SUCK, SUCK, SUCK. Website is terrible. like pulling your hair out to get a live person. Then the woman keeps yawning, can't get a part right. Tell her what page of the RXV electric and service repair manual it's on....Then 3 attempts to give her my e mail address even spelling it out slowly and phonetically and she can't get it right.....Too busy yawning, probably hungover. Hung up on her, EZ GO parts department sucks, obvious they get the money for payroll and benefits from other parts of TEXTRON, how can a department this terrible sustain itself. Identify and replace the idiot I dealt with....
