My me is Ewa Gomez.I am AT&T mobile customer since November 2014.Back in December 2014 I exchange my husband's and mine flip phones to Apple phones.My husband mailed flip phones back to AT&T.Then on one of my bills I notice unexpected charges.I called AT&T and I was told that those charges are for flips phones I did not return. I told him that we did return phone so he told me that this will be investigated.In March I called again and customer service told me that AT&T received my phones but I will have to pay for them anyways.Two customer service representative were unreal heartless.I do not know why took so long to this phones got back to AT&T.I did spoke with someone at AT&T on 04/11/2015,he told me that this phones went somewhere to Indiana and that someone from Indiana send them back to AT&T, IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT SOMEONE SOMEWHERE MADE MISTAKE.In the end AT&T received those phones anyway.I did ask to please do not make my pay this $400,- for something I do not have(AT&T HAS IT) I beg this lady,I am value(at least I hoped) AT&T mobile and Uverse(for a few years now) customer.Never been late on my bills,even when my husband lost his job.She was cold and heartless more that I could imagine.I feel that as soon AT&T has me sign contract and has my money I am not value for AT&T anymore.So on 04.11.2015 I told customer service representative that ok I will pay BUT I asked to get payment arrangement beacuse I do not have this kind of money at this moment.And belive it or not I was told NO beacuse Iam customer since November 2014,It is no matter that I am Uverse AT&T customer for a few years now.And TODAY MY SERVICE WAS TURN is anybody can help here.Looks like it is no exceptions for good value customer at AT&T.

I highly upset with this company. I went online to purchase a phone. Come to find out my deposit was different. So I canceled my order with someone on the phone. Its been six days I have not received my money from the deposit that was asked for online and they keep giving me the run arounds about my money.

ATT is by far the worst cell company that anyone can have a account with, they expect you to pay a bill for something that is under warrenty, that you have been fighting to get it fixed/replaced for 3 months. They expect you to pay for priority mail to ship their piece of junk back to them so you don't get charged 800 bucks, they know dang good and we'll that it does take longer then 14 days from Hawaii to get to Houston by barge, so in the meantime the device continues to get worse. They have sent me 4 other defective or had someone's information on it, or went into a software update that once finished you could call someone but couldn't hear them they could hear you though. And they don't understand why you get uoset

Cannot begin to describe how many hours we have been on the phone trying to simply get our internet service restored. All we did is buy a new I phone and join a family plan and ask for that number to be applied to our new phone as well as to our land line. After hours of explaining we did not want Uverse or anything beyond DSL, our DSL and land line were disconnected and we were subsequently told that our address did not exist. Funny, but our bills have always arrived for the past 20 years and the address worked when you sent someone to turn it off! At any rate, we have talked to dozens of support people (glorified sales people) who cut us off and transfer us repeatedly, make promises, try to selll us more services and on and on. We have been without internet for a month now! I am close to calling the Better Business Bureau. Please fix this immediately. No, I am not going to call you again. We were on the phone for 82 minutes last night (again) Today we called to tell us that our address did not exist (for the 6th time) Please fix this. Your system does not communicate with itself and I am tired of all this!

Very upset! Called about a gift card of $200.00 that was to be sent to me. Call and transfered to I think it was customer service and both times was put on hold to be tranfered. Both times it went to main menu. Then back to wait time. I would like to resolve this issue because I can't be transferred probably. I would like to know why I was promised $200.00 when I signed back up with you and now your saying $100.00. Very unhappy with all of your customer service. Please contact me when you figure this out.

My name is Marie Council. I have just learned that someone has a phone in my name and that person is not me. I believe it is a Cingular phone. The number This is NOT my phone number. I don't know what to do about this. I am considering reporting it to the FCC. I have reason to believe this is the same person who had a phone in my now-deceased former husband's name and ran up an exorbitant phone bill in his name. I am 78 years old and on Social Security. I don't even have my own phone service. My phone is on my daugter's service. There is absolutely no phone in my name. Can you please advise me how to pursue this situation. I have considered contacting the FCC or even the FBI because I know this is fraud, identify theft. I don't know what to do actually, how to handle it.

I have had the greatest customer service ever from, Jeff Schwartz, Isabell Maxwell and Simeon Frazier. They reallt seemed to care about me as a customer and gave me individual service. I felt specail and will make sure to tell others of the associates at this store location: If you offer any type in incentives please remember these associate.

I was tortured while on hold waiting for someone to help me at A Tand T. There was continuous advertising; repeated ad nauseum. I never did speak to a human because I found the ads so stressful, loud, obnoxious, that I finally hung up. Maybe that was the point.

I am getting several harassing phone calls from a telemarketer use in your company. I call to report it and nobody will help me. I reported it online along with many other people about the same number. Please look into it and do something about it! I am leaving a bad review because nobody would help me with this problem concert in another one of your customers who I can I get back to.

When I switch my service to the 10G shared plan for my family at a AT&T Wireless store, I got in a horrible place because the place my IPAD on the account but not cancelling my prepaid service on the IPAD at all (though they said they had).

Edward Trice (customer service) went way above and beyond to ensure he corrected the situation with as little impact on me and my time as possible. The Pre-paid /post-paid service should under one customer service control.

