I am outraged your pharmacists would deny any person the morning after medicine. This is a situation between the doctor and their patient. If this conflicts with the pharmacists religious beliefs, find a new job! Shame on your pharmacists..

In the last two times that I picked up my proscription , I have not received extra reward credits. I have called your customer service area several times but unable to talk to an agent in that area. I have called on different days, at different times and hold for a long time - 60 minutes- but no body took my call! Your customer service is pathetic. I just wanted to tell you that I'm f you do not want to honor the reward just do not offer it. You guys have the worst customer service in the industry. Pathetic.

Patty in the Pharmacy in Peru was very rude and could not understand the urgency for a prescription needed dropped off over 3 hours ago and being on hold for over a half hour to see if the prescriptions were ready with no luck on the phone being answered

Trying to reach the pharmacy in Charleston, SC on Ashley River Road. Stay on hold forever and nobody ever answers. This is a very bad CVS Pharmacy location. The customer service is awful and their is never any consistency here. Please help with this location or we will be forced to take our business elsewhere in the future. I do not like to complain but this place is awful.

I opted out of CVS automated phone calls several years ago. Now it has started up again. Constantly calling & disturbibing me about prescriptions that I do not need refilled yet. It is causing confusion with meds I do need. Please stop automated calls.

Please don't allow animals in your stores. I was there to get a prescription filled due to severe allergies. A woman walked in to shop and pick up a prescription with her dog in the shopping cart. Sent me into a full blown asthma attack. Dogs & cats are a high allergen for a lot of people. Serve all of your customers by not allowing it.

I am a customer of CVS in Dublin, CA for over 30 years and was happy with their service. But after the new building was opened, when I needed to use their rest room, they were most of the time very reluctant to open it, and on many occasions, they said it was closed and can not be used. Today at around 9:45 am, when I requested for the restroom key, the counter attendant asked for the key to the store manager, who shouted from the back that it was closed. When I asked the reason for closure, she did not answer, but again called for the store manager to come to the front and answer my question. The store manager Mr Dang Sang came and said, something is broken inside the rest room. Looking at the faces of the counter clerk and the store manager, I could easily see that they are not telling the truth. I told Mr Sang that I like to see what is broken. He got upset, and denied to show me the rest room. When I said that I would report this to his management, he became defiant and unapproachable. Then I bought my medicine and left the store.

Cvs at Lovers ln and Greenville ave Dallas Texas.

I stopped in to purchase a Thank you card and asked to use the restroom. Asked the attendant ( short black hair, African American) if I could use the restroom and asked if they could unlock it for me.
She was extremely RUDE.... wry condescending and yelled...WE DONT HAVE PUBLIC RESTROOMS. I told her , I will take my business elsewhere...she yelled, fFINE....Have a good SIR. IIn the most sacastic voice I've heard in retail. She is not a good representation of CVS. fyi

Here's my comment for CVS Pharmacy, I've changed my prescriptions to mail order after almost
30 yrs your customer. No more am I putting up with your understaffed store. you save lots of money shorting your stores help. And now I'm saving money because your prices are a lot higher than they need to be. I used store #1869, now I get my drugs by mail & buy everything else I need elsewhere! At the same price or better. A hearty screw you to you! You're not going to screw with me again!

My experience with CVS on California Avenue in Reno Nevada what's the the worst experience I've ever experienced with with customer service from such a well known and liked store in our. Neighborhood all tge way from smart remarks cussing swearing and overly excited body movements and all this coming from the store manager I have never been so insulted. Wow is this what out customer service has to come go these days I woukd request that gentleman would not be employed at that store because with that kind of behavior there is no telling what he is capable of I have spoken with the other store manager he said he would do what ever he does and he apologized the young mans name is Travis

My wife and I have visiting your store at 6650 w. Lower Buckeye store for quite a few years. We have always received kind and professional service.Yesterday 2/1/2018 we stopped by to look for one of those spin mops and found there were none on the the shelves. We had spoken to a gentleman by the name of Victor,he explained that they were removed .He then said that he would contact corporate and ask if you could release one or for sale and that he would let us know today.I stopped by the store and he had already left.I assume that it was forgotten. My wife and I are still interested in purchasing one or two.Would you let us know if we still can.
Thank you,

I went to the CVS in Mercerville, New Jersey - Mercerville-Whitehorse Road. The parking lot was not cleared very well after this snowstorm. The thing that bothered me the most was that there was no path for costumers to enter the store. An elderly woman had no idea how she was going to enter the store to get her medicines. I helped her in and out of the store. It was a very unsafe for all the costumers. I told the manager of the store, she called but the problem had not been rectified.

