I deal with your office in Johannesburg South Africa. I bought a new car January 2020. I have a problem and after many phone calls and messages no body returns any calls. Well I definitely made a mistake buying a EZGO cart. And I will also influence people accordingly. I need to buy 4 new cars now and I have already contacted Yamaha and Clubcar. I thought EZGO is a world class company, but now I know they are a backyard campany. Very very unprofessional.

Ez go cache rd in Lawton Oklahoma is required to wear face mask at this store it seems not to matter customers and employees ! Walk in and nothing said or done maybe someone needs to inform all even them self this is a requirement! Please call your manager and address this with them.

I just rebuilt my ezgo it has a robin engine 1989. When I went to fire it up it started but then just quit.... there is a spacer with triangular shaped wedges that bolt between the carburetor pipe and the cylinder. I cleaned this piece up during the rebuilt what I thought was carbon build up may have been a poem sealant. WELL I SCRAPED ALL OF THE WHAT I THOUGHT WAS SEALANT OFF. DO I NEED TO REORDER THIS PIECE???? please.

SUCK, SUCK, SUCK. Website is terrible. like pulling your hair out to get a live person. Then the woman keeps yawning, can't get a part right. Tell her what page of the RXV electric and service repair manual it's on....Then 3 attempts to give her my e mail address even spelling it out slowly and phonetically and she can't get it right.....Too busy yawning, probably hungover. Hung up on her, EZ GO parts department sucks, obvious they get the money for payroll and benefits from other parts of TEXTRON, how can a department this terrible sustain itself. Identify and replace the idiot I dealt with....

I have waited a week for someone to call me back. have not heard from anyone. our company buys a lot of golf carts from e-z-go but will inform them that I have not heard back from anyone.

We thought we bought a new 2016 EZ go from capital golf in sun city Texas

Seven weeks later still no club-ball washer installed. Wheels still rub and they made gouges in fenders that they patched up with putty that a seven year old could have done better. Not what should be accepted in a new cart. Kyle and Bryan are the rudest people we have ever met. And the sad part is that this is our second new cart from this store.

ridiculously difficult to get a simple question answered.... whats the part # for the power controller.... OMG

this is the problem with the world nobody wants to answer a simple question it all has to be automated or you get transferred 6 times and then told "well you have contact an authorized dealer" this is

probably made in china too. EZ go
