I would like to know the phone number to get someone who is located in the United States and speaks English. There needs to be another solution to fixing my printer other than letting someone I don't know, can barely understand take over my computer to fix a problem.

I have been on the phone now for 57 minutes and have been hung up on by Rob and transferred several times and am frustrated. I'm ready to send my new Envy PC back to them. Not a happy customer.

Terrible Customer Support. Customer Support after wasting over and hour translating Broken English from the Philippians and getting a email confirmation that my printer will be replaced I just got a call from you saying you canceled my warrantee replacement and you don't know why. But don't worry you transferred me to someone else who didn't know either and then told me you will have a supervisor call back when he is available in a half hour or so. Honestly in my entire life I have never had such bad service. Really regret giving them my business. Just had another round of calls. Still wont transfer me to the states

I Have Been On The Phone For More Than An Hour Dealing With Folks In The Phillipines

At This Point I Have Gotten Nowhere

They Don't Seem To Have The Authority To Do Anything

I Want To Speak To Someone In The Us And That Was Not Possible To Do

My Request Is Rather Simple And What Happens They Send Me To Another Agent And I Have To Repeat , Repeat And Repeat

And Surprisingly, No One Can Help Me







I Would Like A Rep To Give Me A Call And Perhaps Get My Situation Settled

All I needed was my password. .I wrote my password down and turned off my computer (my new laptop by the way ) it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. Will not let me reset it ...I called your help line told someone my problem. ..and was told I would have to pay just to get my password or for them to change it for me. .. I find this ridiculous. ..after id just spent over $300.00 dollars on this laptop .. I am highly disappointed in this company ...I know $300. may not mean much to you all but thats a lot of money for someone on a fixed income. .Ill be returning this laptop an probably get a Dell was told after I purchased it that I should have gotten one of those instead of Hp ..but both my ptinters are Hp one old the other new and I really like them ..but this laptop assistance. ..not so much ... I had a billing question and wanted to stop the 'service'. Could not find a phone number with a operator, and when I asked a tech service person he transferred me - to a number that was busy.

Sadly, this is what the American people get when greedy and corrupt corporations outsource everything to a foreign coutry - we, as consumers in the only Superpower left on the planet, get stuck dealing with incompetent foreigners.

I've spent almost two hours this morning, trying to get tech support.

My HP Deskjet 1051 quit printing recently. I am only able to "save" not print.

I've tried to negotiate your website. Could not be more difficult!



I'm pretty sure that I am not the only customer with this problem.

Would like to toss my HP printer from my window!

After going through the main service 3 times (first time hung up on, second time after talking to an operator who was going to refer me to laptop assistance I ended up on the main menu again) I finally reached someone who would help...problem was that on its first use the DVD player on my new laptop kept beeping at me and would not open to release the DVD. It was very difficult to understand the person who was trying to help. His English skills were not great to say the least and his pronunciation of words was very difficult to understand. He also misused words but expected me to understand what he was saying. About half way through a difficult process, he tried to sell me an extended package. I told him that after all the trouble I had getting help this time, I was not inclined to purchase further tech assistance from them. When I said I would think about it, his whole tone changed as did his willingness to help. I hate it when companies outsource its services to non-English literate countries. It took me almost 90 minutes with what should have been a 15 min call. My time is worth money just as the companies time is. I will likely not buy another HP laptop- its not worth the hassle.

I I have contacted customer service about retrieving my password they keep passing me all the different departments and they tell me I have to pay to get my own password so I can access my computer if I need to I will get a lawyer but I would rather you just give me my password or reset my computer thank you

Your service department is terrible. This is the second time I've used them. The first time was so bad I had ask for refund and got it. I need help with setting up a scan so I called them again. Now my computer is so screwed up I can't even get online to where I was before I called. I will never use HP again. Last time it cost me hundreds of dollars to get my computer straight u again. Last time it cost me hundreds of dollars to get my computer working. I'm afraid to find out how much this one's going to cost. Unbelievable

It took me a long time to reach a live person to get a simple question answered regarding enlarging a document I needed to copy on my officejet pro 8610 printer.
You would think this would be addressed in the manual, but it is not. Trying to get the answer under technical support on the website was impossible. Then trying to get a live person to actually talk to. Finally got a number, but still had to follow a tip to press 0 four times through prompts. Why does HP make it so difficult?

On April 13 I Ordered Black 2-pack Hp Printer N. 564 .it Is The Ink I Have Always Ordered .my Printer Model No. 6319 They Arrived Very Quickly Which I Was Pleased. Both Cartridges Were No. 564. So I Unwrapped One Because I Needed It Right Away. I Inserted It In The Printed And It Does Not Fit My Printer . Then I Found Out This Product Is Not Returnable. I Understand The Cartridge I Opened Is Not Returnable, All I Wanted To Do Was Exchange Them. I'm Very Disappointed I Will Lose $28.68

Appalling online customer service support. My HP Printer Assistant doesn't work. No string found. No matter how many times I call in and reach entry level tech support, they can't fix the issue and I am transferred to other people, who won't take the case. Computer support won't help, and someone transferred me to someone called Chandra P. in the computer dept, who automatically transfers every call to someone who doesn't necessarily come online. She has done this twice tonight. I have been online for over 6 six hours trying to get help, but I am left hanging....and still can't get problem fixed.

I would like to write a positive comment about your tech Reaksmey Yan. I had a problem which resulted with a previous tech. While the tech solved an earlier problem another was created unintentionly.. The former tech attempted to solve the problem but was unsuccessful..Mr Yan solved the problem. Laptop died the day warranty was up. HP would not Honorit. So iam left with a piece of junk. Will never buy anything or recommend a HP product ever.

I submit a complaint/Review on the cartridges for both my HP printer cartridges HP Envy 4500 series and HP 1315s. I have purchased several cartridges for both printers 61/62 & 27/28 to which have not held their quality as I keep having to purchase them with a shortage of ink each time.

I only use the printer for home use which does not require me to do much printing. I would like a refund for the cost of these cartridges or replacements to which I have been purchasing from the Good Guys & Big W stores in Brisbane South West.

I can not afford to be buying them with the short usage of the ink in both black & colour cartridges.

Your Tech's found the problem to be with the Hardware, not the software. I paid $99.95 for the service. I will contact customer service and find out what my option is to have this printer replaced by you, or have the printer serviced by you.

Never ever will purchase another Hp. After having it a week the mother board had to be replaced. Computer is still covered by hp but this time they refuse to send someone out! Instead they want me to ship it to them with ally information! Customer service is awful and took 5days just to get a call back ! Stay away from them !!!!!!

This number is for their call center in India or the Philippines; the customer service reps read from a script. I was transferred 5 times and each time I was asked the same 2-3 questions. All I needed to do was return defective recovery disks - issue is still unresolved even though I paid almost $40 for these disks.

HP customer service called me in response to a complaint I had left about a printer. Was told that I would receive an e-mail and a phone call from 2nd level tech support. Call was supposed to have been received already. Have not received the call, problem is still not resolved. Will look at other printers to buy in future.

worthless. I'm trying to contat suppoty and cannot find a phone number anywhere. i called a support phone number and was on hold for 9 minutes, then the phone line went dead
