We have been into the ATT shop Lafayette, on several occasions and had to leave unfortunately ”Empty handed”, due to the lack of knowledge of your colleagues !

Your presentation of available services rendered by AT&T, where very professionally put forward and which suited our precise needs.

We appreciated as well, your ”Sales personality”, although a true sales man, but not aggressive or pushy, but cordial, straightforward and to the point.

AT&T is not willing to help anyone with help on cell phone problems, I called AT&T about my Samsung galaxy S2 Skyrocket, the battery was telling me it was getting to hot and would not charge, so I bought a new battery and had the same problem and since my phone is out of warranty I was told I could by the same phone for 199.99 and they would ship it to me but my upgrade is due in a month and a half and they would not budge, the only thing they would do was allow me to pay 299.99 for the new phone I would like but I think I will go to a new carrier.

Brand new customer and worse customer service I have seen between all of the top cell phone carriers. Purchased the new Nokia Lumia 1020 had high hopes for phone and company. First bill was quoted 50 dollars less than what the bill was actually priced out as. Call customer service and asked about options and was told I could make the difference I could not pay on the next billing cycle. Wake up the next morning and phone service was discontinued. Call and speak a manager and she did not know what was going on because customer service had not documented everything and tells me you can pay 250 total or cancel your subscription. WHERE THE HELL DID 250 COME FROM. She tells me now my phone bill monthly will be 170 for one line with the minimum 400 minutes 3gb and unlimited text. This is by far the worst phone company I have been with and will be disconnecting my phone service permanently.

My husband's iphone locked up. Do you understand, can not get anything to work. He goes to the AT&T store to get help, well guess what the new iphone 5 is on sale now and no one can help him with his phone. The store is full of people waiting to buy the new "IPHONE 5" and you're not interested in helping someone who needs help you just want to sell a new phone which will be obsolete next year.

T whom it may concern , For 4 years I have been paying AT&T 5.00 a month just to take my cash money to pay my phone bill , then a good while back I read on here that AT&T was charging a one dollar service fee to pay cash in their office, so I thought why does everyone else pay one dollar and I have been paying 5 dollars a month for 4 years, I live on a fixed Income , so the way I see it the people in Sulphur Springs Tx. are getting ripped off and I think AT&T should have to pay them back everything we have paid in minus the one dollar service charge ........

I have an iPhone and AT&T wireless service. Recently my calls kept dropping and whenever I attempted to redial nothing went through. I'd already rebooted the phone, etc. and finally a friend encouraged me to call AT&T to see if they could help resolve the issue. After reading some of these online reviews I wasn't certain how that would work out. (I had to call on a land line since the cell calls were dropping.) To my amazement I got a customer care rep immediately! AND she was American! Very personable and professional with good knowledge. She reset my phone with the local cell towers and followed up later to see how things were going. By the way, the problem was resolved. So all is well. When AT&T called again they suggested another call tomorrow just to be certain everything was still working well. I couldn't be happier with their service.

my name is lawrence moore i have been turned off of 803 386 4336 an 803 386 4337 for a month and u guys still billing me ive been with u for 3 yrs my bill jumped from 346.00 dollars to 1.236.00 ive made arrange ment to pay the 346.00 so i can only go to another company .this matter i will have to take to my lawyer just as well as u guys going to do.my daughter just didnt understand the apps usage

I cannot tell you the frustration of doing or rather trying to do business with at and t. for a communication business you do not ever communicate. All I want is an address to pay my wireless bill and it is impossible to find one!!! I do not know why I continue to be tortured by your company!!!!!!!

I was on vacation 600 miles from home traveling by myself when the phone I got as a upgrade crapped out on me totally quit working, I got this phone in may of this year. I didn't want to be without a phone so I drove 50 miles to nearest att store hoping they could help. The store was in Bemidji Mn. The person there treated me like I didn't know enough to have charged it even though I told him I did all night, so he made me wait until he charged it just to tell me it was defective dah!! So I asked him if I could just exchanged it he told me no so since I didn't want to be so far away without a phone I offer to buy one a reasonably price, so he shows me a outdated flip phone and wants me to pay 200 for it WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING!! so then he told me I could go to Walmart and buy a to go phone and put my sim card in and it would work and that is what I did for 40 dollars. I personally think I should have just been given another phone that was equal to mine being in such a desperate situation. A friend of mine had a same situation with Verizon and they were more than glad to give her another phone of equal value, I guess I think next time about who my carrier will be. In the mean time I am stuck with a useless phone.

