My husband returned an hair iron for me on October 7. We never received the $79.00 refund on our card. We have been told repeatedly that MY credit was posted to someone else's card. It has now been six weeks. I have told the representatives that I will sit in front of the Sarasota store with a sign and tell everyone what has happened to me. This is retail fraud and theft. On Monday, we are calling the Fraud Department of Sun Trust Bank. I have spoke with the store, I have spoke with THREE representatives the past two months who give me the same line: "We will investigate". What the H*** is there to "investigate"? I have both the purchase receipt and the credit receipt. What is WRONG with these people. This was their mistake and I have to wait MONTHS to get my money back? I am NOT letting this theft go. I will actually pay my attorney ten times what I've lost to these people just to get my money back and make this right. What a scam of a store!! How can this type of publicity be worth it to them?

I have emailed this Co three times now of the horribal experience my 16 year old daughter and I had in eureka,ca my daughter buys only ulta expensive makeup she had bday Oct 27 we went in tried use 10 dollar coupon and we showed email on her iPhone for free gift because they could not scan the Bar code they ask her to step outside for better I telnet the email attachments was not connecting then they call up more people tell us we do not understand I understand that they chose not help us I manage a store there are things they could do to be helpful they chose embarrass us be rude I explained could they resend the email or how she get her free item and 10 dollar coupon they sent us away no help still she purchased her items so unprofessional plz respond

I have been receiving emails from your company to come back. I first learned about your store from my sister in Queen Creek, AZ. I live in NM & when I go to Albuquerque I'm way to busy or running short on time. I was happy to see you opened a store in Farmington. I usually get my hair products from JCPenney or SmartStyles and my makeup at Dillards. Today I walked into your store at the Animas Mall & was so disappointed. I passed 3 of your associates & no1 asked me if I needed assistences. I was sad to see one of your associates with so many tattoos I thought I was at a bar. I ended up walking out not even 20 yards from your entrance. I believe one associate that ignored me was on your management team. I'm on a management team for one of the largest retail company in the country. I always great my customer/guest. Something has to change with your associates or your store will fail. I will continue shopping at JCP, SmartStyles, & Dollar's for my products.

I went to an ulta on Litchfield and McDowell in Arizona. I took my two teenage nieces for some products. We were approached about 3 times by a young girl who asked if we needed help. The rest of the time, some older worker (Lori) followed us around the store watching. She never offered to be helpful. She just followed us. She even was rude and snotty when i was speaking to my niece about rubbing alcohol. She corrected me twice and sort of snapped when I wasn't even speaking to her. Her behavior was very rude. Then as we were still shopping the associate decided to take our bag that was not nearly full to the front as if they didn't want us walking around with products. Then when an associate brought me another empty bag and asked if we were ready to check out, I told her no thank you, we are leaving. It was as if they couldn't wait to get us out of there. I've never felt so singled out or micromanaged in my life. I don't know what they thought in that store but they were so rude. I have not ever stolen in my life and would never do so. I'm a nurse and a veteran who took my girls shopping. The fact that we felt them trying to watch and manage us the whole time was horrible. It was not a show of good customer service or helpfulness. When we left the store to leave to another ulta, the older snotty woman (Lori) followed us outside writing down my license plate. I got out of my car and she followed me back into the store where I asked what the situation was and then I explained to some young girl manager what happened. I got a terrible insincere apology and asked if I wanted to check out. Absolutely not! I went to a different ulta where the customer service was amazing.
I've never had such an awful experience anywhere. It was like being a criminal under suspicion. Awful!

I got my haircut the other day and the stylist was not friendly and it is the worse haircut! It is so short in the back and uneven and the front doesn't lay right. I cry when I shower and have to style it. I went to see if I could get it fixed by other hairstylists and it going to cost me anothe $50! I am on a budget so it will have to wait. I will NEVER get my hair done again at this place!

