking for to seeing some changes in the Thief River Falls, MN store.

We have been waiting a week for a pool that was supposed to be shipped to the 31st and Harvard store in Tulsa ok on June 27th and we have yet to receive it. I have called the store every day plus the 800 4 times and no one knows where our pool is. We have already paid for it! The order number Where is our pool? We are expected to pay for our purchase on our credit card on the 10th of every month why are you guys not expected to deliver your products on time?!?

I ordered a swing set for my Grandson and it was suppose to be here June 21st and I get an email telling never mind don't pick it up it was sent back because of the box having a tear. The truth I found out is a associate took it for themselves I guess this a normal behavior associates taking customer orders from themselves when they see something they want. So I got my money back and had to re-order it I was told it was going to be here on July 1st (mind you I have a grandson who is waiting) and guess what it never arrived it sat in NY since June 30th. I was told that once it leaves the warehouse it is the trucking company's problem. So once again a important weekend and no swing set and a very sad lil boy

Called the Plainfield Indiana store and held the first time 7 minutes before being disconnected. Called back and held for 13 minutes and 42 seconds. Called the third time and asked for store manager. Told him my frustration. He didn't apologize or acted like he cared. Asked my question and his answer was "I think so". I still don't have the answer to my question. And this is the reason I rarely shop at Walmart....

Ordered 16 piece of fried chicken at 9 is this morn. It was to be ready at 1230pm. Was there at 1220. It was not even started. Very disappointed. Because Giant Eagle refused to take an order cause they were soooo busy.lol so I thought walmart would see me through. Didn't happen. She did offer to start it. But didn't have 25 minutes.well I guess it don't pay to pre order. Won't be back. I'll even by my undies elsewhere.
