I rarely use social media to get my point across but I feel I have to today. I drive a dodge nitro, and i loved it until 6 months ago. I have a problem with the front end for over six months now. My truck shakes when I drive it and the noise that it makes is annoying. It is a part that should be recalled by dodge, but, I guess it's to much of a money maker for them to do that. There is national back order for this universal joint. That just tells you how big of a problem there is. Thanks Dodge.
I had my 06 Dodge Charger at Bosak Dodge in Merrillville Indiana for just short of 4 weeks. The car was dying out at stops or just after take off. Codes U0100 and P0700. I told them I needed the car fix because my license plate was about to expire. They presented me with $3200 worth of unassociated repairs. What they were selling had nothing to do with my original complaint. I also asked that they check my transmission fluid level for $57. I asked 3 times if they checked the level and as I was picking the car up, they pulled it back in the shop and we're adding fluid. After I refused the $3200, they told me they couldn't fix the car. They were guessing computer or wiring harness. I said go ahead with the $1100 computer change but if my car still dies, I would require a refund because I refuse to pay for guess work. That's when they said they couldn't fix it because now they say wiring harness, which is no longer available. I mentioned that manufacturers are required by law to carry parts for 10 years. They agreed but still said they couldn't help. So now I'm stuck with a car with expired plates and dying out. It's useless now because I can't drive it. I called 2 different Dodge Representatives and they were more useless than the dealership. They recommended trying another Dodge dealer!!! So watching all the dodge commercials with cars racing airplanes and doing burnouts is all fun but they don't have the knowledge or desire to use their brains and actually diagnosis the problem. I can not believe a Dodge dealership told me they can't fix my car. If anybody of any importance at Dodge reads this, I'd like a response on how this could be handle properly. What if I were a town or city with a police charger that had to be fixed? Would they turn a municipality away. This car is an ex state police car. My opinion is they couldn't make a killing on me by selling parts and I refused to pay for guess work. So now I can't use my car. Very poor business practice. I'd be embarrassed to be part of this company.
I have a 2015 Dodge Dart that I bought in Elko,Nevada Dodge's dealership last May. I live in Southern Nevada 360 miles away from Elko. The dealership closest to me is Saitta Trueado in Pahrump Nevada. We had no problems with the Dart for a couple of months. My 23 year old daughter drives this car. After a couple of months we started to have problems with the air conditioning. We have had this vehicle in there at least 4 to 5 times. A week ago my daughter took it in and got it back that day. Yesterday my wife drove it 35 miles to an appointment the air conditioning worked fine. When she came back the air conditioning quit working again. She called the dealer and they said to bring it in this morning. Today my daughter brought it in and the tech told her that he wouldn't look at it, and told her she needed to idle it for 10 minuets to get the compressor time to cool down the vehicle before you start to drive it. Then they said that we were lying about the air conditioning. My wife is so upset that she is looking at getting a lawyer. The problem is intermittent which is making this very frustrating. But it gets 110 degrees plus here in southern Nevada and it needs to be fixed.
I purchased a supposed Dodge Dartt I have been so in happy I feel over charged 23000 round off I was badgered to acct thu new revised date that will give me 40 miles per gallon , not so
I was told that I could use regular oil not so have to use synthetic oil I am retired I feel I was lied to about your car performance it doesn't measure up to the price I was charged when here were other cosmetic problems I tried to give it back when I was told that u got a good deal for 23000 but when I got tallow the paper work after signing the deal I am paying $40000 for a dart ihave been duped by the dodge dealership and the bank 😰😱
I was wondering what your record was on the 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. I have a 2006 that now has 301,000 miles on it. I have not change transmission or any major items done to it except the normal items. I may be putting a curse on myself by sending this but I would buy another 2006 if I found low mileage and great condition.
Please be careful when you are at the Dodge in Matteson, IL. My son has gotten nothing but the run around from this company. They are very sneaky. They tell you they have to order new parts but really don't. They put the old parts back on and when we informed them we knew what they did they started lying.If his car is not fixed this time around I will be calling a lawyer, the police, the newspapers, ALL the news channels and BBB on them! They should not be allowed to continue getting over on people.
Bought a 2015 3500 dodge at interstate dodge Monroe Louisiana would not service had 2 hire a wrecker our self 2 take it 2 town n country in Shreveport Louisiana n they got right on it I think interstate dodge should pay wrecker bill but the manager want return our call I think that's pretty sorry
NEVER BUY A CAR FROM MONROEVILLE DODGE IN PITTSBURGH PA!!!!! They are the most sneaky, liars I have ever did business with. I brought a Charger off of sales woman Sharon, and she never told me the car was a former rental car, and it is an "as is" car (customer service told me that). She handed me the key and I noticed a piece of the bumper out, and the door panel on the passenger door was uneven. She told me she would fix it. She told me to bring it back, so I did after having to come back for the third time. After having it for a week something was wrong with the brakes, windshield wipers, and the car was dirty inside. They fixed everything but the bumper, the manager Rick told me that they can't fix it. They fixed everything else and they just can't fix it. To fix it, it would cost $500 and that is something they just can't do. Then he went on about how they did what they did and gave me a car to drive and they normally don't do that. I even asked for a discount on the bumper, he said he would get back to me and NEVER DID!! What clowns!! They seem two woman coming and took advantage of us! I would never recommend that place to anyone!!!!!!
