Calling customer service is not only frustrating but inconsistent based on who you talk to. It's obvious they read from a script with their replies. If u ask a related question they get confused and they go in circles. You ask for a supervisor and that isn't an option. If u deal with them expect numerous call backs to resolve the problem. If u are a person with little patience, get someone else to call. If I gave a rating from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I'd give them a 3.

I want me service plan cancelled and remove my name from your life link program. Was on the phone yesterday to a support person, for 3 hours and he couldn't fix the problem. I will send my phone and misc back to the return address

I am tryin to get help getting service but it tells me I already am enrolled but I never received my phone or anything so I'm not sure what to do here

Safelink phone has had no data for about week. Customer service says I am qualified until January 2024 and I have everything. Still no data. I've talked to 3 people for 45 minutes to an hour trying to update my phone with a promise of a call back. No calls or data Still. I would say this is the worst service for the elderly. I will be getting another service today.

I have been trying to o get a replacement phone fromu safe link wireless for three day due to mine being stolen I am in thelufelune program and I trird to do the new application but it will not let me and they do not want to.help me I am a 109 percent disable like ve alone n get don'tdrivebcould someone please help me I have no way of doing anything I can't access s email n I am on my friends phone now.

It seems to me that no one on any of the numbers is capable of independent thought or problem solving.i have gotten answers to no service ranging from wait until the 5th of the month to be reloaded(original load!)to I need to replace my 1 week old phone (from simple wireless) to my enrollment from 8/26/22 has expired .I literally have made 33 calls in 2 days.

I bout an Alcatel phone from Safelink on 5/16/2022 and got it on 5/16/21,

1. They said it was a 2 day shipping. it was not!
2. The phone had no sim card.
3. The phone wouldn't work.
4. I spent 4 hours on the phone making 16 calls and talking to 39 people.
5. They would transfer me endlessly and I got hung up on 8 times.
6. They couldn't find the order # even though I read it to them.
7. Some said to buy a sim card. No! It was supposed to have it. And I don't want phone after this bad service.
8. They told me to call another company that sold the phone...turned out to be a doctor's office.
9. Oscar transferred me and it came back to Oscar who told me the same thing...he couldn't return $.
10. I was tired out and mentally sick after all of this.
11. Nobody would help me return the phone.

Track phone service for Safelink is running scams!!! Every month I have had to call customer service because I get a prompt saying "Oh no looks like you have run out of minutes, call to buy more" and I still have minutes left. After calling last month to get it straightened out I had over 9900 minutes and less than a month later I have none left. NO WAY! When I call to get help I get a foreign voice I can't hear or understand well and I have to USE SOMEONE ELSE'S PHONE TO GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT which uses up their minutes. It always takes a long time and they tell me it's a programming problem on their end. Every month??? T
And they keep changing my refill date which is further a scam. We are supposed to have unlimited free minutes and text during Covid but it never seemed to work right since I signed up for it. It is OUTRAGEOUS!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

Excellent Customer Service, Excellent help, Reasonable wait time to talk to agent. Other reviews are quite negative. I have had top notch help, professionalism, and fast resolutions with competent people assisting.

Over 20 Supervisor Over 42 Reps, Since January 3rd 2018 In The Attempt To Return To You After A Year An A Half Where I Had The Same Issue With Customer Service In Not Giving Resolution After Many, Many Calls. Very Poor Administration On Customer Service.

HELP..... I have been trying for days to get help. Last May I was Approved and sent s phone. For the next eight mts I spent 90% of the time in the hospital. During that time the phone was stolen from my house. I have attempted to get a replacement for weeks. PLEASE help me. I have emailed my proof to qualify. In fact the gentleman I spoke with over the weekend said I would have my phone in five to ten days. No I was told thirty days or longer. He also said he would do his best to send me a phone with a big enough for me to read good. I am going be back in the hospital soon. I really could use the phone I go.

My phone was delivered to 5 Portland street where I get my mail, not my physical address. I just moved into a single room apartment building so the package would of been left outside on the stairs. You company SafeLink has cut me off for failure to do a change of address so I can't get to medical appointments or job search as a result. Please respond via

:( Since 07-2017 I have been calling the phone number belonging to Customer Service of Tracfone and Safe link and the employees have not been able to do their job correctly to solve my problem, which they have caused me; demonstrating his disability in - "Technical Support-Customer Services" ... Including the "Supervisors" Also, treating their peers without respect and taking advantage of the elderly. Modern technology is very interesting and effective in certain cases, but nothing personalized. Already, I drained emotionally and too frustrated to continue for so long in the same situation, I decided to communicate via Chat Live support--. Since then I have been treated professionally with the respect that I as a human being and client deserve; Additionally. talking to responsible people with knowledge of the products they are offering. Therefore, they are solving my situation. Unfortunately not everyone wants to understand that they are receiving a salary for the work they do.