I have been a cvs customer for 30 yrs. Your prices are too high. The markup on eerything is 1 to 2$ at least. Toothpaste..hair products..bar soap..a bottle of juice 3.99 and same brand at grocery or walmart 1.99 to 2.99.Even a single bottle of Gatorade is 1.99 at cvs and .89 cents to 1$ elsewhere. A single roll of paper towels 2.99! I am no longer shopping at cvs.

I just shopped at the cvs on Miller valley rd in prescott az. I had my 20 percent coupon with my name on it and after ringing the 3 items she went to scan the coupon and it wouldn't take. The items was not on sale...she said the phone numbers didn't match the scan card...I have no idea why as the coupon was in my name...So I took the key card off my chain and said you might as well take this because if you can't figure this out I am not coming back...The cashier said not my problem to me.I left and turned around and talked to the manager on duty Lynn. She made it right but where do your employees get off acting as she did to me...It's not like you have the only pharmacy in Prescott but it will not return with that cashier employees there.

I've heard that the free style libre meter is available in New Jersey. But it isn't being
sold in Nashville, Tn. What is the reason that it is sold in certain states?

I am A PATIENT. I am being treated like an imbecile idiot. I have had my insurance company AND doctor APPROVED a controlled substance short supply. Your head pharmacist at CVS fort Oglethorpe battlefield Parkway GA 30742 was not on duty and forbid filling ANY AND HAD THE STAFF LIE AND SAY THEY HAD NONE. What the heck is going on. Nikki , your pharmacist heard 1/2 the story and decided to say NO NEVER GOING TO FILL THAT SCRIPT EVER CUZ OF WHAT YOUR INSURANCE SAID BEFORE. BUT SHE ISN'T THERE AFTER MY DOC SQUARED IT WITH THEM.AND THE STAFF WILL NOT FILL IT AND I'M ILL.

While I appreciate the service the robot reminder calls provide, they have become an annoyance. My husband has a chronic illness and the calls are so irritating to him.How can we stop the robot calls? We are longtime customers of CVS and would appreciate your assistance.

I Have Been Dealing With Cvs For Many Years.....since My Heart Attack In 1999, I Have Been Buying Numerous Prescriptions Every Month.......i Have Never Seen A Pharmacy As Bad As Your Store On Fay Blvd. In Port St. John Fl......
When You Go In Or Go Through The Drive Through, It Is Though You Have Interrupted Them....i Feel Like They Are Saying..."do I Have To Wait On You?".......and I Have Constantly Asked Them To Stop Doing Automatic Refills......and They Keep Doing It.....i Have Had Medications That I No Longer Am Using Refilled....and Also It Happens To My Wife.....apparently The Women That Work In That Store Feel That Smiling Gives You Lines In Your Face....because, I Can Not Remember Seeing Any Of Them Smile......i Am Probably Going To Switch Pharmacies......i Know That My Little Bit Of Business Will Not Effect You, But I Just Wanted To Let You Know That You Are Going To Lose A Long Time Customer....make That, 2 Long Time Customers.....

CVS brand body wash bottles for leaking all over where the cap meets the bottle. There were four on the Shelf. I took All 4 and they all were leaking and ask the manager if he could discount it. I was told no that's the way they come in. Really? If you to give me 10% off which would probably amount to about $0.20 at least I would feel satisfied that they were discounted instead for whatever reason he would not discount them. They are damaged and they are on the Shelf. Discount them or send them back. $0.20 for a satisfied customer is too much for CVS to spend. I'll be shopping at Walgreens from now on.

After standing at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting for the person to get off the phone, Pharmacist tells me 20 minutes for a prescription and I should wait! After TWO hours, the half wit pharmacist tells me THEY DON'T HAVE THE PILLS FOR THE PRESCRIPTION, YOU SHOULD COME BACK TOMORROW! I speak with the store manager, Mike, he tells me there is nothing he can do that the pharmacy is a separate entity. Go across the street to Walgreens, they fill immediately!