I have a 2009 dodge journey and for some odd reason something keeps killing my battery. Jus purchased a new alternator and battery and had them both put on at the same time and something has killed the battery again. This vehicle has two recalled parts and I've been trying to get this issue resolved for 6 months and now my car has been down for 2 weeks. Dodge dealership says it will be weeks before they can even look at my vehicle because they're backed up. I don't know what else to do.
I took my 2012 challenger in too take my motor apart... I lost compression in my motor.... I baby my car and it's doing this already with 50k miles already... I'm glad I got life time warranty on my car... I'll update this to let you guys know how long it's going to tAke to fix my car.not happy with this problem... does anyone have the same issues please aplly....
I need help with a dodge part, i have a 2013 charger, i need the turn signal bulb socket, i went to 3 dealers here in kansas city, all wanted me to buy the whole headlight assembly, over 300 dollars, when no one can find this socket for the 3157 turn signal bulb, ive searched and searched the internet finding only what looks to be somethin close...please help me find the part i need
I wish like heck I had read the crappy customer service reviews before buying my Charger!! For starters several months ago I took my car in for a recall of the door airbags . I had noticed the bag door panel next to window was not lining up so I mentioned that while there. When I picked my car up I was told the part for the door would be ordered and someone would call to schedule an appointment when the part came in. A week later I get s call and I take my car back. The door is fixed. When I get home I notice a couple of scratches at the top of my window tint that looked like a tool had been used and scratched the tint. I called immediately and left a message with the service department. Never received a callback..I called SEVERAL times over a span of two weeks or better. Finally my husband takes the car up there and flips out, the service mngr claims they had called me but there was no proof of that. They pay for the window to be re-tinted. Now here we are again. I take my car in for oil change today. Go and pick it up. As my friend was dropping me off we both commented on how close the car next to me had been parked but it was on passenger side. I signed paperwork got my keys go out get in my car and drive straight home. My son is in the driveway playing basketball and can tell you when I got out of my car and turned around to walk toward him I almost lost it. My black charger has THREE huge SCRATCHES TO THE METAL!! On the back driver side door !! I called left a message on the answering machine in service department and then called back and got the operator. Told her what happened and she said she would give the service mgr a message!! Can't wait to see how long this issue takes to resolve! I will tell you this though if this isn't made right these people will wish they had never sold me a vehicle!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CROWN DODGE in Cleveland TN
I had my 2012 ram in the shop for cam problem they had the truck for two weeks got truck back today Jan 27,2016 sounds like the motor is going to explode they told me at Tristar in Uniontown pa to put some miles on it and noise will stop my Eco no longer works and the check engine light is on truck came back from shop worse then what it went in they don't return phone calls service mananager wont call me back my truck has sixty thousand some miles I bought it brand new and no I'm driving a truck with a ticking noise they also broke stuff on the motor and half assed it back together

All Keep Sending Recall Letters Out But Every Time You Take To The Dealer To Get It Fix You Here The Same Thing We Waiting On Parts I Have Recall After Recall After Recall On This Truck Every Time I Turn Around There Some Thing Wrong With It And The Dealer Is Hard To Deal With How About This Yall Just Replace My Truck And You Keep All The Recalls We Really Like Our Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 Laramie But Iam Sick Of Sitting At The Dealer Iam Paying A Lot For This Truck And I Feel I Made The Wrong Move On Buying It !!!!!!!!!!!! I have a 2010 journey that has been a nightmare car has 120000 km.and a blown engine. Gone through brakes like crazy start and transmission cables. Door locks work sometime and cost to much to fix. What can I do with this piece of crape its not paid for yet. Had it since new already cost me 3500$ in repairs this isnt counting oil changes and tires.

my son owns a 2007 Dodge charger SRT8.I told him to only get repairs done at a dodge dealship.The chryler Dodge jeep Ram dealershipmin san juan capistrano,ca.at 32881 Camino Capistrano Trashed my sons car.A year ago I paid for a new battery and had then nstall it .it leaked battery acid all over my son's truck.He went in seveal times to have them fix it.The battery fell through the trunk on to the ground at their lot and riped the wiring when in fell through the trunk.The acid ate through the truck.The car is now non driveable.I feel they should have to fix it or replace the car.They are making your company look bad.I told him to call The BAR. and a news crew to come out .My son phone number