For the past 24 hours my cell phone screen shows "NO NETWORK". The phone number for service on this website is not open on weekends. Who can tell me what is wrong with my service? I am current with my bill. Why is there no 24/7 phone number to call for help? I had to use someone else's computer to do this.

On July 2, I received customer service from "Alice". She is located in the Phillipines. I am not that computer literate, but she was EXTREMELY patient with me. She solved my problem and actually explained some other things that I wasn't clear on. She spent a long time with me answering all questions. It was, by far, the best customer service experience I have ever had.

I called today with a big problem regarding my rate plan. Someone that I spoke with approximately two months ago messed it up. Well, I called Amanda from Ohio today who brightened my day. She was absolutely lovely and willing to help me. She fixed my issue along with documenting the problem. People like Amanda are very rare. I want to thank Amanda and AT&T for being so incredibly friendly. It is quite rare that I comment on someones customer service skills but Amanda "knocked it out of the park". Thank you, Amanda.

Yes my some of my family members use your service and when we are visiting relatives in the northern part of Missouri their phones don't get service. I believe there is a place for your towers in that part of Missouri which would give people better service. Create a better cell phone coverage, pick up more customers. Be the leader in your field.

I have dealt with three (3) AT & T stores, Manchester, KY; Columbia, KY and lastly, Russell Springs, KY. By far, David Godsby at Russell Springs provided the most knowledge about the phones and AT& T service. He understands the frustrations of a phone not working and was willing to trade out for a functioning phone. AT & T does its best to provide phones that are operational, but just like all mechanical and technical devices, things go wrong. David Godsby by far is the most profession and customer service oriented AT & T Representative I have encountered.

I am sooo annoyed by customer service. Att now out sources there customer service to India and Asia. I tried to get someone who speaks Engilsh well. But I had to be transfered twice to speak with the U.S. It took 12 minutes. I am going to leave this company after 17 years due to this outsourcing.

Couldn't be anymore aggravated with att today. I just recently up graded my phone and signed a new 2 year contract. All morning I had been trying to text my mother and it kept saying sending failed. I then tried to access the internet to see if it would let me do that and nothing. So I tried to call my husbands phone and see if it would call him. Scariest thing in the world at this point. My husbands picture is on my contact so it shows up when I make a call. Let me also state that I have had service with att for a very long time and always make my payments early. That being said the phone started ringing and then this recording came on that said something like your calls have all been diverted to att please stay on the line. Then this man gets on the line and says that I have failed to accept the terms and conditions of my contract and if I dont call this number within 7 days my phone will be diverted again. I asked him how they have the right to just turn someones phone off when there bill is paid. He said mam you have to accept the terms and conditions and I asked him why att couldn't just call me for me to accept them and he couldn't answer that question. So because someone didnt do their paperwork correctly had my phone call had been an emergency situation and I was trying to contact a family member or 911 and I would have had to talk to att first for them to let me make my call. This is so nerve racking I hope no woman ever goes through this that is going into labor or something and her husband miss the birth because she didnt have time to talk to att first. This whole situation is ridiculous and we called att back to complain about this system they have and without asking any questions or anything just said well ill give you a $50 credit for the trouble. Money is great but it doesn't fix the problem its just simply ridiculous. definitely going to weigh my options after this contract.

Their customer service has went to complete and total CRAP! Seriously, 90% or better of the customer service agents I have dealt with (whether in store or over the phone) are very unhelpful. If they can't find it in the script they are reading from, then they can't help you. THIS INCLUDES MANAGEMENT. They will be loosing a 10 year account due to the lack of knowledge they posses. If I could get a dedicated service agent, we would stay, but "that cannot be done".

Terrile, terrible customer service every single time I call them. I keep getting charged for aps that I have not purchased and I do not even own a smart phone!!! And everytime I call they won't help me because I'm not the account holder. I have to get my elderly father involved. This is ridiculous.

AT&T is losing my business!!!! I have been a loyal customer and because they changed my plan when I returned from Afghanistan I have to live with it. Well, news for you AT&T, soon I will be a Verizon customer!

agents dont know the process to handle the missing payments / misapplied payments, they just transfer the call from one dept to other.
