These folks the worse they suck I wished I followed my first mind and just got everything from.Walmart I'm highly pissed can't get hold of them by phone or email they suck they all not in this country I don't like talking to foreigners I hate it they slow I don't understand them just ugh

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! You can't get ahold of ANYONE and when you email they send one back saying they will be with you in 2 days and NOTHING back. I'm furious!

I pre ordered battlefront for my Xbox one and I got the deluxe edition because I wanted all the stuff and the battle of jakku early. When I went to the store to pick it up they gave me a ps4 copy and I told them I got it for Xbox not play station. They gave me the xbox version but of course the code to get the battle of jakku 2 weeks early is for the ps4 and I can't use it on my Xbox. I'm very disappointed in GameStop and wish I hadn't waisted an extra $80 on the deluxe version of battlefront when I can't eve get the main reason everyone buys the deluxe edition.

These boxes were poorly made with items falling out of their plastic inside the box. The sealing sticker was sometimes so loose one can just peek inside the box to see items within '“ where is the mystery in that? Many of the boxes had stickers that were not even sticking to the box as if someone had previously tampered with them.
A few friends and I bought over 25+ boxes (with tax the total comes to about $550+ dollars) in the end we received 1 golden Funko, thought the odds were a bit better than that. The odds of 1 out of 8 are so far removed from what really occurs; the odds are stacked against you when it clearly seems like the game is rigged. The major problem is the integrity of the box itself. Boxes should have been completely sealed off and easily know if tampered with, but not so in this case. The poor packaging made it possible for anyone with access to the boxes to peek inside. The stores I went to all had boxes on the counter only accessible by the employees.
This mystery box was advertised as a luck based game for customers to have a 1 in 8 chance of getting rare golden Funkos. It is supposed to be random, but clearly there is sever doubt if it is. If you are selling me a mystery box because you advertise it as a mystery box' no one else should be able to see the contents before I open it.

I paid for the sony playstation4 star wars battlefront BUNDLE which is supposed to include the Darth Vader backpack and the star wars battlefront video game. I paid my money in full for the asking price of 349.00 however I just got the ps4 today (11/30/15 about 2 hrs ago) and there is no game and no backpack.. I gave you ALL the money your company asked for I would like to receive ALL of the items I paid for. Ive been on hold with this "customer service" number for exactly 1 hr and 35 minutes. After reading all these other comments your company seems as if its an online scam...WE NEED HELP!!!!

I am writing to you regarding a major problem within some of your stores. This recent Black Friday, your company released Funko Mystery Boxes to GameStop customers which gave a 1 out of 8 chance to get a gold variant of the pops promoted. Upsetting as it is to say, I am writing you to say that I personally witnessed GameStop employees removing funko boxes which contained the gold variants and setting them aside for them to purchase or hold for others. I also witnessed GameStop employees including the shift manager purchasing these boxes before opening on Black Friday morning. I don't know if that violates any rules you enforce on your employees but I wanted to bring that to you attention as well. Since Friday complaints have been growing by paying customers of funko mystery boxes on how poor the boxes were sealed. You can clearly lift and see what was in the boxes before opening. Customers were reporting that employees were actually looking through the boxes to find a gold variant pop in one before they sold it! It's very upsetting to have been cheated by GameStop and I am bringing to light what has not been corrected. Some people have been commenting on your Instagram page to see if someone can address this incident that clearly happened in quite a few of your stores. Thank you for your time and concern.

My name is Anthony Iorizzo I ordered no more heros 2 for Wii on November 8. I haven't received my game yet. I tried to call customer service but I'm on hold for over 40 min , nobody is taking my call. I'm getting very frustrated.

Ordered 8 skylander characters 2 weeks ago, all items showed "usually ships within 24 hours", it's been 2 weeks and only 1 item has not been shipped. Called to see what's going on with the last item. Was on hold for 1.5 hours before someone answered. Was told that the last item is being shipped from a different warehouse and that will ship soon. Was not able to give me a time estimate and nothing else she can do about it. Marina was very rude and told me to either cancel or keep waiting.

