Impossible to get any help! I've been a Quicken customer for 11 or 12 years. I didn't need help until I bought the newest version (upon threat that all service would be discontinued otherwise). Now my Quicken program is frozen in place. I can't get into it, get out of it, download banking information, investment information or conduct any transactions. This is a nightmare.
I Have Been A Quicken User Since The Mid 80's And It Has Worked Well For Me Until I Downloaded 2013 (which I Did Not Need At All...but The Threats From Quicken That I Must Purchase 2013 Won Over. It Has Been A Nightmare. 3 Times This Week I've Been Trying To Get Help With My Downloads From The Bank And The Bank Is Not The Problem. It Is Totally The Issue With Quicken And There Is No Person To Talk To...some Online "chat" From Someone Who Hardly Knows English. I Am Very Very Unhappy With The Total Lack Of Customer Service....no Way To Contact By Phone. It's A Mess And If There Was Another Company I Could Go To For My Bank Downloads I Would Do It In A Minute. I Feel That Intuit Has Total Disrespect From Their Faithful Customers. I've Just Been Through 4 1/2 Hours Trying To Get Problem Solved.
I have been a customer of Quicken since the early 90's. No more. My system crashed and I felt secure with my Quicken backup. Right. Not happening. Files prior to 07 do not translate. Matter of fact, nothing does. You can go to the banks or investment banker and download. However, the Quicken Cloud is kaput.
Time to move on.
I really need to speak to someone regarding my Quicken. I need to transfer my file from one computer to another. Can you please get back to me or put me in contact with someone who can help. I would like to speak to someone on the phone, I have tried an 0845 number and it is off no help at all.
You've got to be kidding me. I am trying to get an INCIDENT # so that I can speak to a person about a problem that is NOT listed on your customer support website! How do you get an INCIDENT #? I guess you do not care to help your customers (of 11 years) AND have purposely cut us off.
Quicken you have NO right to cut off the functionality of my working product 2011. I have used Quicken and upgraded for 12 years. And now, you refuse to allow me to download my work and force me to upgrade to an unproven system. You people should be sued for removing functionality that I have paid for, not subscribed to like a Cable TV program.
I am planning to move to a MAC computer in the fall, and I don't want your upgrade to a few months. Quicken does not have a good history on the MAC and I am not pay for it for only a few months. Give me back my functionally. I never use Quicken.com. I don't use mobile devices.You have no right blocking my bank's data which is my private information. I will contact the BBB with complaints.
Quicken has the worst customer service ever. Lots of polite apologies and assurances they will help. Ridiculous rigamarole required to get in touch with them. Never delivering on their promises. I hate Quicken. Lowest marks ever. I've been stuck in a one-month-long Bermuda triangle of trying to resolve an issue. I can't say enough bad things about them and I'm a patient person.
I have gotten several emails threatening me with cutting off banking support from Quicken if I did not upgrade to Q2014. I did that in Feb. 2014 and have it running on my computer. I have tried to reach Quicken and getting through support, etc. is a major issue. If I could get back the payment I would as I dont really have to have it,
I also use TurboTax so why am I having so much trouble. I tried to get an "incident #" but could not get through the system as my concern is not on the list.
I only need to compress my 2009 - 2012 checks, and used to be able to just call a support number and get immediate help which was just charged to my card. Now I have tried every number and everywhere and am not able to get just a phone number to call. What is going on? The simple thing I need help with is not addressed anywhere in those automatic answer or lists to choose from. If customer service is now this bad, I will have to look into another company four our business. Don't you have just a regular phone number that I can call and get this simple for you item taken care of?

you people hang up on me, put me on hold, once "fixed" and I was off line, they had not fixed one important part...called back asked for a supervisor, they hng up on me and I am pissed! As soon as I can, your service will be replaced!!!!! you don't seem to have any US customer to tak with...

I forgot my password and security question since i have not used an updated version in quite a few years.
Since i moved my residence, i can't find the answer to the security question. They keep sending me new pin but no help in retrieving the answer. I can't access my account. I am frustrated!
I purchased Quicken 2013 after using Quicken 2006 for 7 yrs. They state that you can download on up to 3 computers by going to My Downloads. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember my password,so I typed my email for a reminder. They stated that the email does not exist. I looked in my email and found the "Thank you for purchasing Quicken 2013." Of course there are no support quick answers for that, and I CANNOT get in contact with a real person! I am sooo frustrated!
I just waited 25 minutes for Quicken to start a chat, since their phone support is closed on week-ends. I started at #22 in the queue and finally got down to #1. I then got the following message: "There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later." I clicked on a button that said, "Request e-mail response" which took me back to the support home page which I have already visited 20+ times today. I can't actually find a way to request an e-mail response. Quicken has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, including phone companies, cable companies, and airlines.
I Have Spent Several Hours Trying To Reach Someone To Help With Intuit Backup Password Which Will Not Be Recognized. Even The Temporary Password Is Not Recognized. Customer Support Addresses (i've Gotten Several) Cannot Be Opened After Numerous Attempts. I Don't Think I Should Have To Pay For Technical Help When Thise Are Problems In Their Domaine. Don't Use Quicken If You Have A Choice!!
