Billing is unfair. I'm trying to pay off what I owe to Tmobile and they keep adding more to my final balance.

I am not happy with the experience so far with tmobile. I switched from verizon wireless to tmobile last year and since then I have received a few times a nasty letter from verizon saying I still owe them money, when I was told when I signed onto tmobile that this balance was going to be taken care of I wouldn't have to worry about it and here we are still talking about it.
Hi Im a custumer of t-mobile Im kind of happy but I like to know why they dont have the ofer of buy one samsung get one free like other carriers and also the system that even if you have a family program you have to get and extra line ,there is not custumer loyalty by companys only greed like if you get a new phone you have to pay for new sim card whats with that

If T-Mobile is owned vitamins that I should not have these problems their products are usually very remarkable. However how come it is that I pay $65 a month for my service I still have problems staying online? It is a little unnerving when you're in the middle of a song and it stops or Google play music says your songs will be downloaded when you get online when I've BEEN online all along. my account was to have a line disconnected and my account changed on8/4/16.. recieved a bill for 72.00 due 9/4/16.. talked to a representive 8/24/16. my account should be credited for the amount i was over charged. recieved text that line had been disconnected and change was made to excisting account.please make ajustments to my account
My feed back from Tmobile customer service is horrible. Everyone tells you different things and always passing the bucket so they can get rid of you. We traded our phones from different company got $216 credit per phones toward each new Iphones. Per Robert manager at the store, he's no longer there, we can do an upgrade on our jump on demand and still get our $12 per month credit. My son upgraded to iPhone 6s plus at the launch date, he's receiving his credits even got an additional credit. I decided to upgrade also in November. Its been hell to get my credits that is owe to me because of the phone I traded when I opened account. Everyone even managers tells you different things to get you of the phones and they never call back. Do you not do training so everyone is on the same page? Its such a terrible experience its pathetic. Customers feedback is the best or worst advertising
I want to give a shout out to Vince D. Manager at the Valpo Mobile Shop in Indiana. After two years with T-Mobile we just bought new phones and all the trimmings. He was and has been extremely helpful. He has done EVERYTHING he said he would. We couldn't be more pleased with the phone service, the phones, cost and his customer service skills. Before T-Mobile we had been with Verizon for about 9 years. We ALWAYS dreaded having to make a phone call to them. Vince D's customer skills are far superior than Verizon. Thanks, Vince D.!! Now to make that dreaded call to Comcast!!

all say the sa thing. I went to Best Buy and purchased a new transferred the old sim
card # to the new phlne, because the salesman in the t-mobile kiosk in the mall of abilene said to buy
a new phone that the signal would be stronger....none of the above helped...what is going on all of a
sudden at t-mobile? I bought a verizon (these phones are flip cell phones)and it works in the 79510

I have been a loyal customer for t mobile for over 15 years, and have been praising your wonderful customer services and cell plans. However, in the last year or so, I have been using a Samsung Lite and I have had a lot of trouble with getting reception, using the phone, and overall disappointing service.
I own a small business, and I live in the Oklahoma City metro area, so I am always in the city and not in the middle of nowhere. I have not received calls from clients and I just lost a big contract because my phone not only did not receive the call, but did not notify me of my client's voicemail. I have been resetting my phone everyday like your company has told me to do, yet with the same results.
Your customer service, while still polite, cannot help me with giving me a better deal with a new phone like they did in the past. This has led to my frustration, and it saddens me that this has changed. I am now looking to AT&T to start my relationship with them.
I just wanted to let you know that, though I have been more than satisfied with your company and the way they have taken care of me for so many years, I must take my business elsewhere.

T mobile sucks. They lie about taking care of what they are paid to do. Don't worry they say, I will take care of everything. Yeah, they take care of themselves, charging you for services and equipment you do not have. Money in their pocket. Then when you try to correct them in their errors, they beat around the bush, but don't understand what you are saying and what the other t mobile representative told you. I thought they were suppose to log everything or record. Then why is it taking so many long phone calls and a different person each time and get no where. Do not go with t mobile. I was a customer for 13 years and they have become SORRY!!!!!!
My account has been a mess since my husband died a year ago I have asked for service to be shut off never happened, asked the acct be put in my name, never happened, asked my sons line be cut off never happened, he took up with Sprint I paid my bill at Walmart to find no one has a number to solve my issue of paying my bill that was applied to another persons account the customer service numbers given are to pay for service the stores are only equipped to sell phones, and not one person has solved any of my issues. I have no service with a paid receipt and 2 children overseas to which I cannot communicate with for no one is accountabel not Team Mobile not Walmart family plan.

Having charging I-phone issues. Tried different AC outlets and even tried to charge my phone @ work. Tried to charge phone in my car adapter and computer connection. Can not use my phone to even make emergency call if I need help. I noticed my phone was getting low before I went to bed and plugged the charger that was sent with my phone...it made it usual sound it was hooked up and in charging mode. In am my phone was dead. I need my phone to work because I travel 35 miles to work daily and 30 minutes home. Please see what you can do on your end. I will check my email at work via my laptop. Thank you for your help.

I'm really disappointed and regret leaving AT&T. The representative at T-mobile said they would pay if I switched carriers. I say I can wait a few more days for my contract to be up but he insists they will pay for it. So I get a phone and pay the tax and then he begins to tell me that I can pay the bill for switching and then bring the bill and wait a few weeks for the rebate. So far I have been to the T-mobile store and waited an hour each time only to be told each time that they needed something else. I have brought the bill that they asked for and all the account info and they have not submitted anything. Everytime I bring what they ask they say they need something different. They also had me trade in an iPhone to switch services and now I see they give credit for trading in phones. I'm not happy at all and the bill is $399.00 for four phones when they said it was down to $365.00. Makes me want Metro PCS again.
I called to get someone assist me with my service. Spoke with a mark in technical support. He disconnected my call bcz I said i am not satisfied with your company. Also I cannot send and receive multi media messages. I am a new customer as of 3/11/15. Went to an outlet with same issue n no one was able to assist me.
Called your cx service before ans same thing.
Over all I am disappointed in the type of service I have received so far.
Will try one more time and if not successful I will take my business elsewhere.
