I went to the drive through in Livonia Michigan at 7 Milw Road and Haggerty Road. I ordered two milkshakes to go. The vanilla was barely a shake and the chocolate was very cold chocolate milk. A company named foe shakes certainly can't deliver a quality product. Is this really the standard?
Hello my name is Harry and I've been hired at Menlo Park's shake shack. I have been there since opening and was very close to become team lead. My BABY sister and girlfriend had been stalked and harassed by a sex offender for over a week. The cops was called numerous times and nothing happened. So on my personal break time I clocked out and changed my clothes to go handle the situation. No where near the town Edison, which my job is located in. I was terminated due to me handling the situation. Is this enlightened hospitality? If so they have taught it wrong at my shake. It's ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING that a young teenage kid like me who has NEVER did anything wrong got fired for sticking up for 2 minors from a sex offender. What would have happen if I didn't show up? Another 2 young girls diagnosed with PTSD. I have never received a write up nor would do anything to receive one. I will be contacting lawyers because In the world we have now crimes with these sex offenders are incredibly high. Please take your time to read this and put your self in my shoes. If it was your daughter wouldn't you PROTECT them. If it was your niece wouldn't you PROTECT them. If it was your BABY SISTER wouldn't you PROTECT them.
This was my 1st time coming to shake shack,I was greeted by Aaliyah that called my name out with a smile and Ashley that spoke to me and recommended some additional items to put on my burger,I was very surprised at the customer service level I will be back at in Willowbrook thank you for your services
I was at Grand Central Station - new to the area. - saw Shake shake- was unsure of the process- asked an assistant who directed me to automatic kiosks to order from. Another customer came in and he offered to help that
Customer order directly from him. I could have used that help as well. I spoke with him about this. 4:00pm 16 Dec. another assistant copped an attitude so i asked her to wear her mask properly. She refused and walked off. I have a photo of her unmasked. But i was asked to show my vaccine certificate to have a seated area.
The general attitude and lack of service was so obvious - and an embarrassment for this company
When i tried to lodge a complaint the app would not process as it would not allow me to identify the location.
I have visited the SHake Shack locaton at Ft Lauderdale aiport twice now. once in November 2021 and December 10, 2021. Both times the service, wait times have been extremely long. The airport is not very busy at that time of year, its a small terminal only 2 airlines. The level of service, attitude and production is well below standards at this location. no one really knows whats going on! the line up is long, the wait time is worse. If i owned this restaurant I would want to know this. The Manager needs to step in and figure out a better system. The staff stands around chatting while customers wait in line. Most of the employees are in the back talking. Not good!
in this location tonight and witness some really racial things going on between employees. And I feel just can not futhum in my head what a young lady was going through being called those names because she was black. When the young African American lady tried to walk away the white lady kept calling her out her name and saying she was Rachet and ghetto. Now I'm pretty sure thing could've got out of hands badly but to me and my family she handle that well and just throwing bacon would've been such bad thing. To whom the employer is at the shake shack in Green hills hopefully they didn't fire you cause you handle that well. My pleasure to email me or call I don't mind making a statement on what I witness. I will not support racist slurs at people. That's the problem in this world today
Very poor customer service at Christiana Mall store 10/5/19 .Ordered door at 354 never received order while holding order signifier Then female manager told me order was there a minute when it sat on counter 15 minutes. Ended up with cold meal you lost a customer
I was in Sunday 10, June at your location in 86 street I used rod go there because the beautiful patio the location have before . I order my food , I got on time , but when I went to the patio I saw two dogs. one of your employee look like was on break she was playing whit the dog , they re were in front of my table , minutes later a costumer come in whit this huge dog put the lace never to my table so now is 3 dogs around my food, now I'm wondering if I'm in restaurant or in zoo ?
Is absolutely disgusting that go to eat expecting a nice and clean restaurant but instead I have 3 dogs around my table and a employee paling whit them this not sanitary at all .
Of course I don't want my food at that point !

I just want to tell you about an experience that I had in your Shake Shack located in Livingston, NY.
I purchased adinner for my family, and noticed at the end of the meal that there was a very large piece of black hair that was cooked in the fries. I spoke to the manager, and although he gave me my money back. I CAN'T get that experience out of my mind. I really don't know if I will go back again!

I had a bad experience at Shake Shack today. I was at 4068 Conroy rd and ordered. After 12 minutes a customer took a tray with my order went out the store and returned my tray, and then someone called my name e gave me the tray. Obviously I refuse to take and the food and they took the tray and after less than two minutes gave me the same tray . I ask for refund and I feel bad for be treated like a fool. Is my idea no be a customer anymore and I will talk about my problem with my family, friends and customers.

I HAVE tried to communicate with a person from your company via email and on private Facebook messaging and have no luck. I want plantbased vegan option available at your new location coming to Potomac, MD 20854 at the Cabin John Village. Please have a non dairy shake available too. Please offer plant based for the customer who can't have additional cholesterol and for me who just chooses to eat plantbased for the planet and my health. THank you jen Malamut

Non-caring employees who do not care whether you get sick from raw meat are willing to make it look like your burger is cooked on the outside while having a non-cooked inside. Beware, your health is at risk.
02/11/2018, 11:37am, check 30013. Burger in Link burger was raw in the middle. Person at the burger press was more interested in telling a co-worker that they were not going to talk to them. Staff very, very loud and do not appear interested in the product they put out. They probably do not care if I am sick later from under cooked hamburger. This is a health hazard and the place should be closed. I will never, never risk my health by eating at any Shake Shake again. The hamburger was raw - unbelievable. If I were the co-worker, I would hope that the girl on the burger press did not take to me and did not cook my food. Very disappointed in the non-caring employees that are put in charge of something as important as the food we eat.
04.17.17, Darien,CT. The store was relatively empty of customers but the wait was still long and several tables were filthy and had not been cleaned off. The French fries were unetible because they looked and tasted like they were reheated in the microwave. The grilled hot dog was split in half, served on a undistinguished role, with no toppings. At least, sauerkraut could be offered. This was a most unpleasant experience and one that I would not have had ar "Swanky Franks" in Norwalk or and any of the other burger chains. Mr Meyer's should keep his eye on the ball even through Shake Shaxk is very successful.
shake shack at 3rd ave and 40th nyc sunday 4/2 at 6pm...very crowded... i saw a parent seat his child/approx 18mos. on the communal tables...this is disgusting, people place their food on the same table...unfortunately u need to place a sign for those oblivious to healthand common human decency: "pls do not sit or place children on the tables"
i did not see any employee address this and I did not want to get into any altercation.
