Have had Rogers services for less than a week. Already had to reboot my cable box several times. Have home phone services..apparently..yet already doesnt work. More frustrating is the fact that I'm on hold for the third time today; the 1st time I hung up after 17 mins..2nd time I waited for 28 mins only for them to fumble the call which immediately disconneted me, and now I'm 13 mins on hold without any response, and its after midnite so I find it hard to believe they are that busy. Im disgusted beyond belief in less than a week of having Rogers in my home for 4 services...or lack of.... I had Rogers years ago and never experienced such unprofessionalism in all my previous experiences.

Extremely disappointed! Service rep sounded right from the get go that I was inconvienencing her...did little to help my situation. When I questioned her about all the hidden costs that were popping up on my bill, she hung up on me and blocked my home phone number so I could not call back. For 15 years I've been a loyal customer...not anymore! I know other companies that will welcome my business.

I had rogers for 10 years or more, always a headached , I cancelled last febuary and one year later find they had put me in collections, Im trying to work this out but they wont even send me a copy of my bill so I can have verification for my bank, They have really hurt my credit rating and my bank tells me they do thisd all the time , have had numerous problems with rogers , I went from paying about 200 to 250 a month to now paying 67 month with sasktell and no issues, be carefull peaple make sure that even though you think your paid with these peaple double check just to see company is a bunch of crooks that just dont care

Rogers site doesnt have this information.

I had gotten my daughter a cell when she was 16 and it was put in my name. She is now 19 and we had tried several times to get it changed into her name. Several attemps on the phone and back and forth to the store, each time we were told to do something different, one time we were on the phone for 45 min and then told by the customer service rep that she could not get it to work. We tried to pay the deposit at the store but they said they could not do that. She was then advised to get a visa card. Call customer service back once she received the card then we were told to go to the store so they could verify who she was. At the store to rep call customer service we were at the store for 90 mins Finally we got the phone switched. I was very frustated and disappointed with the whole process. This has taken us a couple of months. This should have been alot easier than it was. Not sure if my daughter will be staying with Rogers once her contract is up.

Single User of i cell phone' I have tried to reach rogers acounting dept 30 times and all I get is a message that seems to run for 5 minutes about alarm force every time. This is the most rediculous thing I have ever run into and then they give you another number to call for further Information, Which goes on and on. Why in hell cant a company this big have a number direct to customer service. All I wanted to do is pay a bill but this is never going to happen as I cant get anywhere with their absolutely stupid answering machines. James Dickie

On Januay 8th 2013 service technician by the name of Ryan came to my residence for 3 different work orders. This gentleman was outstanding in his work ethic, kind and gentle manner, and very deligent in making sure I understood where connections were located and how to use my new service. Ryan made sure every thing worked before he left and was very tidy and neat. This is what customer service is all about!!

Apparently it's common place for service reps to lie to the client. I had a rep tell of an upcoming plan that was going into effect the next day. He couldn't speak on it at the time so he told me that he would personally call me back the following day. Of course he didn't. I told this to a friend of mine who is also an A/R rep. He told me that this is commonplace for reps to do this sort of thin. The rep was likely at the end of his shift and wanted to get off the phone. This same rep also told me that I was no longer on contract. Also not true. I've been unable to speak to a manager since I don't have a reference number or time and date to refer to. This isn't my first issue with lying service reps but it will certainly be the last.

Here I am sitting on the phome with Rogers listening to the call centre staff chatting away to each other....Jay can't find my service which they set up Set Dec 07, 2012....Rogers Sales mispresented the complete package they were selling to me, I repeated the package and price to the Sales guy three times, it was all a lie...when I tried to get it straighten out once again more lies...I felt really bad for the tech who came to setup the service...I was told my new service would have 4 hookups, the tech knew nothing about it and I was the third customer he had been to that day with the same complaint....Don't buy Rogers!

Recently a call was placed to my number by a collection agency working for Rogers. I do not owe any outstanding payments. It turned out that they were trying to locate a Susan Hill that had my number before ROGERS gave it to me. That was over two years ago. I would like to know why Rogers which gave me my phone number did not remove it from the name of the former user?
Rogers was trying to collect for debts owed by having the agency call a number that Rogers should know that Rogers had given to another customer. How wonderously strange!

