I have been taken by the amount of 56.99. I never heard of Groupon until it appeared on my bank statement. I asked to have it refunded. Groupon refused. I live on SsDI. This is a hunk out of my monthly funds. Please be decent and refund my money

Have order received Monday June 13 2022, order # starts with 1543, don't have handy; they are Swavorski earrings. Not as pictured, cheap looking. Have tried to return, no cooperation from seller, now no chat answer with Groupon ?all I asked for is printable return label to return. This is , I believe, 5th conversation with Groupon, still no resolution. I've always been for most part satisfied with orders but this one is turning out to be a pain .PLEASE send label, allow me to return for refund.

It is impossible to get my problem resolved. You charged me for a purchase that I never received. I have spent all day trying to get this resolved, but to no avail. This has been a ridiculous waste of my time. I am going to take this further because it seems like a scam to me.

I hate that you can't talk to a live person. I've been trying to use a voucher and it tells me to use a correct voucher number. I copy and past just as it tells me to and I get the same response!? Getting frustrated I think that ill go to a different web site that has live person to help me out with any problems that I may enter.. If I don't get any feed back consider me gone...!

I have tried to find a phone number, start up a chat message and also have emailed Groupon customer service several times to no avail. I purchased a Groupon to Lulu's Grill Oceanside and found out when I was done eating that they no longer accept it. I thought they should've had a notation of that when you come in the door but they didn't. I am trying to get a refund and it says it is not refundable. However, since they are no longer accepting it we were told by the establishment that we could get it back through you. Please let me know how to make this happen!

I purchased a gutter cleaning from a company that seems to be running a scam. I talked to them 3 times, they said some was coming to do the work and they never showed up. I call now and just get an answering service.
Then I tried to call Groupon and they don't take calls. I went on line and they wanted to charge me for help, that's ridicoulous.

How do I reach by telephone a real person at Groupon? Does Groupon have Groupon corporate customer support? I need immediate help for an expiringGroupon. Need a phone number to get a 2-wk extension. Also I saw a coupon today for 30 percent off and cannot find it now.

I need help and want to speak to a person from Groupon about a purchase I paid for and is saying the voucher number is expired. I'm very upset. This is crazy no way to talk to someone in person I'm about to delete Groupon. And no I'm not paying for someone to talk to about it

I was unable to use the 20% save code on order as received an oops error. No way to call to explain so hope this can be fixed as I often purchase groupons.

there is no customer support. I'm dealing with Cozy Maid and they are crooks, and you don't caare. Since I've used this coupon once before, they won't give me a refund. Most services allow you to reuse coupon every 180 days, but not cozy maid. I'd like a full credit for the amount I paid. If they come to my house they're going to charge full price because they won't even let you make appt. without doing so. No groupon discount is given. Groupon shouldn't deal with these scumbags.

I am trying to get help with returning an item that does not fit There was no paper about the billing or anything else to let me know how to return this. I have communicated with two online agents, through text message, and the y indicated that I have to sign up for another service to get any results. The initial cost of this service is#5 and then $28 or $46 for a month. Totally ridiculous . I want to chat with a person.

Your customer service and ordering process is horrible! I want to speak to a person and there is no place to request that or a call back even though the voice message said that there was on the "My Stuff" page! Twice, I wanted to use a coupon but there is not place to enter the code and the Oder is automatic - going to an incorrect address and no way to cancel. I extremely aggravated and really don't want to order anything else from Groupon. I never used to have theses issues.

I couldn't find my redemption code on my Sams membership Groupon I bought & it let me redeem the Groupon & Sams needed code to give me my membership card.
