I literally have to send them EMAILS because their customer number NEVER answers me. So annoying. They tell me I have an order on hold because of a failed authorization on purchase, but my credit card company told me nothing ever went through. Gamestop screwed up somewhere so now I have to try to desperately figure out a damn way to reach these schmucks.