Hi corporate when into the store yeaterday to return 5 lipsticks i had no recipt the girl did the transaction without asking me if the amount of the return was ok she just processed it and when i looked at the amout it was 32$ n i said to her i would rather keep it she told me she couldent give me my make up back because it was already done. Completely feel robbed. At least if the employee had asked me if it was ok or told me how much she was returning i would have at least had a choice.. and one had zero value and she tryed to keep it with out even tell me it had zero value....bad customer service .. Watch out they will get u for ur money without even caring never again will i buy anything from thier

I was in my local Ulta store over the weekend. I was looking for the IT cosmetics foundations. I recently had radiation treatments and my skin changed. Seeing that brand on QVC I thought that it might help. A young lady by the name of Brittany came to see if she could help. I asked her to help find the color I would need. Explained to her what I had been using the results of it after treatment and why I wanted to try IT. She was very kind, caring and considerate. After trying four different shades we found one. She applied it and it looked amazing. She went above and beyond her job to help me. It made me cry to see how nice I looked again and how the dryness disappeared. Brittany is an amazing and caring young lady. I hope she remains working there. I really appreciate her time.

Hello to Corporate - Customer service :
I have recently shopped in 2 of your stores, in 2 different states. I spent my career in high level training of customer service.
My experience in both of these stores is that the young women employed have no clue, no social skills and no customer service training. They can barely look you in the eye when conversing.
Please emphasis to your regional mgrs. to help them !
And each time the ladies stood around chatting amongst themselves.
I plan to drive the extra miles to a department store for my products.

We had a horrible experience at the ulta store in Coral Springs , fla ( wiles & university ) .. The worst ... On Monday. 8/29 , my daughter was very upset with the poor job the stylist did on her hair ! The accent hilites were not balanced .. Her hair parts on the center , the red high lites fall on the right as chunkie ( slice ) and nothing on the left ... Mind you the stylist decided to place foils around her head as peek a boo hilites .. She complained on 8-29 Monday , she returned today , Friday 9/2 ... Appointment given to her by the manager of the hair dept at ulta .. She explained to the manager she was not happy with the service and why , the manager gives her an appoinment to correct the bad job done on her hair ! CORRECT A BAD JOB DONE BY A STYLIST AT ULTA ... ... My daughter was charged once again for the six foils on her crown !!!!!! The foils needed to have the job done right !!! I called the store very upset when my daughter called me to tell me she was charged as a corrective color !!!! I asked to speak to a manager , well the manager herself hung up the phone on me !!!! I then went to the store to complain to a manager and the manager of the hair dpt calls the cops to escort me out of the store !!! She did not want to hear nothing I said ... THAT I AM A HAIRSTYLIST MYSELF , THAT THE FOIL PLACEMENT WAS WRONG FROM THE ORIGINAL APPOINMENT THATS WHY SHE WAS GIVEN ANOTHER APPOINMENT TO CORRECT THE BAD JOB DONE THERE ! NOT BY ANORHER SALON OR MY DAUGHTER ... HOW DIO YOU HAVE THE BALLS TO CHARGE HER AS A CORRECTIVE COLOR !!! AND TO SAY IM THROWING A BLOW DRY FOR YOUR COLOR CORRECTION AS IF SHES DOING HER SUCH A FAVOR !!! CHARGING HER $65 AGAIN TO FIX A BAD JOB BY ULTA ... I ALSO WENT TO SEE MY DAUGHTER WHILE SHE WAS GETTING HER HAIR DONE , PURPOSELY TO SEE WHAT THEY WERE DOING , TO COUNT HOW MANY FOILS AND WHERE THE FOIL PLACEMENT ... SIX ON THE CROWN , RIGHT FOILS BACK WITH LEVEL 2 TO ELIMINATE FOILING SLICE DONE ON 8-29 ... BEYOND UPSET TO KNOW THIS WOMAN TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY DAUGHTER .... THE SO CALLED MANAGER !!!!! KNOWING THAT THE PREVIOUS STYLIST DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB !!!! Knowing that I myself am a colorist / stylist , work at a local hair salon , that I know our industry for the past 20 years ... Color corrections to charge whatever ... Only here is ,the horrible job was done by ulta not my daughter !!! We are already in the process of disputing. Payments and making sure headquarters and district manager are aware of this horrible experience ...

Disappointed with salon in south charleston wv today. I have been a loyal customer to this particular store for 4 yrs and have always had good experiences. The issue I have is NOT with my stylist but with a new male stylist that has recently been hired. It's an open area and every word uttered can be heard. His language, his rude and crude comments and overall attitude are unprofessional. I was in the salon in August and had experienced the same situation then. I thought this guy won't be around long......what a surprise to see him and hear his is inappropriate innuendos and language once again. I feel bad for the other stylists that work with him. Unfortunately this male stylist tarnishes the nice upscale image this salon once had. I implore the powers at be at the corporate office to look into this and talk to these stylists that work at this location. I felt so bad for the 3 that were with him today and see them cringe and try to make excuses for this man. This event gives a black eye on the entire store as a whole. Makes me want to go back to the department stores for all my skin care and make up needs. I hate that my stylist along with others have to endure the filth this man spews. My stylist was understanding when I didn't rebook. Again I implore corporate to investigate. Thank you for your compliance in this matter, but I feel there will be no resolution and this will just get swept under the rug and ignored.

