I have a 2009 Dodge Charger that is now sitting in the parking lot of my work and won't turn on. I have had an issue with the ignition switch. At least that's what I was told when I first reported the problem back in late July early August. The part has been on back order since then and the car would start eventually but as of yesterday it won't start at all. I contacted the shop manager yet again and was told yet again that the part is still on back order but meanwhile I don't have a car. My job requires me to travel so I'm having to deal with an angry boss now. The Dodge dealership will not work with me on getting a loaner car. I'm so frustrated. I mean it's been over 3 months and from what I understand this particular part is on back order for many vehicles. Can someone just explain what is going on with the manufacturer of these parts. Can anyone out there help those of us with these issues. C'mon Dodge, I mean I love my car but I also need my car.

I have a 2013 dodge dart and its has spent the last 3 weeks in the shop they still don't know how to fix it. No one can give me any answers and the garage we took it to doesn't have loner cars then to make matters worse I got it back for one day left for drill the next morning and it broke down again. my advise is to stay away from the dart line up of cars.

My daughter had a 2013 dodge journey. She had a accident and totalled it out,dodge says there was no recall on it. I'm one very pissed off momma, she said it shut down she had no control over it , it rolled over three times. She could have died.

Dear Dodge Customer Service,

I have bought four Grand Caravans from you.
However after This Grand Caravan, I will not be buying anymore dodge products. as a matter of fact as soon as I can get rid of this one I will.

This van is three years old and in the last six months it has been in the shop twice. Last time because of a recall for a piston. This time the starter won't work. the piece needed is on back order, of course. I was told that you are not manufacturing them fast enough for the problems turning up with the electrical problems.
My warranty is 100,000 miles I am over by 13 miles. I am having to pay $500.00 for a problem which is inevitably the manufacturing plan with the electrical system.

I will have the I-Team look into this matter further because THE CHRYSLER DODGE CORPORATION IS RIPPING OFF ITS GRAND CARAVAN BUYERS

I have dodge 2998 calibur every single proble I am having it what the 07 were recalled for .. Etc light motor jumps jiggles loss of acceleration .. 450.00 later had to have it towed to dealership
Shame in me for thinking this would have been a dependable car it's 08 but just hit 61,000 miles
Called the customer service number no recall why if the same problem recalled in 07 yet made the same in 08 ????
Also was informed they stopped making this car in 08 perhaps because of the issues .. Waiting for call back from second dealership
If I am not pleased with call I will be cling for a district service manager to meet me at the dealership .. 3 wks of this and no one can fix my car re all I believe should be in order

I need help!! I purchased a 2010 Dodge Challenger from Lorenzo Bomnin in Miami Fl for my son in April 15 as his 21st birthday gift. My son attends school in Alabama. The car wouldn't start so he had it towed on Sept.3 to Hendricks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Birmingham , Al. First I was told it was the starter , they repaired that. Now it's the engine which is still under factory warranty. It's been 20 days and the car has still not repaired, and I haven't received any calls from anyone at the dealership concerning the car I purchased. It's like this is not of importance to them so they just letting the car sit there. I need someone in corporate or who could help me with this matter.

Bad customer service by JOHN PAUL GUZMAN AT SERRAMONTE DODGE. My son called him asking what was wrong with his Charger, JP's attitude and behavior was very POOR CUSTOMER SKILLS. He continued to give my son a bad attitude and my son said to him maybe this isn't the job for you because your customer skills suck. So my son went in to talk to him, asked him why would he talk to him like that being that he should act professional, yet JP continued with his poor behavior. My son asked for his Boss, he replied with a bad attitude and said he left. My son asked for someone higher than JP, he replied everyone left. So my son asked him why do you have that smirk on your face giving me a bad attitude, he responded I dont even have to talk to you, your not the registered owner, your dad is and i already spoke to your dad. So my son said Well i came in here to talk to you about your behavior not my car. And he cont' with the attitude. Of course by this time my son wanted to punch him in the face, but held his cool and said I'll be in to talk to your Mgr tomorrow because of your poor customer skills. His co worker did nothing to help the situation or to calm it down. If you have cameras or even record the phone calls I URGE to pull it for there is proof of what went on 9/15/2015. PEOPLE LIKE HIM SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS BUSINESS IF HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE DIFFICULT SITUATIONS LIKE THIS. HE ONLY ESCALATED THE PROBLEM WITH A DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR. I AM GOING TO CALL HIS BOSS AND THE CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT JOHN PAUL GUZMAN FROM SERRAMONTE DODGE. WE HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN DEALT WITH LIKE THIS FROM ANYONE AT DODGE DEALERSHIP UNTIL NOW. ONE BAD SEED CAN SPREAD THRU THE APPLE AND ROT IT UP...I HOPE YOU GUYS TAKE CARE OF THIS ASAP.