All the positive comments below are towards Edward only.

Calling At&t is worst than going to the Dentist. You are put on hold, the reps are rude. I called At&t 9 times on Monday February trying to find out why my bill online has been consolidated into my wireless, home phone, and U-Verse without my authorization.I also wanted to know why my home phone is being charged when i asked that complete choice be cut off. I was transferred each 9 times that I called after being told that I had to go over the issue each time and then being told I would be transferred. I held on the phone on one transfer 27 minutes by a MRS. Padilla who said she was a supervisor. I am now in the process of seeing if PSC can help get my issues resolved.

I absolutely cant stand att any more!!! They absolutely disgust me... wait times on the phone is ridiculous. Calling for the 5th time today.... coroporate isnt any better.... time to wait another 9 mins just to get someone on who just isnt goung to be able to help me.. maybe I should just switch to verizon.

At first I called and I spoke to Brittany Lyons ID at first she was nice but I got aggravated because she kept putting me on hold for about 30 min without even clicking over and letting me know what she was doing . While I was on hold I was talking to my fiancé who was sitting right next to me. We were talking about someone and she thought I was talking about her so she kept adding on to the conversation. Okay first of all that's really unprofessional your suppose to be helping me with understanding my bill but instead your adding on to my conversation . She thought I was calling her names when really the conversation was never about her in the first place which I informed her but she ignored me and put me on hold. I tried to be nice but she did it for the second time so I asked to speak to a manager and that's when she hung up on me after I been waiting for about an hour and a half. That's when I called to cancel my service because I did not appreciate the way I was being treated by someone who's suppose to help me . I wish AT&T would take the appropriate action for this misbehavior. Thank you

I and my wife are AT&T retirees, both of us were Quality Managers at Headquarters in New Jersey. My issue is that we have terrible wireless service in the area near Springfield, Mo. and for that matter most of SW Missouri. I can see my house from our street and still can't get a connection with my house phone, cell or land line. Why the heck do we have to put up with this situation. I'm pretty sure we can afford to correct this condition.

'Spend 35 minutes with costumer service and lost contact while readjusting my security password & setting and trying to find out why my service did not work after paying my bill in full last December. When I called back an "Amanda" (do I really believe they use their "real" names) expalined that my phone number and name did not match and henceforth I could not be assisted. She did not care that I was previously talking with a rep…connected to my account. I asked for a supervisor and a Michael Black immediatly and aggressively gave me the run around - short of callingme a liar… I requested that he would read the previous messages on my account and verify I had simply lost contact with the earlier rep - but he was "locked" on being a righteous a-hole. AT&T could not access my account but he would write a note on my account…?! I felt utterly uncomfortable. AT&T's internal policies are to intimidate - understandably some peeps dont pay their bills and hence everyone is treated rudely - Not a very inviting method. The idea that an intern or a grumpy "manager" can make my life dificult at will is shocking. Moody peeps like these employees clearly have no decorum or maybe simply need a hug… and again, they work for AT&T - what drive and carrier goal is that?

it seems that you cannot get the folks in Indonesia to really understand and help you with your AT&T wireless problems at night in the U.S. Constantly getting cut off and they refuse to call you back after you have waited and waited to talk to someone. they do not really care, it seems. But AT&T WILL Take your money every month....! Sorry Customer Support.. Florida Panhandle Customer...

Today, I spoke to a wonderful service agent named Betty, from Kentucky. I must say it was a most satisfying conversation. I found out all the information I needed, I felt taken care of and this was so helpful during this stressful time. Keep up the good work and support people like Betty. She makes ATT look so customer oriented.

I am soooo frustrated with AT&T. Every time I talk to a Customer Service representative, something else gets screwed up. 3 months ago, I upgraded to Uverse internet to get faster speed. Was told they HAD to move my phone and that it would not impact my alarm system. Well, it did. When I called, I was told that I should not have moved the phone. I put in an order to move it back. A technician came out and I thought everything was fixed. They actually just disconnected my alarm system. (My alarm company has since fixed this- I will NOT ask AT&T to do anything I don't have to.) My phone was recently moved back to LAN service, but I lost long distance capability. When I called to fix this, I was told I couldn't access the account until I receive a bill next month with my Customer code. And, they took the account out of my name and put it into my husbands. When I asked about this, I was told they like to have the household "provider" on the account. How sexist! We are equal providers in my household. I would never work for AT&T. And if I can find another option for my services, I definitely will!

terrible service. tried to set up my new fon, spent 45 minutes and agent was not able to do this or answer simple questions. constantly repeated herself, sayin, dont worry etc and it will only take a minute

Hello my name is Paweł and I would like ask about small problem.I use phone in Polish provider.I wad in Omaha also in Dallas in US but my cell not worked correct.When I called I heard voice mail who said me My call outgoing is forbidden And I have to call to 611 message MA84359.But when I call to 611 they did not know what is this.

I could send text message(SMS) and received back but I could not call .

Please give me some advice what was that problem.

My provider In Poland is www.orange.pl

My cell has access to roam.I use manually set different providers.I saw
name providers which block my speak " Cingular". I'd text message .But what
is message MA84359 nobody know it .I ask in 611 in US but this people do
not know
