Groupon customer service is a joke! If you call, they send you to a website. If you email, they send you some weird apology letter! You cannot get a person to help you or review your problem! I used to buy a lot from Groupon, but they have lost me as a customer. RIP-OFF

Impossible to communicate with you. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Am trying to straighten out your mess thru American Express who continues to consider outstanding customer service as important.

It's terrible you can't reached them at all. They tell you to reach them online lol it's limited because what you need it's not on the menu. They never call back when you send a email.

I was misled with my last purchase of flowers.I really thought I was getting for $20.When I tried to cancel after finding how much I was really going to pay $60 and up.I cannot afford.I was unable to locate a number for customer service or anyone that could cancel this sale I will probably not be buying anything from groupon

I bought a Groupon and the place went out of business trying to reach Groupon but they want me to pay online for a lawyer that's stupid just would like an exchange no even a refund.

Purchased a Groupon for fruitbouquet.com however the company will not honor it. They charged me double for a fruit bouquet and couldn't deliver it to the correct address. Instead they have to bring it to my house and I will deliver it for them. Between what fruit bouquet.com charged me which is also 1-800 flowers, it will most likely end up costing me $78 for something that should've cost only about $30-$35 max. Will never again use fruit bouquet.com or 1-800 flowers and most likely not Groupon. This lady is done...

I have been trying to get into my Groupon on two different devices for two days I tried to live chat and I can't even get through on that I got to send one message and then it would not let me send another one. I'm not having a problem with any other site except for Groupon and I love my Groupon

I love Groupon and probably tell at least 3 people a week how great it is.Lately I have noticed they have numerous sex toy items for sale.Not a prude but feel they should be in separate area not mixed in with Kids items.Grandchildren get on my phone and I certainly don't want them seeing these items

It is too much of an effort to live chat with an agent. I hate it and wonder if the discounts are worth it. I was charged 3 times for a tubbing trip I only ordered one for and they charged me the wrong price. $18 more then the confirmation email they sent me. It's been a fight to get my refunds and price adjustment.

It's not fair that you can spend your money on Groupon. But can't speak to a live representative. I am reaching out in regards to a hotel purchase . It was $900. The hotel is in Miami. I was to arrival in Miami coming from NY on September 5. 2019. My Daughter did this for me for my birthday. She is a young girl. Due to the bad hurricane. I can't fly in to Miami. So she canceled the hotel. And now telling her she has to contact Groupon and she will not receive her money back at all instead of just charging a cancellation fee. This is bad weather beyond our control. We are not rich.

This is my last request to have this A/C Groupon sent picked up and crefited to my AMEX. Your customer service is inefficient and non existent. This is my 4th call/chat/mail.
I shall cancer directly to my Amex if I do not hear from you by the end of the they.. it's too bad end a customer relationship this way
