Our company bought a brand new 2015 Nissan NV about 6 months ago. We began experiencing noise from the rear of the vehicle last week. The vehicle was towed to Nissan 422 of Limerick. The dealer is claiming that the van was driven with the emergency brake on and that there is $2500 worth of damage which is not covered by the warranty. As the person who drove the van for the 200 miles before the problem occurred, I am absolutely certain this was not the case. What is Nissan going to do to assist with this matter?