I am dissatisfied with my experience today.
1. Not acknowledged by Sales Associate in Tart Dept due to the fact a lady, not discussing cosmetics, had her full attention at which they even moved to the next isle for more privacy
2. One Cashier waiting on customer, taking an extended time with card reader, was acknowledged by cashier, while there were 2 Associates behind desk conversationing with another on other side of counter getting ready to leave. I am waiting, waiting, waiting and no one ever attempted to check out my purchase
Needless to say I put the item down and walked out!
There are other places I can patronize with better service.

I have been in Beaute industry and I have a completely different perspective about how this industry operates ! But not even in my worse nightmares I could have imagined the blatant manner that ULTA uses to stop the wrong kind of a would be employee at the door ( rather a website in this case) .
There were questions about age that clearly have been used to discriminate older employees.
There are questions that are worded in a way that a disabled employee is discriminated by them.
Then there is the big one : cleverly disguised questions about the race of an individual , ( a blatant attempt to weed out , Black, Hispanics of a certain background, Religious disposition, and lastly the drugs where the questioned don't even bother to hide that prescription drugs are considered as much of a blemish as are the illegall ones .
Perhaps, that's why ULTA has been so popular and the fact that they do not have a single store in NY ( the biggest market , bar none ) clearly shows you that it is a White Nirvana where 99% of the employees will vote for Trump !! All I can say is you will not find a copy of a Title viii anywhere in the building!
Support them if you must but look deeper into their operations before you plunge $300 on a product or services !!

Friday: Inquired with Salon Manager Cindi prior to scheduling appt for short hair/asymmetrical, she recommend Chelsea



1ST APPT 8/20 HAIRCUT W/ Chelsea, horrible cut and I had short hair for the past 10yrs. Requested asymmetrical she didn't cut correctly, texturing is horrible I have hair sticking out from everywhere the lengths are off on both sides of my head. She told me she only used scissors and not the clipper so she didn't clean up my neck. When I got home I tried to style it was impossible. Since I was scheduled for color the following day I would proceed to request a fix.





2ND APTT 8/21- LEEZA, partial balanye this employee didn't use gloves I had dye all over my ear, neck, forehead, wrist and clothing where the product was dripping. she said "I am not wearing gloves, it don't matter I will just bleach the hell out of them". She keep talkign and looking at her cell since she was trying to adopt a pomeranian dog she named Lola. After all that waiting she rinsed my hair and I specifically choose the toner I wanted, once she was done drying my hair the toner was completely a different color I asked her and she said she add used an ashy tone. I told her that's not what I requested and she suggested we tone hair again, I proceed to answer no. I asked for her manager and she said the salon manager was not in only the store manager, she supposedly went to call her out in the back room the manager never came out and Leeza came back to tell me Cynthia would call me the next day and asked for my number.



Today is 8/25 Thursday and no call I called Ulta and spoke to Cindi I explained the whole situation and she stated she will not refund my money for both appointments but she will fix it, I responded that I am looking to have ti fix by them again and I will not be doing my hair ever again there, she said that all she could do was fix it with no refund.



I am not interested in getting else done at Ulta, I would appreciate refund back on my ulta credit store card. I was very disappointed as I was expecting much better service, at this point I would of been better off going somewhere else.

Salon manager ruined my sisters hair. I am shocked.This is completely disastrous. My sister is to embarrassed to say anything.
She did highlights that damaged her hair to break off.

I have been a loyal Ulta consumer for many years. I have shopped and relied on great services along the east coast. I recently moved to CA and patronized your Tustin CA store. I was met with disinterested employees; I was a bother. I asked for help choosing hair and skin care products (after hunting down a clerk) I was referred to a reluctant salon "worker" who handed me 4 items and told me to choose. I picked my own products. While waiting in line to check out, I noticed that the cashier wasn't asking for "bonus" information. I had to demand that my $50 purchase be counted on my Ulta card. What's wrong with your Tustin CA store?
