My me is Ewa Gomez.I am AT&T mobile customer since November 2014.Back in December 2014 I exchange my husband's and mine flip phones to Apple phones.My husband mailed flip phones back to AT&T.Then on one of my bills I notice unexpected charges.I called AT&T and I was told that those charges are for flips phones I did not return. I told him that we did return phone so he told me that this will be investigated.In March I called again and customer service told me that AT&T received my phones but I will have to pay for them anyways.Two customer service representative were unreal heartless.I do not know why took so long to this phones got back to AT&T.I did spoke with someone at AT&T on 04/11/2015,he told me that this phones went somewhere to Indiana and that someone from Indiana send them back to AT&T, IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT SOMEONE SOMEWHERE MADE MISTAKE.In the end AT&T received those phones anyway.I did ask to please do not make my pay this $400,- for something I do not have(AT&T HAS IT) I beg this lady,I am value(at least I hoped) AT&T mobile and Uverse(for a few years now) customer.Never been late on my bills,even when my husband lost his job.She was cold and heartless more that I could imagine.I feel that as soon AT&T has me sign contract and has my money I am not value for AT&T anymore.So on 04.11.2015 I told customer service representative that ok I will pay BUT I asked to get payment arrangement beacuse I do not have this kind of money at this moment.And belive it or not I was told NO beacuse Iam customer since November 2014,It is no matter that I am Uverse AT&T customer for a few years now.And TODAY MY SERVICE WAS TURN is anybody can help here.Looks like it is no exceptions for good value customer at AT&T.