Terrible service on automated system!! 6 tries and every time I am disconnected after following all prompts and awaiting a representative! Just horrible wait times and then beep beep you are GONE! Will file complaint with government!

I have been trying to recertify on line for past 6 months....box said don't need to yet will receive something in mail 4 months before recertifying. Tried calling numerous times for the past few months and finally got a live person today that said I need to recertify....Would it be possible for a customer service person to call me I would also like to ask a question about my phone.... or give me a phone number/email so I may contact directly.

I called on 6/14/2017 (my 44th birthday.) I had to turn off air conditioning for 2 hours in my room because I could not understand either representative. After 2 hours, the supervisor, Vanessa said she could not transfer me to another supervisor. She was defensive when I said her English was not good. I had 1600 minutes on my phone a week ago and now she has trying to say I have 0. She sounded unsure and I just wanted that confirmed with another supervisor. That is a lot of minutes to lose and not to be sure if the person I am talking to is reliable. I believe the 1st man transferred me to her on purpose because I did not understand him well, either. Safelink should have a record of calls I made and KNOW that I did not use 2000 minutes in 7 days. I am so upset by this. This should have been handled differently. I was mistreated and I am going to make sure everyone I know knows about how this person, Vanessa, who speaks English as a 2nd language was so rude and inconsiderate to me!!! I was upset at the end but still hope phone calls were both recorded. She refused to give me the name of the other representative!! I never used profanity but I did insult her English even though she thinks she speaks Good English, well, that is a problem! She did not so I hope it was recorded!!!!!!

This Company doesn't even have an Email address to contact them, who doesn't have an email address in this day and age, it's stupid. My phone hasn't worked since the storm Saturday evening, and these clown tell me to call them. If I could call, I wouldn't need to call.

They must not even know if their tower is offline, because I can't get it now even after powering my phone off on and several times, this is stupid.

I'm trying to activate my husband 's phone and they had to send a new sims card , now having problems getting it activated. It would be nice if you could talk to real people and not recordings because they tell me the over and over and hang up. It has been three weeks since he has had a phone because of the way it has been handled on the phone. I'm very disappointed in the way it has been handle.

I've had Safelink for over two years and up till now have not really had much of a reason to complain. However, lately, I've had problems. First, I received a text saying if I needed to call customer service, to call 800-378-1684 and the call is free. However, today I called customer service and they charged me over 45 minutes. When I pointed this out to the customer service rep, he said the call was NOT free. I told him of the text I received, and he said he had no way to track that...but to go to Walmart and use one of their phones to call them??? That makes no sense to me! He did say he was going to reimburse me for 30 minutes as soon as our call ended, but an hour later and I still haven't received the minutes. And that wasn't even the reason I called them...I'm supposed to have unlimited texting, but lately I've been receiving my texts as "downloads" and when I download the text - which includes NO graphics or media - it charges me. And I've been having some issues with their rinkydink little phone, as well. The SIM card won't work and freezes the phone when I try to add or delete data or move data to/from it. I then have to take the battery out of the phone to reboot it, because it won't even let me turn it off. And once I turn the speakerphone on, I can't turn it off. Again, this customer service rep said I could either go to Walmart or to a pay phone to call them so they could check the phone....a pay phone???? When was the last time anyone even saw a pay phone in the U.S.? Not to mention, can you imagine the cost to call customer service - located in the Philippines - from one? I'm not sure I could even call them from a pay phone! And going to Walmart to ask them to use THEIR phone to call? That makes no sense! At this point, I'm very unhappy with Safelink and seriously considering changing my service to another program. All U.S. companies should be REQUIRED to locate their customer service centers in the U.S.!

I have been trying to contact SafeLink because my phone has been suspended for non use, though I thought I had made a call and was having problems sending calls through. I did not receive an activation card in my package with the delivery of the Alcatel smart phone. It did allow me to search the web briefly and now is just unusable. The number I received after this incident is 555-521-8135 with a sim number of 07781132011 I think as I cannot get the back off to check the Sim card. I tried you tech support number and is disconnected. This phone is great as it has a GPS, but I cannot find anyone to unsuspend THIS PHONE. I am not even sure if this is phone number for this telephone.
