The best in-store experience I've had at a CVS store came when Tammy, who works in cosmetics asked if she could help me. She so nicely spent time helping me with choices and suggestions. I just have to sing her praises and will search for her every time I go into the store ( CVS, Stoney Point Road, Santa Rosa, CA).

I switched to CVS for the savings. I stay for the service. I'm greeted when I enter. Someone checks that I find what I'm looking for. Employees smile at me. Thank you for a pleasurable experience, as always!

I dealt with Yennifer while trying to update my credit card information. She acted like she could not hear me and made me repeat items several times to the point that my daughter took the phone to provide the information. She told us to use the app if we were not happy with the way she was handling the call. I found her to be rude and condescending. Having been a CVS customer for over 20 years, I have been used to better service in the past. Perhaps Walgreen's will provide better customer service going forward.

Very discouraged with recent visit.Member of management was at self checkout.He scanned my items I had several coupons.He wanted me to use my care pass.I told him if it was necessary.When I looked at my receipt my care pass was reduced to .98 cents.When I returned to the store he said he couldn't do anything about it.Said I should have went thru the main resister to avoid this happening.He is the one having everyone use the self checkout.Seems he can can control our coupons and rewards.He also told me I didn't pay anything for my purchase.Ye I did I lost 9.02 of ma carepass.

I am so dissatisfied with the customer service at CVS pharmacy on Falmouth Road in Hyannis Ma. First of all I called to to refill a prescription. The young man told it expired. And I was confused I thought I had several refills left. I was asking some questions and he was abrupt and rude. I realized my mistake and began to apologize and he had hung before I could finish my sentence. Horrible customer service. Then I entered the store today at 1:30 to pick up prescription not knowing they close for lunch. I was in line behind the last customer and when she was done they told me to come back in an hour . I was standing there!!! What kind of service is that. Unacceptable! Why don't they stagger their lunches instead they close at lunch time when many people can get out to pick their scripts up! But to turn a customer away while they are standing in front of you is just horrible. Never in my long career with the public and customer service did we ever turn anyone away so we could go to lunch or leave for home. Despicable!! I will move my scripts to a different pharmacy in the future!

I would like to bring attention to your fabulous staff in your Boca raton location at 150 East Camino Real Blvd. they are wonderful!! Noah your new manager is so cool, calm, professional, soft spoken ...!!! He's great!!! Shana, Daniel, Rebecca, and Irma need to be mentions too!! You, WE customers, are very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, friendly helpful employees to take care of our needs!!

I find it outrageous that the CVS in Thorndale PA closes the pharmacy in the middle of the day when many people are out running errands and stopping off to pick up their prescriptions. Of course, you walk back there and it's all closed off. Other pharmacies do not do this. I am thinking that I need to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy that provides better customer service. Why can they not simply stagger their lunch breaks rather than closing the entire pharmacy for an hour and a half

My husband and I would like to thank CVS for the efficient "user-friendly" process in booking our PCR test and receipt of the results in a timely manner. Thank you to the staff at 4970 Atlantic Abenue in DELRAY Beach, Florida.

I'm at the CVS pharmacy at 1700 Seminole Trail Charlottesville VA. The pharmacy is even MORE understaffed than normal. Why don't you sufficiently staff your stores??

I'm at the store on hollenbeck in Sunnyvale ca. I am waiting in a very long line to pick up my meds as the pharmacist has to give covid vaccine. The pharmacy needs to be better staffed to accommodate the increased business. There should be 2 pharmacists on staff and 2 different lines for med pick up and drop off and covid vaccines. The staff is working incredibly hard but they need more resources so I do t have to wait for 20 min to pick up my meds! ThNk you Kathleen's

Store #356 W Toms River NJ 08755 Reg#06 TRN #4811 CSHR # 2001974 : Associate SCOTT helped me in a very friendly, professional way as I needed a passport photo. Store was busy but he was very efficient and expedited all customers quickly and pleasantly. He reminded me of my super coupons and wished me a "good day". Scott is indeed an exemplary employee. I went into CVS earlier today, first time I'd been there in at least 2-3 years. I was looking at toilet paper and when I turned around laundry was behind me in the same aisle so I was looking to see if there were any deals. I saw a sale tag on a row of Tide Pods for $2.94 which is lower than normal price would be so I took a pic of the tag & Tide Pods then I picked them up and put them in my cart to purchase. When I went to register the lady went to check laundry aisle & manger came right away & I went over to the aisle Only to be yelled at by the Store Manager who then accused me of moving the Tide Pods & putting them there myself & told me that I was lying about moving them bcuz he saw me as he said he was watching me, which I did Not. I first asked him Why he was being so Hostile & Why he was yelling at me? Then I asked him to go review video cameras bcuz I hadn't moved anything and didn't appreciate being told that I did. He then went to the Office to review cameras. He came back out even angrier then before bcuz he saw that I hadn't touched them. He grabbed them from lady's register and slammed them down on the counter to ring them up. He rang them up changing prices & at the end I handed him Tide Coupons which weren't scanning so he voided transaction. He rerang them & was taking them off and some were still not scanning. So, he said to pay the Total & he'd give me back $6 as a pay out from drawer. So I paid he then threw my card and money on the counter & said Have a Nice Day!! I've Never been treated like this by a Store Manager EVER!! I Really hope CVS is reading these reviews. It was Very Embarrassing to be yelled at by a Manager about laundry soap with a line of people standing there.

A beauty consultant by the name of Bazgha in the CVS of Roslyn NY stopped by next door at the Chase Bank Roslyn branch. She brought in a beautiful gift bag from Beauty Day Giveaway. The staff at Chase was very excited and loved their gift bags. We will be loyal to CVS for life!! Thank you for the gifts and Bazgha is kind courteous and generous.

The CVS at 5925 E 71st St in Indianapolis needs someone to clean the parking lot. It is full of trash and is absolutely deplorable. Inside the store is fine but the outside sends a terrible message. Used masks and other garbage is scattered all around the entry way and the sidewalks.

I called the pharmacy on Reno rd Newbury park to refill a prescription for my brother in law. I didn't have the prescription number, but the Pharmacy member went out of their way to help me. When they didn't have the product on the shelf they checked stock in the area and arranged for me to get it filled at a convenient location. This person went way beyond and she didn't have to. I have noticed the team at this particular CVS are always kind and considerate to the customers. I wish I lived closer so I could use it for my prescriptions! Thanks for the great service!

No rain check for an out of stock item. Store manager would not or could not resolve because CVS's policy is not to issue a extrabucks rain check. So I am out the $5.00. The manager said I should call customer service. She is asking me to do something she should do. This is very poor customer service and Is far from world class customer service.

I went into return an item that i bought the temple thermometer and it is not working properly I even went and bought new batteries for it Thinking it might be the batteries But that was not it I went in to return it and Now you have a NO RETURN
policy I could see if it was something that i didn't need But its broken Your product at it was 37.99

I had the best customer service experience today , Donald at the CVS in Aston PA was the best. He helped me with a picture cube I was trying to do. He was very helpful and very nice.
