I am so dissatisfied with the customer service at CVS pharmacy on Falmouth Road in Hyannis Ma. First of all I called to to refill a prescription. The young man told it expired. And I was confused I thought I had several refills left. I was asking some questions and he was abrupt and rude. I realized my mistake and began to apologize and he had hung before I could finish my sentence. Horrible customer service. Then I entered the store today at 1:30 to pick up prescription not knowing they close for lunch. I was in line behind the last customer and when she was done they told me to come back in an hour . I was standing there!!! What kind of service is that. Unacceptable! Why don't they stagger their lunches instead they close at lunch time when many people can get out to pick their scripts up! But to turn a customer away while they are standing in front of you is just horrible. Never in my long career with the public and customer service did we ever turn anyone away so we could go to lunch or leave for home. Despicable!! I will move my scripts to a different pharmacy in the future!
