My lock is broken on my mailbox and someone stole my phone before I got to use it. I reported it stolen and a new one is being sent out. Today I received an email stating my service has been terminated because I failed to make a call. How am I supposed to make a call if I never saw the phone. They should have everything conected where they can see I'm waiting for my replacement! I know it's coming because I tracked it. It'll be here in 3 days. I can't get a live person since reporting it stolen so I sure would like to know how I'm going to see about turning it on!
