Have had Rogers services for less than a week. Already had to reboot my cable box several times. Have home phone services..apparently..yet already doesnt work. More frustrating is the fact that I'm on hold for the third time today; the 1st time I hung up after 17 mins..2nd time I waited for 28 mins only for them to fumble the call which immediately disconneted me, and now I'm 13 mins on hold without any response, and its after midnite so I find it hard to believe they are that busy. Im disgusted beyond belief in less than a week of having Rogers in my home for 4 services...or lack of.... I had Rogers years ago and never experienced such unprofessionalism in all my previous experiences.