There's a safety recall on a 2008 Dodge Caravan... purchased under Frank Ryciuk... my frustration is we have two vehicles shared between 4 people and the recall is for the key module and if we don't get it replaced then we will not have a vehicle which will create great hardship. We were told that it is possible it will not start and this is not acceptable. You must send the module specifically for us and all those who have hardship because we need the vehicle to get to work. You do understand that much so please understand this is not of our doing but of yours and you're limiting access to the replacement parts. Critical recalls are most urgen but this should actually be your next priority. We are loyal Dodge & Chrysler owners since the Chrysler New Yorker came out (oh, what a beautiful boat with fabric seats) we have since changed our preference to Mini Vans & are awaiting for a bigger electric car of yours in the future... please help us... please help me. If my husband is at work & this van doesn't start... I have 2 elderly parents to tend to, we need a reliable vehicle .

My interaction with Courtesy Dodge in Brandon, Florida:
Honestly, you guys have had my new car more than what I have had since I bought it. I have been VERY unhappy with the Service Dept. as they cannot seem to fix what is wrong (all cosmetic- i.e Paint defects on the hood, ding(s), Etched drivers side window, and etc). I bought this care back in July and your service dept. has had the care ~1 month here and there to fix the cosmetic issue. You all have my car right now as we speak and I have heard nothing from you all, I dropped in off to you all on Wednesday, August 25th, 2015... I have never been asked how this inconvenience could be made up to me.... I mean you buy a car for a reason and you REALLY buy a Dodge Challenger for a REASON... You want to DRIVE it... VERY dissatisfied.
Is there anything anyone can do...? So displeased... VERY poor representation of Dodge/MOPAR...

I have a 2015 dodge dart sxt broke down on me twice has 8000 miles on it I bought it new the engine had over heated filled with oils and coolent had the engine replaced under warranty value of my car is down because of that now 21 days later I get my car back within a week the smell of electronic burning and it dies completely now I'm stuck can't get out of this thing I hate it I owe 20000 on a new car that keeps falling apart that I'm stuck with I also have to pay to get it towed are u kidding plus I can't get a rental car free of charge I feel I'm entitled to .....I want my money back

We took our Dodge van in to Baumann Auto Group in Norwalk, Ohio to have some work work done. They charged us $1,932.00 to do all the work, when we got it back the air was not working. When we took it back they wanted to charge US ANOTHER $1,500 to fix it. You got to be kidding.

I am using dodge dart in uae. Its the worst customer service by al futtaim and pathetic car dodge has ever made. We had other dodge cars but this is very bad.

2011 charger has front end issues, makes scrubbing noise turning left, or right. champion Chrysler dodge in gulfport ms.solution was to grease the bearing, noise is worst, rearview mirror is peeling, manager refuses to replace, keep telling me the cost. this is a safety issue on both parts, Chrysler cooperation you people better hope I don't have a serious wreck because of any of this. that manager at this gulfpot place, along with the service dept.is a joke. since they want attempt to fix the problems, can anyone tell me whom I can contact?????

I purchased a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan mid-January of 2014. I am writing this letter to express my sincerest thank you for building such an excellent vehicle. I got in an accident last week where I was hit in the front by an SUV and the rear by a tractor trailer on a major highway. My van is totaled but I after a short ER visit, I walked away with minor injuries. I cannot thank your company enough for building a vehicle that I give the highest safety rating to. While every air bag deployed, windshield and other windows smashed, front end taken half off and the whole rear crushed close to the third row, all of my seats remained intact and unharmed. I am relieved that my 3 small children were not in the van with me but I know if they had been, they would have been completely unharmed. This accident tops one of the scariest moments in my life. Many people, as well as myself, have stated how lucky I am and how well the van protected me. If possible, I will be getting another one. Thank you again for having such an excellent vehicle available.

