In short: Purchase an HP7525 on 11/14/2014 and had to have the printer head replaced on 2/12/15, then when that did not work a "new" machine was sent to us on 7/27/15. Now that machine does not work and i am told since it is out of warranty (since we were sent a remanufactured entire machine, that ended the any warranty, was NOT told this prior) and the best advise they have is to upgrade the machine. So now I have no working machine, extra ink leftover that cannot be used, and a sore feeling about HP products. Not good, as I expected much more out of this company.