I bought Pikmin 2 for the Wii Pre-Owned on Wednesday last week. When I received it, I put it in my wii and waited for the disc to read. An hour later, the disc still did not read so I went into the disc menu. The disc menu then read "Please insert Disc" I am very disappointed that I bought a game that doesn't work. If they have pre-owned or used games, they should test the game first. I am very unhappy that I spent 34.99 on the game that doesn't work. Good thing I had a discount or I'd be more upset.

im trying to get my account activated on the app and it isnt working the rep in the store triex to help and couldn't figure it out. ive been on hold for over 2hr today. is there another way to get resolved the issue. it feels like there isnt anyone that actually picks up the phones

I pre ordered black ops three digital deluxe edition online in july but have yet to actually receive the game. I have received the pre order code for the nuketown personalization pack dlc but what good is a dlc code without the game? I've emailed the GameStop customer service email multiple times about my problem but have yet to receive any response. Its been two and a half days since the game came out and I still have yet to receive what I ordered nor have I even gotten a response to my questions on what to do. I tried to cancel my order and just order it again but whenever I go to orders list on their website and click on my order number I get the "oops game over. Our server was unable to process your request. Please try again.
If our server continues to be uncooperative, please send an email to [email protected]" and as I said before emailing the email they give you does nothing. The situation wouldn't be that bad if I actually got a response about my problem from someone working at GameStop but since that hasn't happened there has been nothing for me to do but wait and hope the problem solves itself. Needless to say I will never be buying any digital games from GameStop again.

Just on hold for hour and ten minutes. finally got someone and was hung up on because i wasn't fast enough to get my personal information. (the guy gave me 30 seconds) My account was hacked and now im screwed. Thanks game stop, customer of 6 years you just lost.

My roommate has been on hold for over an hour trying to reach somebody. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes. What is the point of having a phone number if no one answers?

Absolutely the worst, I was hung up on, all my on line orders have been deleted, and I have tried via email and phone to make contact. I will never use game stop again, terrible company and worst customer support ever!!!!

I tried talking with someone named Michael called corporate office for a power up rewards problem waited 10 minutes then finally talking to someone only to get hung up on I tried calling back but of course the corporate office was closed all I want is help with this I don't want no special deals or no treatment I just want help with fixing my problem

I preordered halo 5 Guadiana and I was supposed to get a battle rifle skin, armor set, and a black visor. I asked for the game to be shipped to my house and it arrived on the day it came out but I never received a code or anything to get the extra content I was promised

My husband and I are both gamers. We've spent tons of money on gaming at GameStop over the past 10 years. Recently we moved to Wake Forest (April 2015) and we've been dealing with GameStop located off of Capital Blvd. Some of the employees are very courteous, knowledgeable, they are polite, and have excellent customer service skills. However - there are 2 that we've had issues with. One of which we encountered yesterday (9/27/15) around 5:30pm. GameStop must be desperate because this girl acted like she was fresh off of the pole. As soon as we walked up to the door this girl was outside smoking, we had to walk through her cloud of smoke to enter the door, and I had my children with me. After she finished smoking she walked in behind us and kept interrupting my husband and I, not once, not twice, but like 5 times in the little time we were even there. We couldn't even discuss a game between ourselves. We go to check out and this girl is hanging over the counter in a very provocative manner, at this point instead of dealing with her we put the game down and walk out. I would include her name however Shawn, the "manager" wouldn't give it to us when we called the store today. I called corporate and after being on hold for 30 minutes, filed a complaint. Not sure if the complaint/feedback I gave to the customer service specialist at corporate will matter at all. If I worked in retail dealing with customers I would act in a professional manner, not as though I belonged on a street corner. She is in the wrong profession for sure. It is ashame because some of the employees are awesome, but some of these new hires are something else. If you ask me the manager needs to be replaced.

I was at Gamestop on Cottman Avenue Philadelphia PA on August 20th around 830 in the evening and they gave me a lot of helpful information. Everything that I was asking about they were fully attentive with a lot of helpful information and I appreciated it.

Hello, my name is Jacob and I recently tried to take advantage of a deal you had advertised for trading in a ps Vita for $100 store credit towards buying a "new" 3ds XL. I have a unit that is in excellent condition with the original box, cord, and 8gb memory card. I purchased it new for 299.99 (plus tax) at my local GameStop. Today I stopped by your location off of university parkway In Sarasota FL. I was told that the deal expired just a mere 3 days ago and that they would not accept it. I was frustrated because my brother had spoken with this same shop a few days before and they said that it was still a valid deal. (They did not mention when the deal expired and today was the quickest I was able to come). After explaining this to the associate he said he would call his manager. He then said he would be able to do the deal but because the unit did not have serial number printed on the bottom he couldn't. This felt like a work around and I was honestly quite upset. I told him that It had the number on the box and even though I bought this new (AT GameStop, with the sku number right on the box) and I never remembered a serial sticker being on the bottom of the unit. He said he wouldn't be able to do it and said that if I wanted to I could just sell it online. I have always bought my systems from your company and this interaction is very disappointing. I can't afford to pay full price for a 3ds XL and this was the only way I could purchase one. This just felt like poor customer service, even though the associate was friendly.
