I have been trying to contact SafeLink because my phone has been suspended for non use, though I thought I had made a call and was having problems sending calls through. I did not receive an activation card in my package with the delivery of the Alcatel smart phone. It did allow me to search the web briefly and now is just unusable. The number I received after this incident is 555-521-8135 with a sim number of 07781132011 I think as I cannot get the back off to check the Sim card. I tried you tech support number and is disconnected. This phone is great as it has a GPS, but I cannot find anyone to unsuspend THIS PHONE. I am not even sure if this is phone number for this telephone.

My Safelink phone shows minutes but it won't let me make or receive calls or text. It says no service. Could it be the area I'm in?

All the comments reflect the just awful...awful...awful service or should say no customer service. When you do finally connect with a live person, they lack the knowledge to help with even basic questions.

Hello,my name is sherry Mosley my safelink it was cancelled due to my daughter who is 25 and has her on foodstamps and does her on thing had gotten one from what i gather that is whats wrong i really need a phone being here with my 16 and no transportation i have lived here for 13 years and safelink in nice to have with my health

Your cellphone service sucks. Ive been having trouble getting my minutes so please take me offyour whatever plan you have me on.cant seem to talj to alive person.YOUR SERVICE SUCKS PLEASE TAKE ME OFF ASAP

They will erase purchased minutes and not make amends. I transferred my safelink account over to my new smart phone. I had to buy time and one gig of data to enable the new phone to verify it would work properly. I lost all that (~$30) when I utilized their new bring your own phone program. Even after that the minutes transferred was short 62 minutes. Tech never fixed that. Now I find that the My Account app by tracphone does not work with safelink. Strange because they are the same company. I now have no idea how many minutes I have left for the month. There is no way to display that info on my phone. I was told to just check in with them when I needed to know. I will not ever recommend safelink or tracphone to anyone.

Safelink Your Customer Svc Department Is Terrible. Your Wait Time Is A Disgrace Your Contract States That My Minutes Should Roll Over, But Everymonth You Safelink, Take Them!!!!! Well Not This Month The Month Of September I Made A Decision To Hold On To Minutes Because Schools Starting I Call Ur Customer Svc Dept And The Rood, Nasty Employee Tried To Get Funkie All I Know Is That 221 Minutes B Etter Roll Onto My September Allotment

I have never received such poor customer service ever. My phone will not make or receive calls. After several calls to customer service and wasting hours on the phone still no service. I need to be contacted by someone that can fix the issue.

I received a phone late last Friday night. The 1st instruction was to re-charge the battery for at least 5 hours. I did that, it was for more than 5 hours that it was plugged in. I called

. Was of the assumption that it was ready to go. Have no service, tho it also says how many minutes and days I have left. Had entered lots of contacts, but if the phone is no good, will just erase those. Have already begun to do that.

My lock is broken on my mailbox and someone stole my phone before I got to use it. I reported it stolen and a new one is being sent out. Today I received an email stating my service has been terminated because I failed to make a call. How am I supposed to make a call if I never saw the phone. They should have everything conected where they can see I'm waiting for my replacement! I know it's coming because I tracked it. It'll be here in 3 days. I can't get a live person since reporting it stolen so I sure would like to know how I'm going to see about turning it on!

In Over 40 Years Of Working With Computer -- Your Computer Is, Categorically, The Worse. Every Time I Try To Get Someone To Speak To I End Up In A Loop Or I Am Disconnected. I Have Spoken To Your Organization On Three Occasions And Have Been Told Everything Is Alright. After Having Your Service For Several Years All I Was Trying To Do Was Reverify My Account -- Which I Was Told Had Already Been Told Had Been Accomplished.
