It's been close to a year: my account was suspended b/c I didn't recertify on time. When I called SafeLink, I was told I basically had to apply as a new customer. I sent in info. requested. Myfood 'assistance' document called "SNAP" in Ohio, was not acceptable b/c it did not say food "STAMPS." Also my Medicaid card was not acceptable! What am I to do?

I have an account. I do not know the number. My brother had my phone in his pocket, He had a heart attack and died riding his bicycle it took 2 days before they found him, He was in bad shape bodily fluids and deterring they threw all the stuff away that was in in his pockets,I need to get another phone please advise on what I need to do Thank you

I've been trying to get reinstated for my phone SafeLink I have talk to the representative to give out all my information and I thought that was done found out it wasn't try contacting somebody from SafeLink told him what happened and waited and then I was hung up again call again and waited 14 minutes once hung up again I just wanted to tell you how I feel as a customer and I would like somebody to call me about this problem to be reinstated my number I would so much like to get to be reinstated please if you can call me as soon as possible I would really appreciate it yours truly Rory McClintock

I purchased extra minutes once and they were taken away from me the following month. I did make a complaint, and some of the minutes were returned to my phone, but I will never again buy extra minutes. Also, tried to do a recert online but was unable to Web site would not go there.

Beware of this company...in the past 4 months I have had 3000 minutes disappear. I have never gone online, which they accused me of. Nobody else has access to my phone, and I have a land line phone, so I don't use the Safelink phone unless I am out. I use it for a couple of minutes here and there. 3000 minutes would take me 5-10 years to use up. Has anyone else experienced this problem with this company?

safelink wireless is a scam I have submitted my proof for a free phone three times in the last week or so. my safelink enrollment id ricky Bradford Jenkins dob 04-06-1956 ssn ending in last four numbers6196 email you have a custormer support person from another nationality I cant hardly understand. I sent my proof you requested and my application is still pending. why& why again get real safelink & be a responsible company. thanks & no thanks for your sorry custormer support. ricky b jenkins

this is the 4th time I have tried to activate my upgraded phone, I can not find the rite link or any help online at all. I am in the third month of this. customer service yesterday told me to go online to do this. why was I not told the first time I tried that I had to involve a third phone or go online? why is it so difficult to find the rite link to do this activation? what a waste of my time.

Have been trying to reach a live representative for over an hour. My phone is dead and I can't reach anyone. The recording says turn the phone on and call back in 15 minutes. The phone cannot be turned on, it's dead!This is the worst customer service ever. i think we should all complain to the BBB or FTC so they will stop giving their customers the shaft.

I have. Been trying to reach someone for months i had a safelink phone through the program and needed. To change phones cause the screen got broken on mine. I was just trying to transfer my number. To another tracphone and now i have lost my. Service with safelink. I need a phone with my old phone number back

My Phone Is Constantlyn Rooming At My Permenent Address Had Sim Card Replaced Didnot Fix Teck Said Thay Cant Do Anything And Vgave No Reason Isint There A Number To Dial To Reprogram Cell Towers Or Only The Good Companys Have That Opsion Like Verizon The Phone Is Almost Usless Im Afraid Its Not Going To Work In An Emergency Wich I Have Many Because Of A Disability
