They will erase purchased minutes and not make amends. I transferred my safelink account over to my new smart phone. I had to buy time and one gig of data to enable the new phone to verify it would work properly. I lost all that (~$30) when I utilized their new bring your own phone program. Even after that the minutes transferred was short 62 minutes. Tech never fixed that. Now I find that the My Account app by tracphone does not work with safelink. Strange because they are the same company. I now have no idea how many minutes I have left for the month. There is no way to display that info on my phone. I was told to just check in with them when I needed to know. I will not ever recommend safelink or tracphone to anyone.