I purchased the 2013 Dodge Avenger from Jim Burke in Birmingham January 5, 2013 '“ Last summer I had to take the car to ACADAMEY DODGE in Bessemer, AL - the transmisison would not shift - at 40 MPH, the RPMs 4 - they '˜fixed '˜ it and the car is doing the same thing now that it did then. But now '“ no warranty. After getting the car back (they had it for 4 weeks) I went to the salesperson to trade it in as I did not trust the car the week after getting the car back from ACADEMY DODGE and the works spoken by Aubry Whitt - sorry I can't help you. Now I have NO car. The transmission will not shift AGAIN. the car has too many miles to be covered under the warranty. If it's the transmission the cost to me will be $0.00 '“ however I'm guessing that Dodge will not replace the transmission. I was told when I took the car to ACADEMY DODGElast summer that the transmission will need to be replaced '“ they didn't do that '“ instead they went the cheap route and put a band-aid on the problem. For me to have the car diagnosed, I am told, will cost me $120+ - I don't have that to put toward this car '“ and what would I drive as Dodge does not provide a rental car: I have tried to trade this car in '“ credit approved at Long Lewis @ 3.9% - but they wouldn't take the negative equity. I have been talking to Jonte @ Jim Burke's used lot '“ NO dealership associated with Jim Burke will take this car. When I purchased this car '“ I was told by Aubry to come in after 6 months and I can trade on something else '“ 1 year later I did that and he basically laughed in my face - stating that he couldn't help me. I am screwed '“ I don't have a car to drive and I can't get another.

We purchased a Dodge Dart in May of last year. We have a bumper to bumper warranty and it has been in the shop 2 times for brake issues. There is 13,000 miles on it and the master cylinder and brake booster has been replaced twice. Towed in both times ran a stop sign first and was on a side street in okla. City the second time when they went out without any warning both times. We called the customer service dept. several times but they take your information and could care less about helping. They will give you a claim number and that's it. I am know after 10 days going to get it back again. They don't want to help they just put the same parts back on and they will go out again and hopefully does not kill me or anybody else. Never buy one again and we will get rid of this one but I won't recommend dodge to anybody.

I own a 2011 Dodge Durango. It has had 3 recalls on it, I have been inconveinced multiple times to bring my " Lemon " in, have had to pay for a new battery and as soon as I leave the dealership Saturday my check engine light comes on and its the transmission. Guess what its not under warranty so i have to spend another 1100 to fix that. I call Dodge for assistance and all they can say is that the transmission is not under warranty. They never ask how many times I have been over there on my own time for a Dodge issue. They will never ever get my business again and I hope the word gets out that they are just a money hungry machine. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

1st time owner of a 2015 Dodge Dart. Got it 2000 miles ago in Illinios, Bettenhausen Dodge in Orland Park. Took it to dealer today due to a scratched/bad finished wheel I notice today after washing it by hand for the first time. winter weather prohibited me from doing sooner, plus I work. Service writer said "what would you like me to do for you"..." You need to get a General Manager, but no offer to get one, your on your own. Then went to receptionist person. She introduced me to a "General Mgr." He walks outside with me, looks at wheel, touches it..." Let me check on this, give me a minute". Few minutes later, sorry nothing we can do, if you brought it in earlier... Blah blah... To bad, shrugs his shoulders and puts his hands out to the sides, as if to say, you lose, too bad. This is the first time I have purchased a brand new car in 12 years, glad to see nothing has changed in the business, smiles and what you want to hear during the sale, go to hell afterwards. I'll never buy another Dodge/Chrysler product ever. Plus this will make for great conversation at Ford Assembly in Chicago where I work.

I brought my dodge ram 5.7 hemi 2013 to the service department because my tire pressure system lights up on the dash board along with the tire light. Westbury dodge changed all the sensors & the problem did not go away. its been over one week & they still have my truck. 35,000 miles and already we have a major problem. not happy

I just spent $6300. On an engine for my dodge hemi. Dodge has caused a great deal of financial h eartship on our family. Never buy another Dodge. They know of this problem and will not do anything about it. Plan on contracting a lawyer.

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 V6, at 487 miles I was hit in the front by a woman running a red light, the shop replaced the front bumper, air dam and grill, since the accident the engine check light and the skid control light have been coming on and off, the dealer has been trying to troubleshoot the problem changing the brake pedal position sensor and brake control modgel and after 3 visits they are no where, can you give me some ideas.

The Century Dodge dealership, MD hasn't received any challenger hellcats, yet , as a viper owner, I was told to order a hellcat through this dealership. Are they scheduled to get a green automatic in this century to fill my order? I'm not getting any younger and I have been waiting for a hemi challenger since 72.

I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey on January 31, 2015. Initially my intention was just to look, but my eye caught the special pricing and I called an extremely professional sales person over to give me some information. This young man turned out to be Mr Thomas Kasco, who explained everything professionally and without pressuring tactics as I was used to at the two other dealerships my husband and I had visited. Other members of the team that were extremely professional were Mr Prim (Manager), Dario Lujan (Finance Specialist) and Jacquoia Gray all employees of Tobin Dodge.
