I don't think i'll ever order from them again! >:(Hi

I ordered a unicorn umbrella from you guys last week and the package arrived Monday but when I opened the box, it was not the umbrella, instead it was a tablet?! I thought that it was weird because the box was small. It has my correct address on the box but inside was the tablet and the packing slip with someone else address. HOW THE HECK YOU MIX A TABLET AND AN UMBRELLA?! I Also sent 3 EMAILS about the issue AND STILL NO RESPONSE AFTER A WEEK!! FIX IT!

Called the Lexington,ky store looking for 5 nights of Freddy plush bear. The lady asked me if I wanted her to hold it for me.I told her that I would come in to look at them. So I made a 45 min. trip one way. When I got there they had 3 display in the store. I took the largest one and gave to the cashier he said that he couldn't sell it to me. I said what do you mean?? He said the system will not let the sale go through. So this store has items but will not sell them. I call cust. service they said they would call the store then call me back, after being on hold for 20 min. Still no call back. So I call them back and still on hold. WHAT A BAD JOKE !!!!!! Call the store again over 28 mins and they hung up on me. I do not want to buy from these people. I would pay twice the amount then this place. Don't know how they are in business ??????????

GameStop on Charlotte in Nashville just dropped the ball on me. I got off work, went down to the store, and what do ya know.......CLOSED!!! This was a midnight release of 2 important games. I informed the STORE MANAGER that I would be down there and she said that they would be open. I am very very mad and disappointed at GAMESTOP for not keeping their word. There were others that showed up and were disappointed as well. Here's a pic of the "letting your guests know." This is very unacceptable. This is not, NOT, how to operate a business. I will be calling higher up. I don't need comments on "don't do that," but I'm tired of being screwed out of the things in my life. This was just a straw that broke the camel's back. Not cool, GameStop!! I will never do business at this store ever again.

I cannot believe I spent 460 in a store for a Xbox 1 can't use because you have to have Internet to download ever game tried to take it back within 1 hour to be told I could only get less than 100 store credit needless to say I will be getting rid of my credit card with gamestop

It's still happening. I just got charged $100 for a Playstation Gift card...and I don't own a Playstation. I used my credit card a month ago at the physical store and received the charge today from Gamestop.com. When I called Gamestop the message said it was a 15 minute hold time (unexpected call volume bs), and they finally answered the call after 35 minutes. A lady that barely spoke English finally answered. They said they would file a claim and I should hear back from them in 48 hours. What a waste of time. Their solution: change my email password. Riiiight, like that is the reason someone knew my credit card number, address, and ordered from their store. Silly me. What a terrible corporate company. The local employees are always great, their corporate sucks. Don't bother calling, just call your credit card company and dispute it.

I called after they were closed. There was no mention that it was after hours. It even said due to high demand theres a 30 minute wait. I left my phone for a good 45 mins. Came across this site with the hours. Ended the call. Terrible.

Worst customer service experience ever. Tried for three days for them to correct the error on my shipping address that my friend made when purchasing a gift for me. I got turned around and lied to saying they sent a report to UPS and then escalated the issue for their escalation team to handle. Well, my package was still delivered to the wrong address and just left at their front door! I got an email notification from tracking the package telling me so. Absolutely unacceptable. Do they honestly believe people can just throw money away like that? Wtf?

Gamestop Is Just Like All The Other Companies. One Of Their Customer Service Rep Answered The Phone And Hung Up. I Have Been On Hold For Over A Hour And A Half. No One Has Answered The Phone. I Feel As Though If You Don't Want To Be Bothered You Should Stay At Home.

The service at my local Game Stop is great but online service is horrible. I have never called without being told that they are experiencing a high call volume and the wait will be AT LEAST 30 MINUTES. I have tried all hours of the day...morning, afternoon, night. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CORPORATE SHOULD BE AWARE AND TAKE SOME ACTION. It will drive customers away.

I bought Uncharted 4 Thief's end deluxe edition on saturday the 7th, 2016 and the next following day the code was used before i can even put it in my PS4 so i call Gamestop on the 10th and was told to talk to somebody at playstation, then they turned around to call gamestop and get the issue resolved, when i called Gamestop they told it will take 7 to 10 business days to retrieve my new code for the game, then after i got really upset, i ask to talk to the supervisor, the customer service got on the phone and then she proceeded to tell me that i need to contact the manufacture of the game and talk to them about getting the code for the game. 80 dollars is about to do down the tubes because of there unprofessional service's.

30 minute wait time? Really? After anxiously waiting for over a week for my order to arrive I just received my reconditioned Wii and found that it does NOT load discs! I have a product that was obviously shipped to me without even being checked out. I'm not able to use it and now I have to wait 30 minutes to even report it! This is NOT what I would call customer SERVICE!

On hold for 40 minutes only to be told to call another number. Called the other number and was told wait time would be at least 30 minutes. Someone ordered a gift card under my name and I'm trying to find out if it was charged to me. Also, send 2 emails and no response.

Pre-ordered DLC before Christmas. Payment made 3 days ago on Paypal. No code sent yet. Impossible to get them on phone. Gamestop customer service sucks. Last time I will ever use Gamestop.

I literally have to send them EMAILS because their customer number NEVER answers me. So annoying. They tell me I have an order on hold because of a failed authorization on purchase, but my credit card company told me nothing ever went through. Gamestop screwed up somewhere so now I have to try to desperately figure out a damn way to reach these schmucks.

I tried purchasing a game through the website using a gift card and credit card. Gamestop used my gift cards and then cancelled my order without reason. Now, my gift cards are EMPTY and I have not been able to get an email response or an answer to my phone calls to customer service for three days. This company is pathetic and I will never use their services again.

Your store at Wal-Mart shopping plaza on White Horse Rd in Greenvill SC didn't open till 11:00 on Saturday the 16. You lost 7 customers in that hour of not being open.

I ordered a package almost 2 weeks before christmas. It is now almost a week after new years and I still don't have it. I have called five times and no one gives me a straight answer. It feels like they straight up stole money from me. It doesn't matter when you call, they are always "experiencing high call volume." For one of my calls over the course of the last FOUR WEEKS I was on hold for 35 minutes and when I FINALLY got hold of someone, they said their system was being updated and they couldn't help me AT ALL. I am astounded at the lack of any sort of appropriate response. These people are horrible to deal with, I'm just buying everything from amazon/bestbuy from now on.

Store #5105 should be shutdown the way they treat kids went to return a game that my grandson got for Xmas was told that the only way they would take it back or exchange it was it had to be open than said that he would only give him used game price for it the game had never been open and was very rude when he said it the sales team member name is joe

I have been unable to get anyone to pick up the phone at Gamestop for 3 days.
There website is so convoluted that I cannot change my email address . They have no consideration for customer needs. They simply state that they are experiencing a high call volume and NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. I am deeply disappointed with Gamestop
And will never do business eith them again,

Called you game stop at themuncie mall to turn in a Xbox 360 that I bought for my son I just wanted to get a new one because the one I bought didn't work they tell me they don't have any I was told to go to anderson game stop to get exchange it I asked to have them send it to their store they said they couldn't but wanted me to drive their to get i want buy any more stuff from game stop again or my friends and family and do a strike against the stores to mad

I ordered 3 gift cards online 2 days ago, and did not receive digital order. Called CS, waited 45 min to get through. Guy I got barely spoke English and was RUDE. He was giving me a hard time and when I asked for supervisor he hung up on me. Furious!!!! Well I go to store wait an hour for their customer service line to answer to allow them to convert to hard cards so I can mail out. Thankfully the stores are helpful. Don't do business online. CS is horrendous!!
