I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima in September 2015. The radar detector beeps at 3 miles over the speed limit, and also 5 miles over the speed limit. My Bluetooth went completely down so they put in a new radio and everything had to be reset BUT now my radar beeps 10 miles over the limit which of course is absolutely no help to me!! Customer service Roy and technician Adam are throwing their hands up in the air and saying well too bad that's the way the car is going to run from now on !!! Absolutely no help whatsoever! Do not and I repeat do not ever buy a Nissan product!! This is my first experience with a Nissan and it definitely will be my last Nissan!!! They provide no customer service it's just all Bs!!!

2013 3,5 altima is a pretty piece of junk. Don't get sucked in like I did. Transmission problems. Nobody knows how to fix. Still problems after replacement. Horrible unsafe vehicle.

This company is sucks. I called the customer service almost everyday try to talk to someone regarding my account. No one answer...keep trying, still keep me onhold...I felt myself sorry...disappointed having business with such this kind of company. ...here the # I had called 7261...should I return the new car I had already purchased ??? I don't care what consequence I have to take...this is my I need to talk to customer service.

I called customer service about a bill I was on hold for 30 minutes. They picked up and hung up on me back on hold again another 30 minutes ?

I purchased a Nissan Versa Note . 2 months before first year of ownership, airbag on passenger seat gave issues. For months I was driving around with air bag light kept coming on. It was checked 2 times and 3rd time dealership said, "OH there's a problem".AS of October 27th I haven't had my vehicle. I am still making payments. I have rental dealership arranged for. I know my rights for lemon law...Finally they are going to start talking that path. IT is now FEbraury 24th....and still getting nowhere it seems. All the corporate peeps need to get solution going..I am sick and tired of talking and getting frustrated.Get me into a NEW CAR PLEASE....

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE....CANNOT GET THROUGH ALL YOU GET IS AN OPERATOR WHO SAYS YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT. .stay on the line....but the SAD part no one ever answers. I have called 7 times and put onhold up to an hour with no results. I have called morning, noon and afternoon with no results. I love my car and the dealership I purchased the car from but frankly customer service does not meet up to expectation. CAN NEVER GET NO SERVICE , WHATS UP WITH THAT.....PLEASE HELP !!!!!

2014 I purchased a Nissan Altima. Less then 10k miles Nissan will not honour my warranty for my rack and pinion steering. When turning right or left the steering wheel continues turning by itself. After 3-4 trips to Car Max for recalls and adjustments, for minor problems, I was told on February 19th that my pump was contaminated. I have receipts for any work that was done. My local service changed the oil one time and typed on the order that all fluids were ok. Nothing else was added or changed. Please contact Sheehy Nissan to let them know you will honour my warranty. There is NO WAY I intend to pay for this repair of $4,500. I had a Ford Tareus for 13 years and 3 cars before that, none had this problem. I am the owner and only driver of this vehicle. Please notify Keith at Hopefully this will be resolve within a couple of days.

I apreciated anybody sugestión about a problem with my nissan altima 2.5s 2011.
The vehicle was running and start with any problem I did a small trip but the air conditioning didn't work.
As soon as I got home I Chek to see if any fuse related with the ac was bad and they all seem fine when I try to start the car didn't want to fire up and is like immobilized (note) the brake pedal feels like stuck for any reason. Please I need anybody advice.

I purchased a Niassan Titan 2015 on January 11,2016. I traded in a 2012 Chrysler 300 in good condition. The problem I am having is the trade in was suppose to be paid off to Capital One Bank. Capital One has never received the payment. I have received several phone call from Capital One regarding late payments. This was reported to my credit report and now has caused my numbers to go down. I am very upset because this matter should have been taken care of. I have spoken to Cheryl Wright at Niassan of New Orleans several times. Cheryl assured me that she would send the payment over night. As of today Capital one has not received any payment. Today I was told that a product defect, car handles, falling off were vin specific regarding reimbursement and replacement. I find that ridiculous and fraudulent. I plan to start a social media campaign, contact the attorney general and look into class action lawsuit. I was recently approached by 2 other consumers that had the exact same problem. This made me realize that this was not an isolated problem but rather a manufacturer defect that was not being properly addressed.

Do you have records or a history on whether your 2009 Nissan Altima were recalled due to defective shocks and struts? Or any history of whether there were a number of Altima shocks/struts had problems in 2009? I owned a Maxima for 19 years and never needed struts/shocks during the life if the car. I gave this car to charity about 5 years ago. A shop evaluated my car for shocks/ struts 19-4-15 and stated they found fluid fluid strewing from underneath my car. They replaced my front struts and my rear shocks. Within 2 weeks, I heard a loud noise in the rear of my car which we believe was due to the over tightening of my rear struts. The shop denied they caused the problem which I believe they did cause it. Now they are saying there could have been a defect in my rear struts. I feel the folks lied about me needing shocks/ struts in the first place. I only want a report on the history of shocks/struts and whether any defects were reported for 2009 Altima.

I'm very satisfied with the salesman Tyler Forzani who was my Salesman at Nissan at Rt. 33, Hamilton,NJ. My car purchase was in Nov. 2015. Tyler was GREAT! He got me into the car I wanted, was very helpful and kind! I've purchased cars previously from this dealership and have always been satisfied with my purchase! I have tried for two months to make an online payment and it keeps saying it doesn't recognize my password. When I change it and try to log in it makes me re-register. When I do that it says it is a valid account but already registered. Call help desk. You don't even provide the number for the help desk. I was on hold for over 1 hour to find out the lady, who was very rude, wouldn't help me and transferred me to Bill Matrix! I'm not paying extra to make a payment. I had to do that last month because I couldn't get through to anyone. I finally googled your help desk number and once again I'm on hold. I would have to say that this will be my last purchase of a Nissan. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired!

