This is NOT a user friendly site. No way to speak to a live person. Was ready to book a vacation package. If I do not hear back immedietley, I will be booking elsewhere. Very unhappy with this format. Cheryl Salkovsky

We jus stayed at microtel raleigh.nc and it was the worse. Filthy..tv had no sound, housekeeping does not vacuum nor do they have vacuums on their cleaning carts. rooms are not deodorized etc when the clean the rooms. All they do is change the linen and dump the trash. They do put out clean towels.. they offer continental. breakfast. ...with a broken juice maker ..frozen waffles ...the waffle maker is broken and there wasn't much else.the TV in our room 206 had no sound and the would not give us a new room until I went downstairs to enquire about it to the team member at the front desk. The room was under Douglass smith July 29-31 2016 are the dates we were there.
I reserved two rooms in Brooklyn NY for July 16, 2016 which includes free parking. When I reached the hotel the management said there is no free parking. I contacted priceline they could not help me. Eventually after going thru a lot of hardship I had to buy expensive rooms on the same day. Priceline did not provide any sort courtesy compensation at all. My trip number was
Just finished dealing with an overbooking of a hotel room. The hotel was 100% a week ago the front desk said. Called priceline, after being on the phone for 1 hour, had no resolution and no place to stay 3 hours away from home. Just lost time, money, and a vacation!
This the first time that I have had horrible service through priceline and it would be the last time I do business with this company a friend of mine purchased a ticket for me and picked the wrong time but he also purchased insurance where it states on the priceline website that ticket is 100 percent refundable and changes could be made to ticket at a fee which is all a lie from the priceline company and the insurance company says someone have to die in order for changes to apply when you could die on the plane and you still will not get any satifaction when you ask to speak with someone to file a complaint there is No one to talk to or there is no such thing as a complaint unit which is unheard of how would you know where you lack good service or maybe you just don't care.

After completing a survey with priceline,I was offered a coupon. When entering the code number in, it specified I had to pick a 2.5 star hotel which I did, then it said: NO!! I had to do it on mobile app rather than computer, which I did, then it did not honor the rooms I ordered, which would of been $23 per room for 4 rooms. My code is YHMLN83V.I was counting on a savings as promised, and wonder how this can be remedied. Thank you, Karla
Hello there at Priceline,
I am very angry about the service in your Rockingham Shop Wa 6168. You talk about "Sisterhood"
and so on, but I cannot find this in this Shop. I am a customer since many years by now and I buy a lot every month, but when I forgot my members card or it is not "Seniors-day"
I do not get the specials or the rebate. I am in your System they could look up my details, but they are very stubborn and unfriendly. I had twice a bill for more than $ 180 but they did not get me the points for it. I life a bit outside of Rockingham and cannot be every day
in the shopping-center, but those Lady's are not helpful or understanding. I can go in every other Shop and have more friendly Stuff than in Rockingham Priceline.
I do not know if you care at all, but I had to tell you this for once.

I used your company and I will never use it again. After picking a price on deal. I requested for Budget and received Hertz. They have a $200 deposit that is not told by priceline. After calling Hertz that is when I found out about the deposit. They told me in a chat that, they tell you about deposits and fees but varies on the company. To me that is misleading, but the chat line looks stuff up and then give you a bandaid solution. I asked for a number to talk to someone and they gave me a number that no person will ever answer. That is misleading because the lady told me, that customer service will tell me the same. They don't answer and then it hangs up. I will never use them again. It almost feels like a scam.

After leaving fu**ing so much massages and phone calls no one fu**ing call me to help I don't know what the f**k is the problem but this is never happens to me on hotel manager services in my life this is one of the f**ked up customer services I have ever seen in my life call me asap

I am an employee at a major franchise owned Hotel chain, and imagine my frustration when reservations come thru with PARTIAL credit card numbers that there is VIRTUALLY now way to retrieve! For to shame, Priceline, FOR TO SHAME!
I agree with the others that a customer service rep "live person" is needed...I spent the last hour trying to book a simple flight...and was left hanging if iy was booked or not...now 5 min to try and rebook price went up $50...will never us e priceline again...and will not recommend to anyone...very disappointed and frustrated...
Years ago I loved priceline, but today, after hours of attempts I ended up saving a total of $7 per ticket and $1 per day car rental. Not at all worth the hassle of naming your own price. After losing my mom in California, I thought this would be the quickest and most cost effective way to purchase our tickets. Not so! I will go back to Allegiant Air and stop recommending your site to friends and family. This was an eye opener. I suspect you've changed hands since the last time I used this site.

Accessing the web site for Hampton Inn and Suites for a hotel reservation 11/29/2015 we were connected to your hotel reservation service (3rd party) unknown to us from the Hotel Website. COMPLAINTS: #1 The price quoted by your group was higher than what would be given by the local hotel even though you advertise lower rates; #2 No discounts were allowed i.e. AAA or AARP, both of which we possess and given the hotel we used was at 1/3 capacity should have been allowed; #3 We were not able to receive a receipt at check out and with an error in email, your group had to be tracked down and given correct info. for a receipt to be received.
We will complain to the Hilton Hotel group and will make an effort to never use Travelweb again. FYI the price quoted by the hotel was $100.93 which included taxes. Your price is $127.65 and I am requesting an adjustment by Travelweb for our inconvenience.
U need to have a real person on your customer line and not not a automatic michine please do better by your customers people do not like talking to michine they are not real people.so please take this in consideration because automatic michine are anoreing
I tried to cancel the second night of a two night stay. They say I must cancel the whole reservation and pay one nights accommodation plus a $25 fee. There is nothing to that effect in the important information on the reservation form but it's their policy I was informed later ..
The operator had the gall to suggest they would appreciate my future business .. No way in hell either treavelweb Priceline or Microtel.a
