I ordered a package almost 2 weeks before christmas. It is now almost a week after new years and I still don't have it. I have called five times and no one gives me a straight answer. It feels like they straight up stole money from me. It doesn't matter when you call, they are always "experiencing high call volume." For one of my calls over the course of the last FOUR WEEKS I was on hold for 35 minutes and when I FINALLY got hold of someone, they said their system was being updated and they couldn't help me AT ALL. I am astounded at the lack of any sort of appropriate response. These people are horrible to deal with, I'm just buying everything from amazon/bestbuy from now on.