I want to make sure to recognize the team over at Nissan 94 in South Holland IL. Specifically Tremaine Young and Tony in service!! They were exceptional in there customer service and helping me solve an issue with another Nissan dealer that was not cooperative with my needs. They took the time to truly listen to my concerns and take a look at my car. They were able to fix with no charge and hardly any time at all. Whereas the other dealership wanted to charge me $368 to fix and when I said no they still charged me $75 to pick up my car. Very poor customer service at Napleton. Thank goodness for the team at 94 Nissan to save the day! A little customer service and a listening ear go a long way. Thanks guys!! :)

Our company bought a brand new 2015 Nissan NV about 6 months ago. We began experiencing noise from the rear of the vehicle last week. The vehicle was towed to Nissan 422 of Limerick. The dealer is claiming that the van was driven with the emergency brake on and that there is $2500 worth of damage which is not covered by the warranty. As the person who drove the van for the 200 miles before the problem occurred, I am absolutely certain this was not the case. What is Nissan going to do to assist with this matter?

I purchased a nissan altima coupe from valleyhighnissan in victorville california and have had the majority of my upkeep done by them and have been satisfied with the service till the last 6 months. The customer service has gone down rapidly. I went in to have my oil changed which I do on a regular basis and was greeted with "I'm kinda busy here what is it you want" I turned around without a word and had it done else where you were obviously to busy for my money. Another incident was when my battery died in my car after only having it for 5 years on a 7 year battery I brought it in to nissan to purchase a new one and was told I had to have the car there also REALLY how am I suppose to get the car there the BATTERY IS DEAD!!!!! I was then told to have the car towed to nissan. That was the last straw I'm suppose to incur a 100.00 dollar tow bill to buy a 100.00 battery. Amazing part was the BATTERY had nissan written right on it and I had my receipt. My car is eight years old but in excellent shape and I still love it but as of recent have been contemplating buying a new one same car but brand new but due to the customer service in your service department have changed my mind with this kind of treatment you don't need or want my money. I HOPE YOU SHARE THIS WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL LOOSE A LOT MORE CUSTOMERS.While sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car I'm not the only person unsatisfied with their service people. Customer service is what keeps people coming back.....Just a thought.

Terrible... I'm trying to pay my bill. First number I dialed, it rang, and then cut off. Second number I dialed, I reached someone who sent me to their Finance Dept. The number rang, and then cut off. When I want to pay online, it asks for my SSN. Why would they need that with every piece of info they have on me already, and the number of online hacks that occur yearly? Then they charged me because of a mistake they made after I purchased their vehicle. The salesman swindled me... the list of complaints is growing.

Please pass along our gratitude to Nissan's safety engineers. We experienced a 70mph crash on Saturday. The whole front end of our Altima is squashed in. We have a few broken ribs. I keep asking myself why we are alive. It is thanks to you.

Dear Sir!

I had purchase and driving my Nissan Sylphy for 3yrs.
The day i drove out of the Sales Centre i was proud and happy.
In fact, i went to service my car at the centre at Prai Penang.
After a year, i got to feel why my car is bouncy. Not happy with it(after 1yr)
I replace a better tyre.Michellin. I just go on.During my service, nothing was report on the problem
Finally not satisfied, i change my service centre to Bukit Mertajam.
Upon service I was inform that my 1) Front Shock Absorber Assy
2} Shock Absorber Dust Cover Assy
3) Shock Absorber Mounting Assy
4) Rear Shock Absorber Assy
The above entire parts needs to be replace .
To my shocking, why is it I was not informed before the warranty period .
I am asking whether this service person is committed?
Before this case, i was asked to run around when my air-con was not functioning. At the end of the day, I took it to the appointed air-con service company at Bukit Mertajam.
So, Sir can you please to your capability assist me

I have been trying to talk to somebody for the last two days calling the number 8and nobody ever answers i tried on wednesday 9 and thuersday the 10 of december i needed some answers that a machine can not answer a nedded to talk to somebody but it was impossible put inhold for 20 min a the time and no answer your answering sistem it literally "sucks"

I have a 2007 nissan altima the paint on it is fading,I talk to nissan to see if they would re-painted.Also after I seen a lot of armadas with the same problem!I contacted corporate and gave me a call back and told me they can't cover it!the represantitive that talk to me said is not nissan but it might be a warranty defect! SO....I told him right so....why wouldn't take my case or if I could contact my self the warranty department but he said is not on Warranty no longer.But I told him like I said I seen alot of nissan with fading problems on the street.But he dint care! When I ask his name?he told me his name so...I ask him and your last name? He told me sorry! But I can't provide it to me.I am so....angry and disappointed after I always had nissans.what a customer service!

I wanted to let the makers of Nissan know that we are very grateful to them for the quality vehicle it is. Our daughter was in a serious accident and we, along with several others, feel she is alive due to this vehicle and it's safety features. We will be replacing it with another Nissan. Her current vehicle was a 2007 Nissan Altima. Thank you!!

I have a Nissan teana 2008 model and I have problem of getting the spareparts of the car my catalytic converter is damage and need to change I contact so many spareparts dealer to fine the catalytic converter for me but they can't fine it my car is park now and don't know where I can find the spareparts of the car
