I purchased a Niassan Titan 2015 on January 11,2016. I traded in a 2012 Chrysler 300 in good condition. The problem I am having is the trade in was suppose to be paid off to Capital One Bank. Capital One has never received the payment. I have received several phone call from Capital One regarding late payments. This was reported to my credit report and now has caused my numbers to go down. I am very upset because this matter should have been taken care of. I have spoken to Cheryl Wright at Niassan of New Orleans several times. Cheryl assured me that she would send the payment over night. As of today Capital one has not received any payment.
