There is none! I am so shocked by the demise of Intuit.Quickens! Now, the company is selling all sorts of aloleged services but cannot handle the software they grew on?

I have been trying to resolve a problem with Quicken Home & Business 2014 for about 10 days now. Once I open Quicken, and try to edit entries into one of my accounts, I keep getting error messages saying "Quicken has encountered a problem and needs to close." Calling the customer service number only states that I must go to www.quicken.com/support to find the phone number I need. Unfortunately, I have yet to find that phone number. Quicken needs to undertake some drastic customer relations upgrades in order to help customers that seem plagued with a whole array of Quicken 2014 issues. I would like to have someone from Quicken contact me immediately outlining how my problem is going to be fixed as a matter of some urgency, since I am wallowing under a pile of financial data that I need to update in Quicken ASAP.

Your customer service for technical support stinks....I recently purchased Quicken 2014 and need technical help, but you make it very difficult to reach a live person. I have problem reducing the size of fonts on right side of screen, and can't enlarge the fonts on the left side. Also, transactions do not list in order. I would like to talk to a LIVE technical assistant...my phone number is: . Thank you.

I recently filled out all the information so Quicken will email me their tech support number. They send me a phone number with a recording saying go to our website for direct phone numbers and then they hang up. So I go back to their website and get the same phone number I just called. The is an endless circle of frustration.

I've had several issues reaching and getting helpful tech support over the last year. I would not recommend buying products from this company due to their lack of customer support. Running Quicken 2013, but don't trust the downloaded investment data.

The absolute worst customer support I have come across for any product anywhere. I purchased the Quicken 2014 App and can't get it to open, have spent hours trying, the online support doesn't work at all, only has you reset password which I have done about 10 times now

Terrible customer service. I purchased a a download of quicken for windows that would not download. You already have my credit card no.
but I have not found any way to reach a reaperson. Help need now!

Down loaded my Quicken cash manager off website. My PC crashed and wanted to down my Quicken cash manger 2012. I was told 2012 is no longer available and that I would have to purchase 2013 to access my Quicken data bases. I find this a very poor business practice and reported this company to the BBB. Will think twice about purchasing any of these Quicken products for that reason.

I have been a loyal Quicken user since 1992 and I have to add my negative vote to all these others. Each version (and I DO keep current) has more troubles downloading financial data than the one before, and it is impossible to reach help. The one time I committed 1.5 hours to the online chat, the guy couldn't solve my download problem. QUICKEN - IS ANYONE LISTENING?

Terrible, terrible. I called with a simple problem downloading data from one credit card. What I got was a dire warning of corrupted files and lost data and an attempt to extort $199 to $699 for a tech support plan. "Sam" was most insistent on the peril I was in. In 3 minutes on Quicken Communities, I found the newly posted answer to my issue. I also identified the data that is subject to loss: less than 20 transactions from 1998!

After much hassle, I obtained the following number from a supervisor via chat: 1-800-624-9063. It asks for an incident#, I didn't have one but I just pressed "0" and was immediately connected to a live person, who processed my request for a refund, the whole call took about 5 minutes. I don't know if this number only works for refunds, or if it includes other things like software issues.

I Have To Join The Others Who Complain About So-called Quicken Support...it's An Endless Run Around And You Can't Even Get Any Real Assistance By Calling Their Main Headquarters...

They Have Numerous Complaints About The One-step Download Failure And Ol-297 But Nobody Seems To Know How To Handle It....really Sad How This Huge Operation Has Been So Corrupted.

I Have Spent 4 Hours Trying To Contact Quicken For A Problem. I Keep Getting Another Telephone Number That Just Leads Me Back To A Circle Of Unanswered Numbers And Net Addresses. The Only Person I Could Get Was A Guy Who Wanted $89.00 Per Computer To Fix This Problem I Am Having. I Just Purchased This Quicken 2013 At The End Of December And I Hate It. Now I Am Having To Write Out All My Checks By Hand And The Guy Told Me If I Didnt Pay For His Technical Service It Would Erase All Of My Postings And History. I Think Quicken Should Be Closed Down And I Will Warn Everyone I Talke To About This Scam!

Your customer service/supports sucks!!!! I have been trying all morning to reach someone, either on the phone or on line to assist with a backup on line error message. I have spoken with six people at six different 800 numbers and trying to send an email is not available as I see it. Calling, they tell you to go to quicken.com/support and that leads no where. I am not paying for support, when one wants to talk to a live person, they should not have to pay. What kind of customer service support is that???

I recently purchased Quicken online from Quicken. It worked for a few weeks but now will not respond. It requires a password vault password which I do not have. I called their tech support and they said I had a virus which was preventing it from working. I just had my computer in the dealers shop for 5 days but it still doesn't work

trying to get in touch with quicken SUCKS, they are unable to answer your questions, because you are not able to talk to a live agent, you just get that stupid ass recording and you get placed on hold for hours

Sooooooo unhappy with the lack of customer support from the quicken. I had a question about buying a product. there was an error with my cart. spent waaaaaay to much time looking for a phone number. I have been a quicken customer for 15 years. no anymore. lack of customer support!!! not good.

I am experiencing an error that could only be in the quicken program. It seems that the support options available do not offer any avenues for me to communicate the issue to them. Reading some of the comments here, it’s obvious that they do not stand behind their product.

Quicken gives terrible support and I am paying for their services. I've tried to reach phone support for 3 hours. Five calls were just dropped, even though I followed all instructions.

I have a simple question that does not require me paying a third party. If anyone at Quicken or Intuit is reading the comments on this site YOU ARE LOOSING MARKET SHARE BECAUSE OF YOUR UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS. THIS ATTITUDE FORCES US TO GO ELSEWHERE AND WE WILL.

I have been trying to contact this so called support for 3 days now. I bought a brand new quicken deluxe and cannot get it to work. Support sends me into an endless loop that never gets to anyone. What a fraudulent company it has become.

I simply want to be able to put my saved quicken data into my 2013 version. I cannot understand the prompts. I have 10 years of records I need to access. I have been unable to reach anyone to help me with this. I am very disappointed and angry that I should have to pay a techie for what should be a simple phone call help.
