Trying to cancel the service with Rogers is the most inaccessible, frustrating and incompetent process I've ever experienced. After 7 tries, 2 2 disconnections during their internal tranfer attempts from one unit to another, server problems on the internet, unpublished customer care numbers on their bills, timing (rogers wouldn't accept a May 22 request for a June 30th cancellation as it's too early for them to act and there's no postdating allowed), and their lack of a fax, how can one cancel their service. I have sent a fax to the only published Rogers number on the bill and if they don't cancel it, I just will not pay and charge them for wasting my time !!!! How can something so simple be so messed up as an internal process at Rogers!
