I dealt with Yennifer while trying to update my credit card information. She acted like she could not hear me and made me repeat items several times to the point that my daughter took the phone to provide the information. She told us to use the app if we were not happy with the way she was handling the call. I found her to be rude and condescending. Having been a CVS customer for over 20 years, I have been used to better service in the past. Perhaps Walgreen's will provide better customer service going forward.
