ATT is by far the worst cell company that anyone can have a account with, they expect you to pay a bill for something that is under warrenty, that you have been fighting to get it fixed/replaced for 3 months. They expect you to pay for priority mail to ship their piece of junk back to them so you don't get charged 800 bucks, they know dang good and we'll that it does take longer then 14 days from Hawaii to get to Houston by barge, so in the meantime the device continues to get worse. They have sent me 4 other defective or had someone's information on it, or went into a software update that once finished you could call someone but couldn't hear them they could hear you though. And they don't understand why you get uoset
