While it's a good gym for equipment and diversity. Some of the employees can be very rude towards different ethic groups. Will only speak or acknowledge a few. Only exude good customer service to fair skinned women and ignore everybody else with no contact. Making for an unpleasant environment that's not very friendly.

This place is so bad, they let people into the locker rooms with bolt cutters, all my belongings, credit cards, keys everything stolen. If you want a real easy score just head over to LA fitness and tell them you left something in the locker room. NO PROBLEM. The front desk is too busy eating lunch. It took forever to even get them to call authorities but it was really a waste. The authorities have free memberships so hey, girl hey. If you have to go, keep your belongings with you at all times. I MEAN ALL TIMES!! Trust NO ONE. The front desk are letting ppl steal and getting their cut on the back side. Which is why there is never any video.

Happy New Year! I am a member of LA fitness in Marlton branch since 2016 (Evesham Township, NJ). I am writing to give credit to the manager of LA Fitness Marlton office, her name is Gianna C, I love doing zumba at the gym and I did that religiously until Covid-19 struck the whole world. I went to Marlton office on October 1, 2020 to cancel my membership.That's when I met Gianna C and she was so helpful and she suggested that if I want to freeze my account for six (6) months and today I called Gianna on what to do with my membership, she suggested to freeze it again for three (3) months and hopefully everything will be alright in May. Gianna C was very helpful and one being young she is very professional and very understanding. She is an asset to your business.

I have been a member with LA Fitness for 10+ years and not once have I miss a payment or late on any of my payments. I moved from Florida to TX. I have visited a LA fitness in TX come to find out its a signature club and I have no access. They immediately send me to a salesperson to review my membership. After hours of disappointment I decided to pay more for my membership by paying for 3yrs upfront. I review the contract and was ready to sign up, the rep said he give me 5 days pass when it expires, he will sign me up.
Today July 1st my guess pass expires, and I am ready to sign up and the rep is now saying he cannot honor the price. At this point I am very frustrated, 10+ years and now this. I was willing to change my $24.00/ membership nationwide to pay more and pay three years upfront. He gives me the quote I have a screenshot and was ready to pay said day. He said to first use up the pass then sign up. I followed his advice and now he won't honor his agreement.

This is ridiculous as I cannot get anyone to provide any support or honor my pricing.
