New OMRON keeps returning "E5." I understand the clothing issue but that is not the problem. I have low heart rate - is that the problem? Is there a fix? It makes the machine useless. Thanks

This is my 1st time to having a service in omron pasig area.
I dessapointed.
Were hoping that it will not happen again! Has a big room for improvement...

I just completed a service call with an Omron customer service person. I reached a customer service person quickly. The person took the time to understand my problem before trying to resolve my issue. Service was one of the best I have had from a telephone service person. She fixed my issue and it took less than 10 minutes. I recommend the product and the customer service personnel. GREAT job! Thank you!