Rogers shipped me a phone however forgot to put the phone in the package! I have been phoning them regarding this for 2 days, wait times have exceeded 40mins and the customer service was horrible. I have gotten no answer to how the problem will be solved aside from" call back in a week".

daughter switched from bell. first clue about what was aheadfor us was when the rogers installer showed up spent 10mins then said he had to go to another call a rogers rep will be here in 1hr. NEXT DAY called rogers and another of his country men showed up did a partial install. now the damn tv will not go to pic from chn 3 plus there info site not as friendly as bell was.

Rogers is THE WORST phone company you can go with in Ontario. They have the worst customer service, the worst phone service, and they are the most expensive cell phone company. They added another year onto my contract without my knowledge or consent. Do yourself a favor and go with ANYONE else.

I am a Canadian we don't have many options for cable, phone or Internet. It's either Rogers or bell or go screw yourself and not have any of the 3! I've switched back and forth from both companies numerous times, and have never been satisfied in the least with either one. I currently have Rogers again. Not only have I paid way more than my fair share of bulky bills... In most cases they're amounts that were never discussed by their representatives. I am currently paying over $170 a month for all 3!!! This is way too much!! I may as well just set a few hundred dollar bills on fire and prepare the noose. In the past I was owed credits for various mistakes on their behalf and had documented everything. Of course the rep didn't document any of it in my file and I ended up paying for it anyways in the end. I actually just called Rogers today because last night the movie the campaign was listed for order. I attempted to order it but it concluded that there was an error and it's not available. I figured maybe I couldn't order it cuz it is supposed to be released the next day on October 30. So I look today on the very release date and it totally disappeared from rod completely! I called a technician and he had no idea why, and didn't even know what the movie was. I called again hoping to talk to someone who knows something about movies and got another dim wit who didn't know the movie or why it isn't there all of a sudden. Shouldn't Rogers reps know electrical plus have knowledge about movies and maybe watch one from time to time. I mean what do you watch the Oprah channel all day? This is a popular movie and 2 idiots that work for a cable company didn't even know what the campaign was ( Will Ferrell and Zach Galafanakis) come on!! Talk about a company full of fat dieticians or what!!

I am currently in South Africa & purchased a package from Rogers which does not work!!! The acct # for the add on is I am hooked up to the local provider but when I make a call they say to use 001 which I do but the call comes back unauthorized.You have absolutely no number in any of your websites that I can call to sort this out. Emails are not answered.How am I supposed to get anyone to fix the problem. My cel is .My name is Patricia HayhurstAs I need this cel as an emergency tool I would really appreciate it if you would get to the bottom of it!!!!

Rogers are a bunch of LIARS and Crooks. Every single of your agents are liars and rude. Rogers Sets false expectations and cannot follow up with their expectations. I asked to sign in a 1 year contract and the person put me on a 3 year contract. When I called to cancel my contract a year later they notified me that its a 3 year contract and I'll have to pay a cancelation charge. After the 3 year when i called to cancel the service, I've been told that I need to give them 30 days notice and will be charged for an extra month of service when an agent told me I can cancel my service by calling the day before my contract expires. Also I've been hung up on when I spoke to them in good manner. WORST SERVICE next to BELL...

Got a roaming bill for my iPad even though I only use wifi. I called as I spend over 4 k on my personal bill annually with these crooks, plus corporate and was told too bad. I am horrified by the lack of service. They certainly set the bar for worst run company.

We recently tried to cancel our Rogers contract and we ended up with a mountain of grief trying to get something cancelled. Rogers doesn't care about the customer they care about the contract. Document everything because further calls with Rogers will have been forgotten or you will be redirected with internal scams to decoy the issue.

Trying to cancel the service with Rogers is the most inaccessible, frustrating and incompetent process I've ever experienced. After 7 tries, 2 2 disconnections during their internal tranfer attempts from one unit to another, server problems on the internet, unpublished customer care numbers on their bills, timing (rogers wouldn't accept a May 22 request for a June 30th cancellation as it's too early for them to act and there's no postdating allowed), and their lack of a fax, how can one cancel their service. I have sent a fax to the only published Rogers number on the bill and if they don't cancel it, I just will not pay and charge them for wasting my time !!!! How can something so simple be so messed up as an internal process at Rogers!

My phone was disconnected and i talked to a gentlemen yesterday from rogers and i told him i would pay the full amount in two days. he said he would get it back hooked up for the 2 days. yesterday it was wokring fine but this morning they cut it off again. i have been trying all morning to talk to someone but i keep gettin a machine. i wrote an email too but didnt hear anyhting back...
