I had gotten my daughter a cell when she was 16 and it was put in my name. She is now 19 and we had tried several times to get it changed into her name. Several attemps on the phone and back and forth to the store, each time we were told to do something different, one time we were on the phone for 45 min and then told by the customer service rep that she could not get it to work. We tried to pay the deposit at the store but they said they could not do that. She was then advised to get a visa card. Call customer service back once she received the card then we were told to go to the store so they could verify who she was. At the store to rep call customer service we were at the store for 90 mins Finally we got the phone switched. I was very frustated and disappointed with the whole process. This has taken us a couple of months. This should have been alot easier than it was. Not sure if my daughter will be staying with Rogers once her contract is up.
